We had a great time. The only thing that was an issue was when we checked in, we were not told about having to sign up for the pool. We were at the pool with our kids when the staff came and asked us to leave because we did not sign up. I was embarrassed for having broke the rules. Covid rules should have been talked about at check in.

The family and I had a great stay. The only thing I would recommend is telling families that you need to book the pool during the covid-19 as there is a 15 person max. Also maybe try mentioning there are movies playing during the stay for children that are put on my the staff and the pancake shop and ice cream shop is closed. Other then these items it was an overall great experience.

We loved staying at the KOA! They were super helped, as we didn’t have the proper adapter and they let us borrow theirs!! The pool... there was a limit of 15 which is so understandable during covid but it seemed that people weren’t following their times. This added to people’s frustration. Maybe someone there to check people in and out would be best!

Awesome stay as always! Even during a pandemic the kids were happy, the adults were happy and the staff were awesome! Can’t wait to come back later in the summer. KOA rocks!

Everything was absolutely amazing, and I’ve already suggested it to several friends!!!! My only suggestion would be to list a mini fridge under the amenities for the small cabins, we were so pleased there was one but would have packed differently had we known!!!

We loved our stay. My only complaint would be about the bathrooms. Only 2 were in service by our site and they weren't over clean. My preference would be to have separate male and female facilities. This won't deter me from coming back, in fact we booked another weekend! Just a suggestion!!

Our site was lovely! I did find the sites close, if I wasn’t camping with the next camp site it would of been awkwardly close. I also wish the pool was monitored better. I didn’t know you had to book time at the pool and by the time I did it was full so my whole family wasn’t able to enjoy the pool together.

We was kept awake by ppl on site 15 tell 3 am we decided get up 7 am and leave soon we walked out we had ppl in site 15 swearing the f bomb at is telling us shut f up they need sleep .. I said no it’s 7 am I am free talk and you keep my child awake tell 3 you didn’t care .. we left campground at 730ish .. next time we book a cabin not tent it but I think noise level should have a quiet time

We had a great visit for our first time at KOA! Great pool, awesome activities, perfect playground, nice tent sites. We'll be back again for sure!

Truly one of the best lots we have ever stayed on. The ground is flat and well shaded. Wide enough for trailer, van, picnic table, campfire, etc. Trees for a clothes line and hammock. Lots of activities for the kids. Wish that the bike rentals were for the hour instead of 30 min. Not enough time. Bathrooms were clean. It would be nice to have a jumping time for the older kids on the pillow.

children friendly, clean, staff very helpful, enjoyed our stay. couple of things sec d8 was very uneven some need gravel had to use lots for blocks to try and even the trailer. i know the children are having fun on the bikes but they don't watch for cars and not paying attention and trying to get ahead of us with a 35 foot trailer. they also donot use the one way and come thru wrong way....

I found the sites were a bit too close together and it felt a bit cramped. However, facilities were nice and lots for kids to do!! Good experience overall.

The site was good, the park was quiet , especially after 10 PM. I did not get the receipt which was supposed to have been emailed to me. All in all a good place to camp near Halifax.

Lovely campground. We enjoyed our stay. As a Nurse Practitioner I was alarmed to see the number of kids playing on the jumping dome at the same time. I would like to see changes and restrictions in place, with a worker to ensure it is being followed. Maximum five children at a time to maintain distance and ensure public safety. Otherwise great weekend. Thank you!

We always have a great time at KOA- Halifax. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They even accommodated me the last minute. We always look forward to spending our summer camping here.

- site was nice and big but a weird layout - really noisy neighbours, had to call security to get them to ask neighbours to quiet down - bathrooms were clean most of the time

We recently stayed at Halifax West KOA and it was a very pleasant experience. One thing I would recommend is for an Adult Hour for the pool... some campgrounds I have been at has an hour in morning example 9-10 for just Adults. Thank you Donna

The cabin was lovely and the campground had lots to do but our beds in the cabin were very Uncomfortable and every time someone move they squeaked and woke everyone up. Making for a restless night. For this reason I probably would not safe again.

We had an awesome stay in one of the camping cabins, very cozy and rustic! The kids loved trying out the banana bikes and swimming in the pool.All the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything you need. Overall, our stay there was 5/5! Highly recommended....we will definitely be staying there again.
