Very friendly staff. We only stayed one night as we were traveling south. We would probably stay again if the Canadian border opens up.

The owners are very nice and accommodating. The sights are long and very nice with full grass, no mud. You do face another rv, but if they and you pull up enough you have a large area between.

You are so sweet even though I tried to boot you out of your site early! LOL Thanks for putting up with my blonde moment. LOL Yes, offsetting works great to give you a little more privacy.

Nice quiet and clean campground. Lacked amenities like a swimming pool and no coffee in the office for sale. Also weird to have all the campsites on the lawn. Leveling can be a problem here especially if other more level sites are not available. We had several to choose from so no problem. Owners are very helpful and friendly. We would camp there again if in the Houlton/Presque Isle region.

We are in hopes of opening next season with a swimming pool (first season so trying to get the funds for it). Coffee for sale in the office is a great idea (will have to start doing that). Hoping to put in a few deluxe sites soon. Please stay with us again if you are in the area. Happy Camping!

Our stay was amazing!!! This is such a beautiful property and the new owners, David and Michelle are doing a fantastic job!!! Our stay in a motorhome was magical. We had a large, open space on nicely groomed grass. As a bonus you'll find beautiful system of meadows full of wildflowers and occasional ready to eat raspberries. The trails thru are wide and well kept for an easy walk. We'll come back ASAP.

I recommend this campground to everyone!! There is a beautiful pond to the left as soon as you enter the grounds. In the front office you are greeted by an incredibly friendly family. This place is family owned+ operated and it’s obvious in the details. The bathrooms and laundry room are always clean and there was plenty of hot water in the showers. Loved it!!

David and Michelle are the new owners and they truly take pride in keeping the grounds beautiful. There are walking trails, ponds, and trees. They even have a Saturday Ice Cream Social. Lovely people, beautiful grounds, facilities are in good shape and close to Houlton with lots to do.

The largest camp sites ever. Fully paved roads. Level sites. Did not need our breathable rug, grass is perfect. �athroom is clean as any I’ve seen. Wood was perfect for camp fire. Thank you Michele and David. Will be back!

The Houlton/Canadian Border KOA is our #1 favorite KOA, and we've stayed in many KOAs! It's beautiful, with large grass sites surrounded by trees. Extensive trails in the back are so pretty for good walks! People in the office are so nice, everything is extremely well maintained. We would highly recommend this park!

We love it there! The laundry room and rest rooms are so clean. The staff is so friendly! The sites are really big. The best campground we have stayed in a very long time. Keep up the great work!

Great location near Houlton town. Nice campground. Particularly like the manicured grass parking spots. Michelle was very welcoming and assisted us in getting to an ideal spot.

Michelle was so nice and accommodating with last minute notice. Camp ground is clean and pleasant atmosphere. Both Michelle and her husband (owners) are friendly, helpful and no one could ask for better host. We will most certainly be back.

Beautiful grounds with long nature trails to walk my dog Clean restroom and laundry areas And a fishing pond w peddle boats. Very quiet and peaceful I’ll be back soon

Good place to stay for overnight going to Canada. But the highway is very loud. The showers are very small. I would have give it a 5 star if it wasn't for the highway. I could put up with the showers.

Ah, the joys of tenting - you do tend to hear more of the traffic noise. Some of our tent sites are closer to the entrance which does make it a bit more noisy. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about the road noise. Thank you for your review and we do hope you come back again.

It was a beautiful area & the park was exceptional clean. We spent 7 days to give us some downtime & it was the perfect KOA. Michelle was the friendliest owner & helpful. Loved their little hiking trails….very nice, neat & beautiful. Thanks for making our stay feel very welcomed. We will be back someday.

Did the one night stay. Met the owner very pleasant person. Took us to the site. Nice grass site and very peaceful. Showers were tight but the hot water felt great after the long drive. Planning to spend more time there on our next trip to this area.

We had a wonderful weekend here. The owners are extremely friendly and they do a wonderful job here. The campground is very very neat and clean . Love the large grassy sites. A very quiet campground and a great place to relax and enjoy camping. We have stayed here twice and will plan again soon!!

This was my first time camping in my RV. Michelle and David were incredibly generous with there time and knowledge about RV’s. I had a rough first night, but with their help the rest of my stay was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about them and the campground.

The campground is beautifully maintained. The sites are level and there is some shade. There are fabulous walking paths thru the fields and woods. It's suitable for families but quiet enough for us w/o kids. But the very best part is Michelle, the owner & manager. She is extraordinary. Kind. Thoughtful. Considerate. Stay here. You won't regret it.

Hubby stays busy mowing the lawns and keeping the walking trails groomed...when he isn't playing State Trooper. LOL I am humbled by your kind words...my husband and I just want campers to come here, feel at home, enjoy their stay and make lasting memories. I'm so thankful we crossed paths.

The owner was incredibly nice. However, this just wasn't what you expect from a KOA. If you are charging KOA prices, need the KOA amenities.

I am so sorry you didn't enjoy your one night tent site stay. Is there anything specific you were expecting that we did not provide? The only way we can improve is if our campers let us know what we are missing - that is why I always tell our campers to let us know if there is anything wrong.

It was wonderful. The only comment was having a smoker in the space next to us, which meant the smoke was coming in our trailer so we had to close our windows. I think there should be a separate section for smokers.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, with a small park there is just no way to have a designated area for campers who smoke...although, it is a great idea. When you come back next time just let us know you would like a more private site and we will see what we can do.

I have stayed at this Campground for over 20 years. The new owners are fantastic. We had some problems with our motorhome and these folks went out of their way to help us out. They stopped to chat every time they passed our site, even while mowing the grass! They had to make some extra effort to get my cousin and I in adjoining sites. If I were to rate them from 0 to 10 they would get 100 !

This really means a lot to us especially from campers who have camped here for over 20 years. We consider our campers family and will do whatever we can to bring that family feeling. I hope you got your camper fixed for your trip home and can't wait to welcome you back!

Absolutely wonderful 4 night stay. Well manicured lawns, and the sites are really nice. Owners seem very hands on. Wifi was really good too. Truely a zero complaints stay. Looking forward to many future stays.

It is a beautiful campground. The owners where terrific and our stay there was marvelous. We originally went there for three days as we were passing thru. After being in the campground and visiting Houlton we decided to stay there an extra week.

This campground has the most lush, large, clean, level sites. We enjoyed having a pull through "buddy" site, which extended our combined outdoor space. The dog park was very clean. The owners gave personal service. It is a wonderful place and I hope to return.
