too many pot holes in driveway cable went out 8 times in 3 days only 1 cable news network available

Drove 4 hours to this location to stay in a deluxe cabin. It wasn't cleaned at all. The woman at the front desk told me someone was in it the day before and it was cleaned by a new crew, giving me no solution to the issue so we left. When I finally was able to speak to management I was told that manager cleaned it herself. They can't keep their lies straight... it's sad

This KOA should concentrate on improving their "pot filled" muddy roads instead of worrying about a 2nd vehicle on your site! Especially when your site is accommodating. Will not be returning!

It is hard to keep the roads from being muddy etc when it is raining for 3 days. And we have never allowed more than one car to a site which is stated on the confirmation you received. We hope you find somewhere that more suit your needs. Safe travels.

Great campground, wish there was just a little more room between sites. We felt we were in our neighbors area with the fire and the smoke had to be bothering them. Also bigger fire rings

I am relatively to to RVing and have only been in several parks but this one was hands-down the best. Great facilities and impeccably clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay here again if ever in the Gaylord area.

Disappointing KOA, the people were nice but To many things to mention. This park has potential, needs better management and maintenance.

The young dark haired woman was awesome. The rest of the staff really ruin your visit. The other two women I encountered were obnoxious and rude. I guess asking for a lid for $2.25 cup of coffee I purchased was asking too much. She was so annoyed that she had to put her iPhone down to get me one. Also, harassed by an older man and woman because we had an extra car on site while we unloaded.

All of the encounters we had with you were pleasant. Actually both you and your husband told me how much you liked it here. You even stayed another night. So, I am not sure how to respond. We hope you find someplace you like better?

Had a great time. Bathrooms very clean and the staff was friendly. I did not encounter the owner that so many people mention in their reviews, most likely because I was not trying to skirt the rules. Kids enjoyed the putt putt, bounce pad, and pool.

It was okay. We were harassed by an older male staff member the first night. So we’re another couple. Over having a second vehicle on site as we unloaded it. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Just felt spied on continuously while trying to have a nice family time. More info should be given as to what your cabin has(cable, air) you don’t know what you’re getting ahead of time. But they are

Great owners and staff! Our 2nd year and we will be back! Love the store, things for the kids are fun, quiet hours are observed, pool, showers and laundry clean and awesome location!

Nice woodsy sites, clean bathrooms, great WIFI, great location, nice people working there. Would stay again. However sites are mostly dirt and become puddles after rain. Mini golf feature in dire need of an upgrade.

The roads inside the camp are terrible ruts

Nice wooded lot, great pool, cabins are clean and comfy. Bathrooms and rec area were clean as well. Friendly staff and fellow campers. All around a nice place to stay.

Charging to allow our friends to come have dinner with us is ridiculous. The property was nice but we will not be back at this campground when we return to the area.

This is our third year at the Gaylord KOA. We absolutely love it! The sites are large, wooded and the campground is one of the quietest we’ve ever been to. We will always come back!

I had a lot of mechanical problems with my fifth wheel and the staff was so supportive of checking on me and making sure I was going to be able to get home. They are very nice people. I will return.

We have been to this KOA a number of times, as we have family with a seasonal site. We enjoyed our stay in a cabin this time and will definitely continue to return. The staff is great and very friendly.

Staff member, Spike, was really nice! We did buy wood there and it was wet. Was told it wasn't wet, just hardwood, although you could hear it sizzling and not catching fire. Staff wasn't the nicest about grabbing kindling out of the woods to help remedy the problem and told us to return it to where we found it. Overall, we had a great time and the cabin and bathrooms were clean!

We really enjoyed the relative peacefulness of the campground as well as the amenities. The sites were big enough and the campground is near most of the local attractions. The only downside to the stay was the strong smell of Marijuana coming form the tent area.

Nice check in. Friendly owners. Spacious sites with lots of trees. Moat important fellow campers were not entitled or a bunch of complaining Karens... seems to be an uptick of Katens complaining when dogs bark and they are not the size of a squirrel...goodness forbid! None of that here but had a few in other KOAs.

It's always a little bit like coming home again when we greet The smiling faces at this favorite campground of ours. We stayed this time and the larger big rig friendly sites and they are so beautiful and plenty of elbow room. This campground has excellent services and Wi-Fi that is better than excellent. The owners do a wonderful job of keeping the campground clean and the atmosphere friendly.

I stay here all the time with my kids, I have never had a issue with staff they have always been friendly and helpful. everything has always been clean, plenty of nature and piece and quiet. as for the bad reviews it seems if you treat staff with respect they will treat you the same. My kids may get a little obnoxious time to time and get a little word from one of the staff but thats their job to keep the rules enforced, the staff always comes to me respectfully if theres a issue and i handle it, same goes with my dogs. The owners there bust their humps to make sure everone is happy and things are in order, they have gone out of their way with requst when i have asked them for something. Always a awesome, quite, fun and clean place to relax and enjoy the wilderness.

Georjean, Kristen and Stacy were awesome! They really accommodate my husband and I. I'm greatful for there wonderful service. The deluxe cabin was more than I anticipated. Very clean and modern, two decks, grill etc.. overall a great first time camping experience! Thank you KOA staff and be blessed!
