Kids loves this campground but they really need to do something about people smoking Marijuana everywhere, all the time even near the playgrounds.

Loved it here aside from some teenagers that were a bit rude to the younger kids and beer bottles found on the playground.

My family loved it. We were pleasantly surprised how nice the delux cabin was. There should be actual pictures of the inside on the website.

We stayed 2 nights in a Kamping Kabin like we do every year and it was so good to be back. We would have liked to have seen movies at the pancake house but with the campground not being as full as usual, we kind of understand! I recommend Halifax West KOA to everyone!

Such a relaxing campground, with lots to do if you so choose. We absolutely loved the canoeing! A staff member named Cole was very pleasant and polite and whatever we needed he tried his best to accommodate us. Definitely will be returning.

We always enjoy our stays at koa! The cabin was cute and clean. We saw the enployees constantly cleaning the bathrooms and keeping the park tidy. Lots to do for the kiddos. We return yearly.

we go every year now and it's a very clean campground and the staff is awesome. from the pool to the movie night and bikes etc..my kids enjoyed the arcade this year. its quiet in the night time to sleep.�

We had a great time. The only thing that was an issue was when we checked in, we were not told about having to sign up for the pool. We were at the pool with our kids when the staff came and asked us to leave because we did not sign up. I was embarrassed for having broke the rules. Covid rules should have been talked about at check in.

The family and I had a great stay. The only thing I would recommend is telling families that you need to book the pool during the covid-19 as there is a 15 person max. Also maybe try mentioning there are movies playing during the stay for children that are put on my the staff and the pancake shop and ice cream shop is closed. Other then these items it was an overall great experience.

Everything was absolutely amazing, and I’ve already suggested it to several friends!!!! My only suggestion would be to list a mini fridge under the amenities for the small cabins, we were so pleased there was one but would have packed differently had we known!!!

You couldn't find a friendlier place, or a better group of service providers like Joe and the crew ( Family). Have been come here for years, and will continue to do so. Great times at KOA Halifax West. Thanks Joe.
