The campground showed some signs of some work in progress-for us that's a good thing. We were on the last site in a row and it was pretty peaceful. Should we be in the area in the future, we would certainly consider camping there again. The # 1 state park was just beautiful. The waterfalls were stunning. Hope our pictures turn out. Thanks again.

We had a beautiful site. The campground is well maintained and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool area was nice. IThe campground was very peaceful.

We camped in our trailer and our parents and brother stayed in cabins. The park was clean and well kept. The owners Tom and Karin were super nice, welcoming and helpful! It was an awesome vacation!! Would definitely stay there again!

Very nice, quiet, campground. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Bathrooms very clean. Nice pool. Indoor pool/game room is great for something to do on rainy or cool days. We had a very pleasant stay.

Nice stay, my biggest complaint would be no WI-FI. It was available to some but not all visitors. We are on Verizon and that was not available.

Gentleman at front sunday night was very nice. Loved that you had soap, toilet paper, coffee and even coffee cups. It was very clean!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The facilities are wonderful. Bathrooms clean and well maintained. The lodge and pool area are awesome. We will definitely be camping here often.

Super nice owners! Outdoor pool was super clean and nice. Didn’t use the indoor one. Great activities for the kids and caught fish in the pond!

Need to update all bathrooms/showers. Some stall doors were not tall enough, others needed complete make over. View in upper part of campground was nice.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Life is too short to get upset. We understand we can't please everyone. Plans are in the works to update bathrooms by 2020 season.

This was our second year consecutively staying at this koa. We enjoyed this fishing pond and the swimming pool. Bathrooms were clean and everyone is friendly! The kids really enjoyed having cable tv, this made our morning easier� great environment for the whole family to enjoy.

We truly enjoyed or stay. We had camped here before which brought us back! Tom and Karin are great hosts. The campground was (as always) immaculate and the service impeccable!! We brought friends to camp here with us for the first time. They were very impressed that we booked again with the same friends as they enjoyed it very much! Campground quiet and peaceful!! A very enjoyable trip!!

Loved our site. We did not get around the grounds much as we were only there for 2 nights and we spent our full day there at Letchworth State Park (which is amazing). Staff was very pleasant, campground was relatively quiet. We had very nice neighbors for the weekend. We will definitely plan on staying again.

Wonderful & peaceful place. The host and his daughter made the visit very pleasant even opening the store a couple of times after hours to help us. Would recommend this place to all. Cheers

The campground was very clean, quiet, and beautiful. There were plenty of activities for the kids and adults. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. There was a nature themed weekend for our stay, the kids participated in the nature scavenger hunt and enjoyed the prizes, there were crafts with a ton of materials, and a wildlife educator gave a 1 hour presentation!! We had a fantastic stay!

This is a very nice campground. we were under trees so had shade & site was level. Space between sites so you didn't feel crowded. Park was well maintained & restrooms very clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Would definitely camp there again.

Love this place! It was exactly what we were hoping for: peace & quiet, ease of a pull thru, full hookups, a pond, plenty of grassy areas for walking and a dog walk for our pup! It has a GORGEOUS pool plus another indoor, along with an arcade, basketball court, horseshoes, gazebo, etc. It’s rare that we find a place like this, a real hidden gem. Campground was excellent. Tommy and his daughter were very nice. We were there mid week and it was beautiful until Friday...then came the neighbors. I won't be back on a weekend or a Friday. Otherwise we loved it there.

Expensive. 7.99 for soft wood that had very little wood in it is outrageous. What is that $2,000 per cord. Site very unlevel.

Upon our arrival we were so pleased to be welcomed at the gate, by Tommy, as he walked out to greet us, and knew who we were. It was a perfect reception by a wonderful beautiful warm hearted gentleman. It’s not every day that one is welcomed so genuinely by someone that doesn’t even know you, but is so ready to serve. He obviously commands the respect of his visitors !

Nice KOA. A bit stretched out made it harder to reach office and pool. Roads in are tight and steep. Leveling rig was also challenging. But overall no real complaints. Quiet and easy drive to Niagara / Canada.

Owner was very helpful providing an air compressor to fix a low tire. A lot of work has been done to make this a pleasant campground.

The owners Tom and Karin were very pleasant and helpful. They are new owners and are working hard and have many great plans. Very pleasant and peaceful stay.

Cleanest bathrooms in a campground I have ever seen, but the showers are too small. Activities should be posted in game area. Owners were very accommodating and personable. The name of roads in the camp and on the map did not match. Wish the trails were there for hiking. Loved the open spaces for the kids to play in. Loved the pavilion with the tables which we used for a community dinner.
