Campground Cancellation Guideline

Campground Specific Cancellation Policy

Campground specific cancellation policy:

RV SITES: (Water/Electric + Full Hook Up)

  • Regular RV must be cancelled by 4PM 2 days PRIOR to arrival date in order to receive a refund but fees apply, Regular RV sites $20 cancellation fee.
TENT SITES: 
  • Tent sites must be cancelled by 4PM 2 days PRIOR to arrival date in order to receive a refund but fees apply, Tent sites $10 cancellation fee.

DELUXE PATIO RV SITE:

  • Deluxe RV Patio sites must be cancelled 2 weeks (14 days) PRIOR to the arrival date in order to receive a refund, but a cancellation fee applies.  Deluxe Studio has a $20 cancellation fee.
CABINS:
  • KAMPING CABIN - Kamping cabin must be cancelled 1 week (7 days) PRIOR to the arrival date in order to receive a refund but fees apply. Kamping cabin $20 cancellation fee.
  • DELUXE LODGE / DELUXE STUDIO - Deluxe cabins sites must be cancelled 2 weeks (14 days) PRIOR to the arrival date in order to receive a refund, but a cancellation fee applies.

  Deluxe Lodge : $30 cancellation fee // Deluxe Studio : $20 cancellation fee.

GROUP RV BOOKINGS:

  • Group reservations must notify us 1 month PRIOR to the arrival date otherwise none refundable but 20$ PER site cancellation fee still applies.
  • This includes if an individual site within your group booking cancels.

A refund cannot be issued for any nights paid in full for All sites ((no reimbursement if stay is shortened)

RESERVATION MODIFICATION DEADLINES ARE THE SAME AS CORRESPONDING CANCELLATION POLICY.  (If shortening stay, not extending)

NO SHOW/NO CANCEL- Reservations for an RV site, tent site or camping kabin for more than 2 nights will be automatically charged 2 nights if you fail to arrive without cancelling your reservation prior to the arrival date.  

IF BOOKED BETWEEN CANCELLATION DEADLINES: Cancellation regulations still apply. Non-refundable if booked between select deadlines.

EARLY DEPARTURES: No reimbursement if 'stay is shortened' once checked in / on site. Please book or edit your reservation accordingly. (Corresponds to ALL sites)

HOLIDAY / WEEKENDS: 

  •  Holiday long weekends (May, July, August and September) a 3  nights minimum stay is required for all cabins and Deluxe RV Patio sites.
  • For weekdays (not included holidays or long weekends) a 2 nights minimum stay is required for all Deluxe cabins and Deluxe RV Patio sites.
  • For weekends (not included holidays or long weekends) a 2 nights minimum stay is required for all Cabins and Deluxe RV Patio sites.

National Cancellation Guideline

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:

  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  • Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
  • No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  • The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  • Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
