Great location , spots are too close, campground rules not respected, neither enforced( 5 hrs sleep due to neighbors big dogs barking) . Wi-Fi good, internet almost nonexistent (verified internet speed closed to main office-20 meters) and found less than 1mb ... due to close spots, all bonfire smoke gets in your motorhome . Not recommended, not up to minimum American standards.

Great service. Clean and beautiful. Only thing was had to move sites and had to again if we stayed. But would definitely return. And recommend

Always a great place to stay, we love it there and will return for sure. Not only the park, but the staff are always helpful and very friendly, they will go out of there way to accommodate us.

Everything was great! The staff were super sweet and accommodating. The younger guy was so personable. Loved that we could fish and rent boats and go karts. The bouncy pillow wasn’t functional which was disappointing and the arcade was dated and not worth $1 per game. But the laundry, access to drinking water, privacy of campsites and showers were fantastic.

Beautiful park with lots of amenities.. Private sites are probably the best on the island. The staff are super friendly and will go above and beyond. They are top notch! Kids loved looking for frogs every night. Have stayed here before and will be staying again!! Thanks for the great stay!!

Great park and location. Staff are excellent. Wifi needs to be upgraded. Signal doesn’t reach the whole campground.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay here. The whole experience from booking to checking out was amazing. Very friendly staff, very clean and organized campground and our site was just great. We enjoyed staying there and definitely will come back in the future. Thank you.

Majority of the staff we dealt with were not very friendly or accommodating. We were told we would have a campsite close to our other party and we did not. Need to have someone at rental hut all the time and not just on the hour. Had to put our rentals back ourselves with no assistance. Overall an okay stay. Probably would not return.

Park is beautifully maintained, sites are fabulous, the staff are amazing, and campers are welcomed like family. I would recommend nature notes/ colouring page for families with children so they learn to care for wild life and not chase them.

Very user friendly, welcoming & clean grounds and facilities and friendly staff as usual. Beautiful scenery - love how you cut back some growth for a better view of the pond from the cabin area! Maybe get another adult kayak or two? We love to take them out but my kids are adult size now ;) ... and thankfully they want to keep coming back with me every year and love it!

Campground smelled like sewer. Rooster across road is annoying. Not enough staff at peak season. renting the watercraft is a very clumsy and annoying process. Waterfront and wharf need to be upgraded/beautified. Trim the roads thru the park! The sewer plants are ugly. Some campers have loud fans. Louder than my generator. I got a visit from security and they got to keep their heat and a/c.

We always love our stay at Gros Morne/Norris Point KOA, it’s a wonderful spot for families, kids, couples and pets. A beautiful and friendly place to stay as a jumping off point for adventures in the amazing Gros Morne Nation Park and the pond is so nice for kayaking or swimming on lazy days.

This was our third time staying at the Norris Point KOA, and we’ll definitely be back. Such a fun, family oriented, welcoming place! So many different activities! The kids loved the pond and the go-carts!

Great again this year - we had only 1 disappointment... the bouncey pillow was broken :( other then that, great stay. Love the KOA and will be back.

My family loves everything about this park. The amenities for kids are fantastic, you always feel safe to let kids explore on their own, the quiet time at night, the pond is beautiful always. It’s a great park if you go without kids as well. The pond side sites are to die for but difficult to get as you would expect. We’ll definitely continue to come back!

Our family of 4 (parents and 2 children 9 and 13 years) stayed in a tent on a site with water and electricity. It was very clean and cozy. Lots of trees for privacy. The comfort stations were very clean and staff really friendly. Lots to do at the campground and surrounding area. Can’t wait to visit again.

We stayed in Site #2. Great location, but it should be listed as semi-private due to the limited privacy between the main living space and the main road. Also, the electrical and water hook ups are on the wrong side, which meant we had to park our camper more toward the road and the more narrow part of the site. Which left our steps leading into a water hole that isn’t draining. Loved the renta

NICE PLACE TO STAY!!!! We were planning to stay there for two nights, and we extended it for four nights because we really loved this place! The view is fantastic, and the sunrise is worth every penny! This camping is really well-situated! You're in the center of every activity and hike of the Gros Morne! I recommend this place with no hesitation, and we'll probably go back there when we go back to Gros Morne!

They have a nice campground here. Not all of the sites have a view but you pay less for the ones that don't have a view. $32 is the lowest price ever paid for a KOA. That was refreshing. The only get four stars because not every site has its own dump. The park is Off the Charts Beautiful !!!
