We enjoyed our stay. Sites and amenities were very well maintained and clean. Owners were helpful and very friendly. It was a peaceful and relaxing weekend.

Absolutely love this KOA! The owners are fantastic and make the campground feel like a second home. Our girls always enjoy the activities, the arcade, and the pools. The new bathhouse is incredible as well! Pride of ownership is obvious and we are looking forward to camping there again soon!

This was one of the nicest campgrounds EVER! We just stayed one night passing through but the bath/restrooms were amazing:) All of the staff were friendly.

Great stay. The owners were extremely helpful when I had an issue with my trailer. I was able to borrow some tools that I didn’t have, which allowed me to get on the road. The pool was great.

Our stay was great. Loved the bathroom/shower facilities...best yet. Only downside was the stones under wheels/levelers at the site we had (L08). A little short and out of level front to rear and side to side too. Was more level near tree/power/water, but too close for slide-out to work.

Enjoyed site location, bath houses were wonderful, near state was desirable, activities were fun. Negatives were picnic table was not usable, would have preferred a grate on fire ring to cook on, tent caterpillars were annoying although uncontrollable by campground

Once again I enjoyed my stay at this location. Good fishing, great pool and not too big. Has all the amenities. Biggest surprise was the new shower house/bathroom. I'm in my 60's and have never seen just a well designed clean bathroom. Each one is unisex, has changing table for babies, toilet sink, shower and places to put and hang things. I doubt you would find better in the whole country.

Your place is lovely. The amenities are five star plus. We especially enjoyed the gigantic dog park. A great place for some canine exercise . We’ll be back!

The bathrooms near our site were the cleanest out of any campground we have stayed at. They were new so I am sure that helped but they were also very nicely set up!

Very clean,quiet site.Enjoyed our stay.Staff was very friendly,helpful during our stay.Slightly disappointed the pull through site was not very level.Had to use all of our blocks to get level and block up our stabilizing jacks.Then we didn’t have any blocking left to support our Step Above entry steps.Owners were very quick to help us and brought more blocking.Would go here again on another site

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this KOA. The staff was very friendly and informative. The restrooms were very well kept and clean, the sites were well maintained. Love the fishing pond and doggy park, even my dog had a good time. Except for the dive bombing caterpillars we had a wonderful stay and will be returning next year.

Very nice sites. The grounds were very well maintained, bathrooms modern and spotless!! Loved the ponds, dog walk ect. Very pleased with our stay at this campground!

We've been camping at this campground for many years, although only once since it became a KOA. We miss the old owners & their way of doing things, but this new KOA is quite nice. They have kept the quiet, family vibe that has always been in the past. The NEW bathhouse is phenomenal! I have never been excited to use a bathhouse -BUT- WOW! New in-ground pool too! Many changes, all for the good!

The hosts were VERY friendly and accommodating. The brand new bathrooms were fabulous!!! The sites were well maintained and cabins looked very nice. However, some of the sites, especially in the "L" section had a significant drop from front to back, and were more mounded than flat. This would make leveling a camper a hit more of a challenge. The grounds and trails could be better maintained.

Thank you for the very nice review. We recently leveled all the sites and added gravel. On some sites we built up the back due to the terrain, however we built them for smaller campers, so leveling would not be a problem. We opened a few weeks ago and we are still working on getting the campground in shape.

Thank you for your review. Our sites are very long and you have ample room in the back of your camper. Your site was a W&E site and since it does not have a sewer it may have seemed smaller.

This was a great week! Everything was clean and the shower house was kept spotless. We especially enjoyed the site #L10. It was nicely shaded and private. The Wifi signal was good at the pavilion across the way and TV reception was good, also. We would stay here again if in the area!

Had a great stay! RV site very comfortable with a patio and nice fire pit. The owners couldn't have been nicer! Highly recommend to stay! Hope to be back again soon.

The spot could have been more level and maintained. It should have been mowed before our arrival. Otherwise it was peaceful and the restrooms were great! The staff was the nicest we have ever come across. Thank you.

Can’t control the weather. The site was nothing but mud and the campground should have put hay down, or moved us to another open site. Bedsides the mud pit the overall experience was a pleasant stay

Very happy that you had a nice stay. If asked, we would have gladly moved you. You requested that particular site. Unfortunately, early spring in WNY is usually wet. The hay you saw is covering for grass seed, not mud. Parking a truck on the grass not on the gravel pad always makes ruts in wet weather.
