Campground was great! Everything from cleanliness, Staff checks, activities for children, fantastic playground and pool areas. Our site was level, provided shade and no issues with connections. We will definitely be back!!

Lots are too small and too close together. We think that you should advise people in advance if they have booked a "buddy site" with two campers facing each other on very small sites (we were on site 42)

Wifi was very poor. Poor signal and couldn’t make a good connection. Wifi needs to be improved.

Very clean and cozy sites. If you want more real estate this is not for you. Lots of fun things to do for the kids. Pool is great and heated. Would stay again.

Our entire stay there was a sewer smell. We talked to our neighbors and they said the same. We were site 124. The pool was too small and not well located.

We had a great stay at Thousand Islands KOA. The site was big with lots of privacy and shade. The bathrooms were always clean. There were many great things to see in the area around the campground. We will definitely be back.

loved my stay, would have been nice to have more pool time, without other people invading our space. did not appreciate people telling us our time was up when we had lots of time left. should be monitored

Given the covid constraints (pool and such) the facilities were great. A much needed relax was had and it was kind of nice to have the internet there too! Got plenty of personal work done at the same time.

Cost-cutting by current owners very apparent. Staff appear to be miserable and customer service suffered for it. We were told that tent sites could only have 1 tent, but saw at least 2 that were breaking that rule. Sites vacated Sunday morning were left with garbage stacked up even as we left on Monday. Will not go back

A lovely little campground that looks after you and yours. Our pup enjoyed the other pups and the dog park. Some sites have little tree coverage so a dining cover/tent is a good idea.

Its a great place and good location, however most of activities were geared towards kids not adults though, also the campsites are very close to each other, we could hear the neighbours conversation the whole night, but liked the all hook up facilities and clean washrooms & etc.

We had a great stay and lots of fun at the campsite, there was lots to do for kids which was nice as well as some alone time for the adults in the hot tub.

Great family stay. The staff was awesome. This KOA is a must in the 1000 Islands area. We can’t wait to get back there without restrictions! When your 8 year old daughter is crying because she doesn’t want to leave, you know we all had a blast!!!

Lots of barking dogs. A lot! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Sites are clean. You guys manage the covid pandemic health measures; masks, distanciation, pool schedule very well. good job!

It was our first time ,we went with 3 other family had amazing time The staff was amazing The activities for the kids blew me away , kept them so busy The whole park felt so safe The only thing that wasn’t great was the limited pool time which isn’t your fault that’s stupid Covid but the staff was great and provided a map of a bunch of local beaches which is what we chose to do

We really enjoyed our first camping trip of the season. Kids were kept very busy with all of the activities and everything was well organized. We can't wait to book again!

Bonjour, Beau camping, très bien situé et propre. Nous y retournerons et nous le recommanderons! Seul bémol, nous étions situé au terrain#131 qui est très étroit, que je ne recommande pas, sauf si vous connaissez bien vos voisins du terrain #130.

Welcoming staff and clean campground, only down fault is there’s only 1 washroom facility. Would definitely go again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great kids activities even with Covid protocols. Friendly atmosphere, just wish the sites were a little larger. (Not much privacy on the pull throughs). Great weekend overall.

Really enjoyed this KOA. The only thing I wish was that the mattress was thicker as u can't sleep that well if u are older. but everything else was nice thankyou

Excellent pet friendly campground. Really appreciated the dog walk, you took the time and cut the grass beside the road in large patches most of the way down and garage cans placed down the road for disposal; well thought out.

Was great. As borders opened and we were able to camp, enjoy and spend time with our camping family and the pool and hot tub. Felt safe with the pandemic.And will continue camping.

This place was bumping, Lots to do great staff., Beautiful campground. Close to the seaway and easy access. No problem with our 45 ft coach for access. will visit again. Thanks for a great getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was courteous. The site was well maintained. We found that our lot was a little too small for our 42' feet fifth wheel (site 34). Fortunately, no one was staying at the lot behind us and we were able to back in that lot to get out. If we go back to the KOA Ivy Lea, we will ask for a bigger lot. Thank you again!

Very nice park. Incredibly helpful, friendly and courteous staff members! My children loved the bouncy dome. The grounds are very clean and all the facilities are very well maintained.

Great Campground, Dealt with very noisy campers immediately and asked them to leave when they were very loud and disrespectful. It sucks that a group of people can almost ruin some peoples camping experience but the staff dealt with them amazingly and were very helpful. The staff even dealt with the rude children appropriately and respectfully. Will 100 Percent come again.

Fantastic family fun. Heated pull with a slide that my kids went crazy for not to mention all the kid friendly activities the rocket launch was an amazing time. Would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend to anyone.
