We always have a great time at KOA- Halifax. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They even accommodated me the last minute. We always look forward to spending our summer camping here.

The cabin was lovely and the campground had lots to do but our beds in the cabin were very Uncomfortable and every time someone move they squeaked and woke everyone up. Making for a restless night. For this reason I probably would not safe again.

We had an awesome stay in one of the camping cabins, very cozy and rustic! The kids loved trying out the banana bikes and swimming in the pool.All the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything you need. Overall, our stay there was 5/5! Highly recommended....we will definitely be staying there again.

one of the hottest days of the year (felt like 35 out) and we had the deluxe cabin. AC was not working and we were told the man that would fix it was gone to Sackville and would be back soon. Nobody showed up to fix it until midnight so we had to keep the kids awake all night because it was so hot. By the time it kicked in it was about 1am. Manager was rude when we brought this to his attention.

We had an issue that needed to be dealt with and was handled very satisfactory for us. However, there was only one washroom open at each end of the campground. As each washroom in either building were single private washrooms, and the doors spaced apart, they could easily have opened more of them to avoid waiits. Also, an OUTSIDE hand wash station is necessary as all doors are touched

We always have a wonderful time. We stayed in a cabin and it had everything we need. The staff is wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay! I rented a Kamping Kabin for myself and my two children, it was perfect. Such a family friendly place, we will absolutely be back.

The boats, pool and other things were well managed. The reduced bathrooms were a problem. Staff indicated that somehow reducing the bathrooms by a half was for our own protection, however, this created lineups and wait times and if anyone contracts anything from their stay it will be a direct result of sharing bathrooms that were in constant use for a full weekend. It was not for our protection.

Had a great family getaway and were coming back next weekend. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed this KOA!

We had a great time. Ended up renting a cabin because of the rain. There was no problem changing our reservation. Have told all my friends.

Stay was great & the kids had fun although the cabin itself was dirty upon arrival (some garbage down the side of the fridge, floors unswept, bbq dirty, cabin had a yucky smell).

We loved this campground! Very small and friendly- anything we asked for was dealt with promptly. Our Cabin was fully stocked and right across from the playground- the kids loved the craft and the movie every night.....the hosts and staff were so helpful! Our site was super shaded and with a huge deck. Will definitely be back!!

A great KOA! We had a one room Kabin with great features like a new shelf, a mini-fridge, new mattresses, pillows, dark curtains, a heater/fan & BBQ. Bathrooms, showers and laundry room were kept beautifully clean. Saltwater pool was lovely. Staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. We highly recommend this KOA. Thanks to Joe and staff for a great stay.

Beautiful campground, I particularly like the dump station that non campers can use for a fee.

You couldn't find a friendlier place, or a better group of service providers like Joe and the crew ( Family). Have been come here for years, and will continue to do so. Great times at KOA Halifax West. Thanks Joe.
