I was very disappointed that the pool opened late. It seems that it was more of the convenience for the staff than the customers. You don't want to start your day so late that you can't enjoy anything. The pool opening at 10 o'clock means you're not even gonna get to go anywhere until noon. If it were to open at 8 o'clock then at least you can start your day early. Every other KOA Op

Pool closed. Door on men's shower room inop. Constant traffic. Highest rates of any KOA in last two years. One bathroom for entire park.

Our only issue was that when our neighbor put their slide out, we were sitting at our table and it was literally right in our face. They were very kind and moved up and also parked their truck across the way. Had they not done these things, I would have been so unhappy. Also, the dog park was nice but grass would have been a plus.

Facility pleasant, well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful with a water faucet problem. Only issue is the row of sites we were parked were so close to highway that sleep was difficult until late once truck traffic cleared out.

Right off the highway, super friendly staff, clean pool (didn’t use bath house), little tiny playground that was just fine for our one night stay before getting back on the road.

Our camping spot was very small. Sewer hose from trailer next to us was beside our picnic table. The higher price sites had more room.

I would give zero stars if I could. Way overpriced for what it is. Camp ground has no space between rigs. Terrible noise from the highway. Rude employees.

Surprised! What was rude? Enforcing rules? Looked like your kids had a great time in the pool. You seemed to be having fun as well. You didn't mention anything when we delivered firewood. We even allowed your kids friends to come swim. So all that was rude?

stayed one night and the experience was pretty much KOA. Not next door to a train track which is pretty common, but this one had me parked about 50 yards off the east bound lane of interstate 40 so it was pretty noisy

I was put into a site that was not level and needed to build up one side of the trailer with wood planks (about 6-7"off side to side). Black ants everywhere, leaking water connention, unkept sites and high monthly rates plus electric. The noise from I-40 is not bad with windows closed but don't open your windows. If you have other options take them. This place is not worth the money!

We are a natural environment in rolling hills. As for ants they are part of nature. Not once in 3 months you stayed did you mention it to us. We could have taken care of it. You knew the price when you booked and yet you stayed for 3 months. Obviously you liked it better than you make it sound.

Friendly staff, clean facility and location was extremely convenient. Had business in the area and since it is actually on the edge of the city was easy to get where I needed to be. Rather than a long drive to get to town. Easy access from the highway. Worked perfectly for us.

Noisy park right off the interstate. The septic tank at the site they placed us at, was full, so we had a bit of a mess to deal with. The staff didn’t seem too concerned with our difficulties. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Yes we are located adjacent to the interstate as displayed on every map possible. We dont try to hide it so you weren't or shouldn't have been surprised. As for your sewer clog a plumber was called and responded within 2 hours of you notifying us. Guess I don't understand you say not concerned.

We had a wonderful stay. The campground was very clean, as well the pool, laundry facilities and bathroom. Staff was happy and professional. Great place to stay. We will go again, for sure.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly. The campground was clean. However, the sites are a little crowded and the campground is right next to the interstate which makes is loud and was hard to sleep. If there was a barrier of trees or something, it would reduce the noise.

Very noisy due to freeway and office wouldn't open until 10. I was hoping for coffee before we took off since mine got broken on trip. Lots of nats.

We use this park when we travel north but the last time was 2008. Since that stay the park returned to KOA and has improved itself immensely. We were surprised at the change. Staff was very friendly. We will continue to stop here in the future.

we stayed at this campground about 17 years ago while we built our home in GBO. Things sure have improved ! very impressive! welcome feel and seemed happy to see us! we will come back!!

Nice KOA. Dog runs are smaller and lacking grass but our dogs enjoyed the off leash time. There was traffic noise but did not bother us to much. Helpful staff. Will be back.

Nice friendly staff, very helpful. Grounds kept clean. It's close to the highway, but most "Journeys" are. Most all sites are level and have plenty of room. Their WiFi is 5G and the best I've ever come across in any campground!... We will definitely stay here again on our way back thru!

Super nice couple at check in, gave us a goody bag with waters and snacks, led us to our site on a golf cart and guided us to pull thru our new RV and super welcoming. Site was level and large enough for our triple slides, awning and 40 ft RV. We were tall so they avoided one row that has overhead electric lines a little low, and warned us before selecting a site. Check in at 2 and checkout at 11 , easy to book online. The interstate noise was not that bad at all. Clean and easy to find and get to from interstate. We did an Uber to a symphony event in town, it was only 10 min away and the uber had no problem finding us and literally pulled up to our site and showed up within 15 min of ordering. Great option for RV drivers without a car to easily get into the city for events or dinners out. They have propane too. Will definitely return for any weekend events in the city.
