The place is really well taken care of. Love the new restroom shower combo. I do however miss the butterflies on the old ones. Upgrade to wi-fi in the Labrador loop, works great. Very clean would go back.

We had a nice time. it was generally quiet, clean, and the lot was a good size. Our cable connection did not work which may be our issue not the campgrounds. If we come back up to the area we are very likely to stay again. we might like a different site that is not so open.

Our site S10 wasn't roomy enough and was flooded from all the rain. The campsite did honor our request not to put anyone in the next spot because the way the site was angled we would have had no room. the campsite did bring us 3 skids so we could get out of our camper without stepping in many inches of water. Bathrooms were very clean and staff was very nice. We were inconvenienced though.

This campground has its perks however way off the beaten path and our site needs to be condemned a 14, worst site I ever had

We are sorry that you did not like your site. We've never had any complaints about the site. We would have gladly given you another site if requested. The reason other campers prefer our campground is that it is off the beaten path. Again, sorry that that you did not enjoy your stay.

My family and I had a wonderful relaxing time. Our site was great, G2 and our daughter and grandchildren had a cabin. The owners were most gracious. The campground is very nice and you can see the owners have and continue to put a lot of work into it!!

The site was horrible. It was all soft gravel where you could get stuck. It was small. Other sites had a large area. We will never go to it again!

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. If you would have asked, we could have found a site that was more suitable for you. We just put new gravel down on the site and we had a lot of rain which did not allow the ground to harden. Thank you for your comments.

Our site (S10) had a slope just at the bottom of our steps which made getting in and out very difficult. It was uneven, so additional step wouldn’t level close enough to trailer steps. Couldn’t reposition trailer to make it work. Kind of dangerous for someone with knee issues and dog. Other sites looked more level. Restrooms were the best I’ve ever seen. Clean and private, modern.

Thank you for your review. The beauty of our campground is our hills. We have made every effort to level the sites and we continue to maintain them on a regular basis. If you decide to come back we would be more than happy to advise you on other sites that would be more appropriate for you.

The site that we had was very small. The roads are all gravel and we could not ride our bikes.

Friendly staff and clean sites and facilities. Great pools. Our site was quite shallow but extremely wide. Lost one star for shallow site and for both road and site on a slope causing difficulty getting in and out.

The cleanest public bathrooms I've ever seen! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Area was very well-cared for, except for the hiking trail we took wasn't a very clear path.

Good location for the state park access but not the best experience. Doggy bags were empty and when I asked if they were going to be refilled, the answer was no. By husband's truck back tires were a bit on the patio & someone very rudely knocked on the door, was not so nicely stating that they were rather the truck be on their grass as opposed to their patio. Not returning

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, people take more doggy bags then they need so we've stopped refilling the receptacle. We do have them in the store upon request. Our patios are for seating and cannot tolerate half a truck on it. Our voice was loud over the barking dogs, but not disrespectful

The staff was friendly and helpful. The sites were clean and the facilities were exceptional. There was a catch and release pond where the grandkids had a ball. Would definitely return for another stay.

The campground was convenient to day trips to Letchworth State Park and Niagara Falls. Facilities were clean. We enjoyed the sip and paint activity that was offered during our stay. All staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved our stay, plenty to do around the area. Outdoor pool was great, indoor pool not so great. I would love to see them take inside pool out and expand Arcade area. The owners were super friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful time! Brought our grandkids for an adventure and they had a blast. Nice site, near the playground, and very clean bathhouse!! Kids had fun in the arcade and we even got some fishing in despite the rain. We had a slight issue with our sewer hook up, owner took care of that while we were out. Even let us borrow some cable so we could enjoy TV. We will be back! Thank you!

The campgrounds were amazing. The new bathrooms/showers were the nicest I have ever experienced. The staff was accomodating. Location was perfect for Letchworth State Park with a beautiful drive over. We will totally be back.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They quickly addressed and solved any problems or concerns that arose. The campground is very nice and there have been many updates to the facilities. We enjoyed our stay there very much (even in the rain!).

Nice little campground, very friendly and accommodating staff. The prices are more than fair with the full hookup sites and it seems like they're always doing upgrades to improve the camping experience. I will definitely be going back to camp there in the future. 5 stars for me ����������

like the fact that there are sites that are not on top of each other. love that there is stuff setup for the kids. would like to see more suff for adults. Like the bingo. Also the updates are GREAT. like the new fire pits and patios for the campers.

The staff is awesome and very friendly. The pool was in great shape and entertainment area was updated from our last stay. We like our site L5 but it needs more stone and trees trimmed a little bit. Did notice fresh stone was put down on major roads which keeps the mud at bay. Thank you. See you next year! One request is that the card reader /gate distance be increased. Too close!

Kids love the arcade area; the pools are clean and not too cold and not too warm! Grounds are clean, you can tell there has been work done on the roads. The new restrooms & showers are fantastic!!

Campground was very quiet. The site was raised several inches using loose pea size stone two days prior to our arrival. When we kept trying to level off the camper no matter what leveling devices we used they kept on sliding off the blocks or kept sinking. The outdoor pool was fine but the indoor pool looked pretty outdated but we were there primarily to visit Letchworth State Park.

The owners and their family were very helpful and friendly. We had a nice time with the exception of the rain that they obviously have no control over. We also needed a repair and they connected us with a mobile guy that was also very helpful.
