Our campsite was an absolute muddy mess when we arrived. I voiced my concerns to the staff, who were friendly, however didn't offer much help. I asked if they had extra gravel to place on the site so we could at least keep our jacks above water/mud. Our truck interior will now need a detail from all the mud, and I had to hose off our chairs and outdoor items when we left. No discount was offered

Staff was very nice and helpful. Site was well appointed although very close to the interstate and a camper sales and service center. Many other sites are more isolated from the noise and lights. We ran our AC overnight to keep noise down. Good water pressure. Laundry facility was a little overpriced compared to other campgrounds. Nice layout with easy in and out.

We have stayed at this campground before and it has always been very clean and wonderful but this time the bathrooms were not kept clean and there was debris on our site. We are debating returning to this KOA in the future.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We have never had a KOA with pizza delivery, garbage pick up and such a nice little store. Sites were roomy and campground was quiet. We will stay again!

There is no adult area in the pool, that was a let down. Did NOT like the bolted table. Poor placement of the grill as well, it ended up UNDER our second awning. Staff was awesome, very friendly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. July 4th fireworks show was very good. Campground was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed prayer meeting.

All of the amenities are great, but I paid $73.54 per night to be squished into a low quality site. My site looked like it used to be a long pull through. The middle of the site was a permanent site for a worker and then customers were placed on both ends. There wasn’t comfortable room for our car. The picnic table was very wobbly. The staff were very nice!

Staff were very polite and professional. Pool area and horses are a plus. Our site was flooded so was terrible.....site #64. The bathrooms need updated badly. We had stayed here last year on business and informed them of that then......apparently the right people didn't get the message. The showers are very small and the shower heads and faucets don't work properly or efficiently.

Paid top dollar for a Prime spot. CG map is a little misleading. Paid $25 to secure the spot, this fee not charged at most CG's. Found to be next to the exit, closest to the interstate and highway. CG roads are terrible with many pot holes and puddles from the rains. For the price one would think the roads would be paved. The girl at the check in and the escort to the site were excellent.

We were only there very briefly but it seemed like a quality KOA. The spaces were nicely spread out where we were located and the amenities were very nice. The only concern was the campground road was full of potholes and very muddy since it had just rained. A paved campground road would make this a five star KOA.

People were friendly. Stayed only one night so did not use any of the facilities. Roads were full of flooded potholes and many sites were partially flooded including ours. Not worth the price.

Great area so near Indy and all attractions! Campground was fun until the last day. When we woke up it was raining and then the rain stopped around 10. The pool never opened for the remainder of the day. Wait I take that back. They opened at 8 pm. only because everyone checking in that afternoon was not told that pool was closed Their excuse was they were waiting for a storm. Fail...

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The pool was closed in the morning/early afternoon due to lightning - and remained closed until about 5 PM because our safety protocols had not been met. We are sorry this was inconvenient for you but our staff will ALWAYS err on the side of caution.

This KOA was in a great location. My kids loved the splash pad and ice cream. Would've loved some daily activities! Also, on our last day, they had the pool closed. They said storms were rolling in but it didn't not storm the entire day. We asked multiple times to get it open from 10 til about 5 but it was a no go. The real bummer was when I took my girls to the bathroom at 8, kids were swimming.

One of the nicest campgrounds we have ever stayed at. The space we had at the site was incredible, we wish more campgrounds would give this much space. The 2 girls working in the office were extremely nice and very polite. They were really busy when we checked in and when we went into the store for pizza and ice cream. Hat's off to all your employees. They were very friendly.

Everything at this KOA was great. Great service. Very large lot compared to all other KOA's I've been to. Pizza delivered to the site is great. The only thing that would make this location better would be if there were bath and shower house over at the "D" lots on the other side of the creek from the office.

Came to your campground from only just a few miles away just to get away for a couple of days. Had an amazing time. Great place and workers are the most friendly and helpful people! Thank you!!!! Will definitely be back

The campground was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. It was awesome to have a large fenced in dog yard for the dogs to run free after a long drive.

Loved the premium site but was way over priced. We had rebooked after having to postpone a trip and the July 4 weekend was available. We were not told of the additional cost compared to the rate we booked at. Instead of 135.00 night it was 199.00. Did not know this until after we had checked in

Great service all the way around. Great staff. Always friendly and have a smile on their faces. Fireworks were amazing. The only thing that I would say was a minus and it’s not really that big of deal is the depth of the pool. Wish it was a little deeper for the adults to use as well.

We had a great time for July 4th weekend! Lots of planned activities for campers. The pool party with DJ was a hit. The fireworks show was Awesome! We look forward to camping again next year. Thank you for your hard work and planning!

Our stay at Indianapolis KOA over the 4th of July weekend was great! My grandson and granddaughter loved the pool, and all of the organized activities. The staff went out of their way to make our stay fun, and that we had every thing we needed. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The camp store is well stocked, and serves pizza, wings, and ice cream. Great place to stay.

Arrived after dark and was escorted to my camp site. It had just rained so the site was very muddy. Overall would love to see site parking pads refreshed with new gravel to help. In site description I would have liked it to say our awning would be facing the awning of the camper beside us. The people in that site had already arrived and pretty much took over the space in between the 2 sites.

The staff are extra friendly, and cordial. The grounds are very well kept, all utilities worked nominally. The 4th of July fireworks show was a pleasant surprise!

Nice and well maintained. The spots are large with a lot of grass between you and next rv. Plenty to keep the kids occupied. The "game room" could be updated a bit, but the kids certainly didn't mind it. Also the internet worked!

My wife and I stay at this KOA twice a year (going south then north). Our experiences have always been excellent from direct phone reservation to check-in to site. In fact, we swear the staff are all on happy pills! I would like to see the potholes filled-this is probably ane ongoing maintenance issue.. Keep up the good work,. Dave and Deb Hays K
