We stayed only one night. That was enough. Although staff were friendly, it wasn’t worth the price. The sites are too close to a major highway which provided a restless night. I Felt like I was at a highway rest stop. No cable, pond for fishing or wooded tranquility. It should be labeled an RV park and not a campground. Sorry, this venue rates a thumbs down.

This was a pass through stop overnight. It was easy to find, easy to get back on the interstate, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming.

Nice park. Big rv sites are a bit too close together. They gave us a welcome packet with water, granola bars, and a Turist info book, very nice and very appreciated.

The people are friendly and helpful. Very close to the interstate which is both a plus and a minus. The minus is the noise level. Leveling can be a challenge on some sites but for a quick overnight stay should be fine. It was for us. We would stay here again if our travel plans call for it.

Site #86 was long but very narrow. Our chairs were right next to our neighbor's septic hookup. The site was not level either so, for the price we paid, we were not particularly happy. We have stayed at many KOAs over the past many years. This one doesn't make the top of the list. (We were in a 38' Class A motorhome.)

Good location, nice pool, really good wifi. My only criticisms is that there's a lot of hiway noise and a little too expensive and one staff member can be a little grumpy.

We did not realize this was a Journey KOA. We went with specific plans to visit places in the Greensboro area. We have no complaints. If you are looking for a destination location and want roomier sites, this isn't for you. Since we were gone during the day and were really just sleeping and having dinner, breakfast at the site, everything was good.

The shower stall slide bolt areas need to be fixed. One of the doors wouldn't even stay closed.

Sites were incredibly small and tight. Barely had room for RV much less park the truck! I could not open my rear awning as there was a power pole too close. The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. I believe they are trying to cram too many into a small space.

This is more of a stop over place, however I wish I had the name of one of the employees. She was a delight and always greeted us with a smile. We would stop there again

Our slot to camp was ok, but we couldn’t make a fire in the fire pit as it was very near the road and practically on top of the camper that pulled in next to us

Nice campground, very efficient check in, extremely pleasant staff. Bathrooms immaculately clean. Upon check in they presented us with a gift bag, nice touch!

Definitely not my favorite KOA. Charged $79 for one night, nothing special about the KOA to justify the cost. Right beside I85 with no buffer at all so traffic noise was very loud. Didn’t receive discount for being a member either.

I arrived late at night. It is very tight getting in there with a 45ft coach I had to unhook my tow vehicle and proceed to my assigned parking site. The site I was assigned didn’t see it was compatible for a 45ft coach with a tow attached. The next morning I did a walk around through campground area and noticed that there were more parking sites that would have been compatible for my type of coa

Just a one night stay, but the crew at the Greensboro KOA were super. Really liked the welcome bag they had prepared for our arrival. It was a welcome surprise.

Need to level the pull thru sites. Have to lift the front of rv tires off the ground. This is the only negative for this location. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Friendly and cordial staff. Clean and well maintained facilities. Great for an enroute overnight stay. Just wish the fire place was more than a circle of rocks at the top of the site.

Friendly and helpful staff. Didnt understand why a mask is required to shower, shave and brush my teeth

We were there a year ago and if anything, it’s nicer now. Well maintained, convenient, clean. Perfect for an overnight stopover. They should be commended for having great, reliable high speed internet!

Nice friendly staff, very helpful. Grounds kept clean. It's close to the highway, but most "Journeys" are. Most all sites are level and have plenty of room. Their WiFi is 5G and the best I've ever come across in any campground!... We will definitely stay here again on our way back thru!

Super nice couple at check in, gave us a goody bag with waters and snacks, led us to our site on a golf cart and guided us to pull thru our new RV and super welcoming. Site was level and large enough for our triple slides, awning and 40 ft RV. We were tall so they avoided one row that has overhead electric lines a little low, and warned us before selecting a site. Check in at 2 and checkout at 11 , easy to book online. The interstate noise was not that bad at all. Clean and easy to find and get to from interstate. We did an Uber to a symphony event in town, it was only 10 min away and the uber had no problem finding us and literally pulled up to our site and showed up within 15 min of ordering. Great option for RV drivers without a car to easily get into the city for events or dinners out. They have propane too. Will definitely return for any weekend events in the city.
