What a wonderful campground. The host was amazing and went out of there way to make us feel at home. Our favorite part of the grounds was the trails that were cut through the forest. Quite at night with more stars in the sky then any where. The top recommendation to anyone visiting western NY/Letchworth area. Will visit again!

Fantastic time at KOA Letchworth! Owners are super nice people and really make it an enjoyable place to camp! 5 stars for sure!

We loved our stay at this KOA. The activities were great for the kids, the campsites are spacious and shaded, and the staff was accomodating and super helpful! We will definitely be back.

First time visit. Although a small park it's nice and clean with a pleasent atmosphere. They had a cute little Halloween party for the kids and have nice game room. Will come back.

Not well maintained compared to other KOAs. People were very nice but the sites need work. Tree stumps and divots in ground made it dangerous at night.

Thank you for your comments. One of the attractions of our campground are the abundance of trees. You will find uneven ground at some of the sites due to the number of trees. We are continuously maintaining the sites, but nature has a way of doing what it wants.

This is our 4th time this season visiting this camprground. Love all the activities for the kids. Very friendly and kind staff. The kids have a blast every time.Will continue to camp here for years to come.

It was a nice campground but the sites were way to tight. Our neighbors and us were right on top of each other. Halloween activities for kids were great.

We arrived very late at night but the owners were very understanding and accomodating. We immediately felt at home. The cabin we stayed in was comfy and clean. We will be back for sure

We enjoyed our stay very much, usually not happy to be among seasonal campers, but we had a nice quiet time. Karin was very informative about the area and we took her advice. Lots to do to occupy our week. We understand that the far bath will undergo renovation, that will be a plus. A great time

Everything was very clean and staff/owners were friendly and helpful. Because of COVID, some areas were not open, but that is to be expected. Our little cabin was adorable and we even had tv, which was a surprise.

Customer service from beginning to end was incredible. Very family-oriented campground that has free games And activities for the kids. Site was a great size for our trailer, our family and guests. All in all the stay was great and would recommend to anyone.

Tom and Karen are amazing Hosts. We loved our stay. Everything was perfect. From the beautiful pond to the family's getting together for 1 more weekend. (Socially distancing of course). Quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be back. ��

We were there 4 nights and we had two other couples in their own trailers with us. We asked to next to each other and we were. Very clean and quiet park. We liked it. The only that I would change is the site could have been more level.

We had a great weekend!! The only thing that could have used a little more attention was the cleanliness of our cabin. The cabins are beautiful but we had to clean everything before we unpacked our vehicle. Not only because of Vivid, but because it was just dirty. That was the only thing that could have been better. The staff is great, so friendly. All of the neighbors were so friendly! Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback and review. I'm a little confused on the cabin cleanliness, since as the owner I personally checked your cabin and washed the carpet, shower curtain and left it spotless. Stayed labor day weekend. Owner's were on site and very polite. Accommodations were clean and pretty level. We had plenty of room for our slideout and awning.

We were in a full hook up site. the electrical box was not secured to the post. the sewer connection was flush with the ground and was not threaded which made it difficult to attach our hose. Bathrooms were dirty, trash can over flowing, at at one point 2 of the 3 toilets were clogged. I have stayed at several KOA's and this campground is not living up to the KOA standards.

Thank you for your feedback. We've never had any complaints on your site utilities before, but we will look and address any issues. With regard to the bathrooms, we keep them very clean. We unclogged the toilets immediately. We will do a better job on a busy holiday weekend with the bathrooms.

Had a good time as always. Our cabin was not as clean as has been in past but nothing that would stop me for reserving again. The toilet ran constantly in Cabin 2 and should be checked and rust stained.

Thank you for your feedback. Apologize that the cleanliness of the cabin did not meet your expectations. We will do better. Please let us know when a toilet is running, we could have fixed it for you. I cleaned the cabin myself today and did not see any rust stains. Again, we apologize. Thank you.

Actual campsite was amazing however the property was not what I expected being my first time at a kale after seeing all the website advertisements expected much more but then again this was out of the way rural which was also very nice though I complaint I have is the showers were cold no matter what time of day I attempted to take one however this was not the problem for the ladies room.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the game time they offered. They have the perfect spot for those of us traveling to Letchworth Park for the day to hike. The gave us great directions to how to get around the area. They offer play area for kids and families to enjoy outside time together as well as bike or walking paths to enjoy. They offer golf carts to rent for those who prefer
