Very professional staff, was able to advance a date for me on short notice. The only reason I would hesitate to refer is because the park is large and crowded, not our usual preference.

Lots to do! Catch and release fish ponds. Inflatables snd swimming. Gemstone mining. Kids had a blast! Glad we stopped there!

Beautiful full hook up pull through site. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Best KOA I've stayed at thus far.

We are new to camping. Owners and staff were so kind and helpful. Nice place to stay. We’ve become members of the KOA family. Two future bookings already made to check out other KOA campsites because we had such a good time at this one. We will be back. Thank you for your help and support.

In spite of the nearly 180 degree turn to get in, it was easy in and easy to the site, clean park with a very friendly and efficient staff. We recommend and plan to use this KOA again!

Called directly with late request to stay because of change in plans. Person with whom I spoke was able to tell me what sites available as well as which direction the sun would hit my RV front -- important because of our dog -- which was amazing! Check in was quick and easy. We had a premium patio site (#14) which was VERY NICE. Clean, furniture in good order. Loved the concrete porch.

Office staff was great. Park is very pretty. Guide to site was rude/unhappy because we kept our truck hooked up for nite. Sites were so close, we were less than a foot from the electrical panel and only about 2-3 feet from neighbors slideout. Thought that was bad until another site was filled on front side facing our camper. So close both could not open awning. Will avoid KOAs on weekends!!

Sites are extremely close together. A lot of them are just on grass. There is a busy Interstate Highway running right by it so there is constant traffic noise. Occasionally you can hear a train horn. Wi-fi spotty, at best. It was ok for a 2 night stay but not the best.

The campground is gorgeous with lakes, ponds, fishing, fun apparatus on the water, play areas. Perfect stop for one night or a week.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. A little scary pulling off onto Fire Fox Rd. Staff were friendly and the facilities were well maintained.

We were traveling through West Virginia on our way to Ohio and had a one night stay in your campground. It was so pretty and our site was so nice - wish we could have stayed longer!

We were just there one night but it looked nice. It was clean, well-organized, very pleasant staff, and had several activities available. My only downside was the very tight spaces. Someone pulled in as we got ready to leave and their slide was so close to ours that a person couldn't possibly squeeze between. We could have passed the Grey Poupon, if you're old enough to get the joke.

Stayed there just for one night on two different Sundays as a travel stop to and from our destinations. Both times the staff was very helpful and friendly. We upgraded to the pull thru sites with patio, grill, tables and chairs. The facility was very clean and all infrastructure was in top condition. Lots for families to do if you stayed for a few days. Recommend this KOA highly.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. As is the case with so many campgrounds these days, the interior sites are cram packed. We were lucky enough to get a pull-through site on the outside of the loop. Thank goodness we did. The staff does the best they can, these campgrounds were just never designed for the large sizes of modern RV's and sheer numbers of people that are camping.

The staff at the campground was very friendly, however the sites were very tightly packed together, to the point that we had to ask our neighbor to move his car in order for us to get out of the campsite in the morning.

The people in the office and on the grounds were great. Friendly and ready to help. My complaint is that on the exit route there are several low handing tree limbs that drag on the top of a mid-size motorhome. With all the equipment mounted on the roof it is essential that this problem gets fixed!

The reception staff was exceptional. They were friendly and professional. The site was clean and functional. The park was conveniently located near I64 and centrally located to nearby attractions.

Like the campground but had to call yesterday to ask that someone ask a worker (carpenter?) to stop belt sanding wood very close our site. Earlier in the morning I thought that someone was using a leaf blower but later in the day upon closer examination I saw that it was a belt sander. I had paid $15 to have guests at our site and when they complained about the noise I called the office.

Only stayed one night and it rained most of the night. The dog park was very small and not well protected at the bottom. My medium size dog almost crawled under in 2 different locations. Site was level with good space.

This is a good place to use if just passing through. The campground is clean and well taken care of. It is located right against 64, so it will be loud even with AC and a fan on. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you are wanting to stay connected to your trailer, make sure to call and ask for a pull through that will allow this.

We requested a pull through site so we didn't have to unhook. We were given site 11, an 80 foot full hook up site. The site was large and very level. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this campground.

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin and had an amazing time! The kids enjoyed swimming at the big lake everyday and making new friends. They also participated in the gold mining and came home with some unique gems. Staff and campers were friendly and welcoming! Thank you for the amazing experience and see y'all again soon!
