Cabin Kl-06 had a very strong odor. I was very upset with the floor in the bathroom. The wood floor near the shower was black, soft, and had a dip when stepping out of shower. There was a lot of spider webs along the walls. The refrigerator appeared clean, but had worn shelves. I didn't feel I got my monies worth during this 3 day stay. The campground was clean and staff was helpful.

Missing 6 light bulbs in the cabin. Was replaced in a timely manner. Cable running through out the site causing my 5 yr old grand daughter to trip…..safety hazard. Running a cable in close proximity to a fire pit is extremely dangerous. Overall experience was great!

The cabin floor around the shower was questionable, keep an eye on that. Also, I have a toddler and there are not any swings for babies. The slides are falling apart. I hope that the playground gets some attention soon.

I think your prices are way to high for what you get no battery in grill tv you could not see hair in bath tub so I had to clean three of the chairs broke and the glider out side was broke can’t believe you have the nerve to charge the prices you do for this dump

Sign on the bathhouse said cleaning from 10 to 11 everyday. That did not happen. Maybe some other time of day, not sure. The mens bathroom could have used a little cleaning. Overall it was just OK.

Love the Halloween festivities but I hope next years is not virtual costumes you don’t see the costumes or know who won.. We have been coming for 10 years.. The adults and kids always have a great time�

We had a great stay! Close to the adventure park, and lots to do in the campground if you don't want to leave! Will definitely be booking again, hopefully in a cabin with a bathroom! :-)

We have been staying at this KOA for quite a few years now. I love the location and the halloween activities are great. I think there are some areas of the campground that could stand some improvement, there was a lot of trash in the playground area and aracde area. There was broken furniture in the arcade. Sites are very tight, there were several accidents with people trying to back in

The campground itself was beautifully maintained. The bathhouse facility was large, spacious, and fairly clean. However, we were extremely disappointed with our cabin rental. It was very poorly maintained and was not clean. This is so unlike our experience at most KOA campgrounds.

Didnt care for mold on sleeping room n bathroom ceilings ...surprised at vegitation growing on window sills ,the exterior needs maintenance on several cabins.

A lot of stink bugs on window and curtain we had to take curtains down take outside to get them off we killed about 50 or more and door shade is broke so you couldn’t close at night

Due to unforeseeable reasons we had to cancel our trailer space but was able to get a cabin for this past weekend. The price that was charged for such a tiny cabin was absolutely ridiculous to an extreme! I would not recommend a cabin stay for that price to anyone. If it wasn’t for being with family I wouldn’t have rented. I understand the demand but let’s be realistic!!!

I love the cabins in the back by the woods. It's so secluded and quiet. Would be great to have cabins with bathrooms back there though since it's such a long walk to the bathhouse. We had a great time though.

staff not very friendly, "deluxe" cabin was very tiny...only would sleep 4 if 2 are tiny children (~toddlers), very densely packed, fire ring on slope making seating on one side impossible; however nice views and amenities

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The only negative was the stench of sewage. There appears to be sewage treatment onsite that is close to the recreation area (jumping pillow) and some camping sites. I wouldn’t be able to recommend to others because of that.

The Halloween activities for kids are great! Plastic wristbands would be more ideal than paper ones that get wet, especially when extra hand washing is stressed to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We already booked for next year.

I love the campground, pancake weekend made it easy for breakfast. Check-in/Check-out clerk (same person, both time) was extremely unfriendly, completely avoided any information. I had to pry information about what the green bracelets were for, and she acted like I annoyed her asking a simple question. Seriously rethink her position, she’s not fitted for a customer service job.

We stayed in the Deluxe cabin and it was really nice. It was pleasant and clean. Just what we needed for our weekend stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the camp grounds are well kept. I love that there are lots of activities for families as well.

Light bulbs were burnt out in cabin, exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work, neighbor dog barked all night, smoke detector in kitchen didn’t work, kitchen faucet sprayed outwards when turned on. Ended up leaving a day earlier because the dog barking was too much.

I love that this campground is so pet friendly, however what I did NOT appreciate is that there was no enforcement of quite hours. I ended up having to relocate my site after my 1st night due to a family with an out of control dog and constant barking which caused me to NOT get a good night's rest and disturbed my own dog. Also please put a sign on the slot for key drop, i had no idea

We had some kind of wasps nest outside our cabin which was concerning; we had allergic family members. The staff at the Registration center was not friendly at all (The middle-aged woman who checked us in was great, but the young men/women at the store just did not have good customer service skills). It was also unclear when the bouncing pillow would open. Sat morn it was chained shut for hours

The views and history was very enjoyable. Only disappointment I had was people allowing their dogs to be off leash and run freely . It was an almost issue with my dog who had a leash.

Tented here for just over a week. I enjoyed every part of my stay. Facilities had everything I needed and the check-in/store staff was very friendly and helpful. Fyi, the tent pads are nice but will fit just your tent. If you have say an awning or an additional tent, the sites can be hit or miss to accommodate that. I got lucky and fit all my gear on my site. Would definitely come back.
