The sites are really not defined as to what is yours and what is your neighbours...And the "gardens" could use some TLC...just a bunch of weeds..Good thing I don"t have allergies...

We were just there for an overnight. Nice friendly girl in office. Did not use any of the facilities. The reason for 3 star is our site (104) was very unlevel. We tried our motorhome in several positions and our front wheels were always at least 6 inches off the ground for us to be level. The location is very good, close to Gananoque & no traffic noise.

Our stay was great. Covid precautions were in place and well done. We only had 2 negative aspects: our propane ran out and the office was closed; and the firewood we purchased was really wet and made for a lot of smoke.

Jen and the girls behind the counter are awesome and helpful. kids hot tub was not fully functioning, the adult hot tub is closed they maintain some activities with bingo at dinner and the prices are too high I took a non sewer site. Few suggestions that other koa offer are hand sanitizer outside bathroom and spray sanitizer for shared sink.

The bathrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The kids activities were fun for my son! We had a concern with bees in the cabin and reported it after two of us were stung. There was no resolution and then another one of us got stung. It would have been nice to have a resolution. Thankfully none of us have an allergy to bee stings.

Did not appreciate lawn mower unit was very loader than it should have been. Mechanical issue. Cutting was done on our lot while we were there and didn’t seem to care which way he was blowing the cuttings.

Bon accueil, terrains et installations bien entretenus , bon respect des consignes pour la Covid. Assez tranquille section boisée malgré fort achalandage. Très cher. Aurions peut-être renoncé sans le spécial nuit gratuite avec carte de membre.

The KOA was up to my KOA standards. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The little cabin was so cute and clean. The area around it was well maintained. We would have loved to have spent more time there unfortunately so much to see and do we ran out of time.

Beautiful woodland site that fit our RV, friendly staff, easy to reserve and extend, reasonable price, great playground for our toddler, jumping pillow was fun but not open at some times we would have liked to use it. Clean showers, easy to find location, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Our stay was great! The weather didn't cooperate but the park and our site were really great! If you have young ones, the activities and amenities were amazing! It helped us feel, even for a few days, that we were in a normal world. The staff were friendly and grounds kept very nice. The poop stations around the park were a bonus touch! We will definitely be back if ever in the area!

I was so impressed by the staff at the Ivy Lea! Staff were constantly cleaning the sites, the bathrooms and the grounds. Staff were helpful. The surrounding area was beautiful with lots of fun things to do. I would recommend the provincial park walking trails which is 5 minutes down the road and the river boat tours.

Cabins were very clean and cozy! Mini fridge was super helpful! Just wish the firewood wasn’t $14 a bag, we spent over $100 on wood which we felt was a bit ridiculous but other than that we had a great time.

We found our site very small, we basically shared a site with the people (strangers) next to us although there were some beautiful sites around the park. Our stay was very expensive for what it was but the kids LOVED it. Not sure if we'll go back, there are lot's of other campgrounds with the same/better value.

We had a great time at this camping ground. Our space was spacious enough in the woods. The people were kind and helpful. We would recommend it.

Great campground with all the amenities. Wi-Fi was strong and fast�. Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Lots of local activities and scenery.

The cabin was extremely clean and very well maintained. The staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful and informative at check in. The store was so convenient since we left the hot dogs at home. The site is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Beautiful area. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back! You rock!!!!

Great Campground, Dealt with very noisy campers immediately and asked them to leave when they were very loud and disrespectful. It sucks that a group of people can almost ruin some peoples camping experience but the staff dealt with them amazingly and were very helpful. The staff even dealt with the rude children appropriately and respectfully. Will 100 Percent come again.

Fantastic family fun. Heated pull with a slide that my kids went crazy for not to mention all the kid friendly activities the rocket launch was an amazing time. Would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend to anyone.
