Really pleasant staff, the camping sites were pretty close together though. The people beside us barely had a spot to set up a tent and it felt like we were on top of each other so no room for the kids to play, or privacy

Amazing campground!! Very clean and well taken care of. Awesome staff, very friendly and helpful. We had a very first enjoyable visit and we will definitely be back!

one of the hottest days of the year (felt like 35 out) and we had the deluxe cabin. AC was not working and we were told the man that would fix it was gone to Sackville and would be back soon. Nobody showed up to fix it until midnight so we had to keep the kids awake all night because it was so hot. By the time it kicked in it was about 1am. Manager was rude when we brought this to his attention.

The owners were very nice and we enjoyed our stay for the most part. There was little social distancing on the bouncy pillow and our neighbors partied until 4am, so I can't give it 5 stars

We had a great stay. I was nervous with covid but, everything was super clean. Nice to see how often the washrooms were cleaned. We will be back this weekend.

We had a wonderful first time ever at a KOA campground. The staff were so wonderful and helpful. The bathroom/shower facilities and the property were very clean! We can't wait to come back again. Highly recommend KOA in Upper Sackville, NS

We had a great stay. Campground is small but very easy to get around, kids enjoyed the ease of finding things. I was camping with an RV for the first time and didn’t hook up to sewage. I wish that was an option when booking. I assumed it was there when I booked the rv. We have two complaints, the pool was very very cloudy, and the arcade needs a desperate update with some new games. Friendly sta

Camp site was a fair size and accommodated our tent well. Perfect spot to keep kids busy. Our 4 year was delighted there was a pool and a park with a bounce pad. Ideal for fun, but not necessarily for sleep.

Great place if you have kids with you, but very loud and cramped RV spaces. Not great when you have noisy party campers next to you. Staff were very accommodating.

We always enjoy our stay at the Halifax KOA. The campsites are spacious, the grounds are kept clean, and there are just the right amount of amenities available. See you again soon!

My family and friends were only plan on spending 4 days but, we ended up staying another week. The kids love it here lots for them to do and the staff is great.

We had an issue that needed to be dealt with and was handled very satisfactory for us. However, there was only one washroom open at each end of the campground. As each washroom in either building were single private washrooms, and the doors spaced apart, they could easily have opened more of them to avoid waiits. Also, an OUTSIDE hand wash station is necessary as all doors are touched

We always have a wonderful time. We stayed in a cabin and it had everything we need. The staff is wonderful!

In a world living with COVID-19 it was disconcerting to see a complete lack of protective measures at the campground. No masks, no barriers, no physical distancing by staff or guests. We checked in and then kept to our "bubble". Sites were clean and good size. Did not use campground facilities at all due to risk of contracting COVID-19.

We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint would be not having access to the pool. We were only able to book 1 20 minute time. While we watched many others prebook way more. I feel there should be a better system for pool access. With 8 children camping it was disappointing to only have 20 mins for the entire weekend.

Enjoyed our site as it was larger and more room for the dogs to roam while on leash. Joe and staff abided by the covid regulations.

We had a wonderful stay! I rented a Kamping Kabin for myself and my two children, it was perfect. Such a family friendly place, we will absolutely be back.

Beautiful campground, I particularly like the dump station that non campers can use for a fee.

You couldn't find a friendlier place, or a better group of service providers like Joe and the crew ( Family). Have been come here for years, and will continue to do so. Great times at KOA Halifax West. Thanks Joe.
