Clean and easily accessible from the Highway. Good stop for a quick overnight stay, but I’m not sure I would want to stay more than a night, maybe two. The campground was clean, but I felt the sites we extremely close together compared to others. With that said, I would stay again and would recommend it... for a night or two.

The camp host was very helpful and friendly making you feel very welcomed. The gift bag was a real treat. I could not give the highest numbers on this campground as it is very close to a very busy highway. A lot of road noise. I had no problem sleeping either night I was there but I can pretty well sleep through an earthquake. I did not use the facilities so can not give comment on them.

It wasn't a great camping experience but that was due to weather. Torrential downpour. A little closer to the highway that I'd like. Lots of highway noise. But i guess thats what Journey campgrounds ars all about.

A little noisy from the Interstate but convenient. Staff was absolutely amazing and I appreciate the goodie bag! Also got propane there.

The campground was nice, and our spot was nice and level. Disappointed we could not use the bath house, and the website did not make it clear we would be unable to use it. Part of the reason we chose this specific campground was because the website says the bath house is open.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I'm sorry for any confusion; the website states "Guests should expect to use their own restroom facilities in their RV's". This is for the health and safety of our staff and guests. We do not feel it is appropriate for guests to undertake personal hygiene activities in a public facility at this time

Very friendly staff. Warned us ahead of time the bathrooms were closed. But our campsite had not been cleaned. Dog poop all over the camp ground. Not being monitored. While it is a journey, it was very noisy from the highway traffic.

Staff was very friendly, but the grounds were not well maintained. This campground COULD have a lot going for it for a KOA Journey, but it appears to have been seriously neglected for quite some time. We might stay again, if passing through, but only because we could not find anything else in the area. I hate to give a negative review, but it's the truth as I see it.

The dogs and I arrived just before the office closed. The office lady met me at my rv with my check in paperwork and a welcome bag. We had a quiet night!

We were there 1 night. Sites are long, level with gravel. However in our site the sewer hole was only 2 inches from the water faucet. And no cap on the sewer hole just a rock. The traffic noise is awful. Can you plant evergreens to absorb some noise?

Easy Access from the highway, sites are clean and mostly level. The staff is very friendly. It's my standard stop when traveling between Maryland and Northern Georgia.

Very efficient staff friendly. Would recommend for a overnight stay. Close to freeway easy on and off but noise of freeway is there.

It has everything you need. The only issue I had was when I was hooking up there were traces of TP on the ground from where someone had not been careful with their septic connection. I attempted to locate the host but she was busy.

Overpriced. Communication is poor. Permissions vary based on if your liked. Do not always have quarters available for laundry.

We arrived late to the campground and our information and directions to park were easily found and we had a great spot. Thank you for a safe, warm spot to park overnight on a cold, icy , rainy night.

Office person was very friendly and welcoming but the rain, mud and interstate traffic made it less than desirable.

Although I appreciate the gift bag upon check-in and the friendliness of the staff, we were disappointed that a code for the restroom/shower-house was not provided when one was clearly required. As the office was not opened at the time we were trying to gain access, we ended up leaving the KOA without being able to use the facilities.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are open for self contained Rvs only at this time due to covid guests have to use their own restroom. Clearly posted on website alert. Sorry if the regulations here ruined your Stay. Wish you the best in your future travels.

Convenient on-off access from the Highway. We were there for a one night stop-over. All was OK with our site. Planning to stay there again during our return journey.

This is a smaller campground, which I like because I travel by myself a lot. The staff was very helpful and there were no problems.

Nice friendly staff, very helpful. Grounds kept clean. It's close to the highway, but most "Journeys" are. Most all sites are level and have plenty of room. Their WiFi is 5G and the best I've ever come across in any campground!... We will definitely stay here again on our way back thru!

Super nice couple at check in, gave us a goody bag with waters and snacks, led us to our site on a golf cart and guided us to pull thru our new RV and super welcoming. Site was level and large enough for our triple slides, awning and 40 ft RV. We were tall so they avoided one row that has overhead electric lines a little low, and warned us before selecting a site. Check in at 2 and checkout at 11 , easy to book online. The interstate noise was not that bad at all. Clean and easy to find and get to from interstate. We did an Uber to a symphony event in town, it was only 10 min away and the uber had no problem finding us and literally pulled up to our site and showed up within 15 min of ordering. Great option for RV drivers without a car to easily get into the city for events or dinners out. They have propane too. Will definitely return for any weekend events in the city.
