The sites were incredibly small and our “deluxe patio site” was disappointing and not worth $100/ night. It felt like we were in a parking lot. On the plus side, our kids loved the rocket launcher, the water slide and the playground. The dog park was also enjoyed by our dog.

Was great! Clean, lots for people with children for them to do. Staff were exceptionally friendly. The only thing I would suggest is that you make your site numbers bigger and put on both sides of the site.

Stay was great. Lots to do for my little guy and friendly staff. I lost a bracelet which never showed up and forgot a welcome mat outside my cabin. Went back same day and staff were meant to look into it for me. Never heard back from anyone. Kind of disappointed. It had to have gone somewhere.

Overall a good stay, only issue I have is the internet was terrible. I work in the computer field and wasn’t impressed with the internet at all. Don’t know what the issue is, whether it’s old equipment or just bad internet speeds. Recommend a consultation about the service and get it worked out. In this day and age you need reliable internet. Great family campsite. Sites and grounds were extremely well kept and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. This was our first experience camping with KOA and I will say we were definitely not disappointed. We will be looking at coming back in the future and will definitely be recommending to others.

Very good, clean and quiet. It would be nice to have some separation between our site and the storage area. Otherwise quite excellent.

Happy with the size of lot and the shade we had for our tent. Washrooms were very clean and we could always see staff working and/or monitoring.

It is a very nice campground, well equiped for the kids activities. The only downside of the place is that I felt like we were too close to each other. Otherwise than that the place is great.

We loved it. First time with my brand new trailer and staff were amazing with hints and tips while setting up and taking down. Really appreciated it.

Bien malgré le Covid19. Les informations concernant la croisière sur les 1000 Islands n'étaient pas à jour, ce qui nous a causé certains contretemps. La personne qui coupait le gazon était dangereuse car des projectiles étaient éjectés de la tondeuse avec risque de briser nos véhicules ou de nous blesser.

Stayed in a cabin. Would like to commend all the staff for a great stay and a very friendly environment. Any issues were dealt with promptly and had a great stay.

Excellent campground. Despite being a little close and packed in, the campground was quiet at night. Service with Covid-19 precautions in place was excellent. Staff at the desk and around the park were friendly, prompt and attentive. Great area to camp in, very central to everything we wanted to do in Gan.

We have been coming to KOA ivy lea from before we even had children. our oldest is 13 now. that kind of sums up how great of a camp ground KOA ivy lea is. staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The camp ground is very clean and the kids activities are well thought out. during the covid-19 pandemic we felt safe staying here and their policies in place helped us feel that way

We had a very nice weekend, and the campground was clean! However, I was very disappointed in KOA management. Earlier in the season we were promised a discounted rate if the pool or hot tub was closed. The hot tub was closed and you could only go in the pool for 15min and the deal in which we were promised was not honoured. The women that I spoke with was extremely rude & we were left disappointed

The ladies that helped us find a site were a pleasure to talk with. They made suggestions and surely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Everything was clean and tidy and the campground was the same. We certainly will come back again to see them.

My kids and had a great stay in the deluxe cottages. Activities were a lot of fun, entertaining and the staff were very nice and friendly. I would recommend it highly to others. We spoke to Mike the night guard / wood guy he was so kind and such a hard worker.

We did like the park. Clean and staff very nice. The park did their best to follow all gov. reg. due to covid . The pool times were okay but I think someone should have been around to see if empty times were available that some coming early could just go in earlier. But they did a great job , considering the restriction. Enjoyed the park. Very quiet nice.

Great park with lots of activities. It was hard to limit the kids to 15min swim times though so suggest longer swim times and I wish more people respected the mask policy inside the bathrooms.

Everything is good. se stayed on campsite T20 from 07-08-2020 to 09-08-2020. I asked for a late check out considering that there was no reservation on our campsite. we wanted to leave around 3pm. We ve been told that we woukd be charge a half-day fee. we refused and left. I think this is excessive. Most cmapings we go, they let us leave later if there are no reservation on our site.

This was our first time camping here and we had heard nothing but praise. Where do I begin. 1st they put us a "buddy site" opposite people we had never met before. Huge mistake in my books with Covid-19 happening. Our fire pits were within 10ft of each other. I would like the opportunity to speak with someone more in-depth about our experience at this KOA. I have lots more to say.

Planned to use as stay over while visiting US. Covid 19 changed that. Then everything in the area was booked. NOT your faults, just not what we had planned, but enjoyed our first camp of 2020

It was ok. Our wifi didn’t work for our entire stay and unfortunately called the office on numerous occasions and no one really seemed to concerned. Put a bit of a damper on our enthusiasm to return.

Rate I thought was high, not impressed with the area. Good park for families. Was told had Wifi, but upon checking in I was told not the best. I thought for the rate at least we would have Wifi. I felt with what's going on, there would have been a bit of a rate reduction. Staff friendly. Nice park.

Great Campground, Dealt with very noisy campers immediately and asked them to leave when they were very loud and disrespectful. It sucks that a group of people can almost ruin some peoples camping experience but the staff dealt with them amazingly and were very helpful. The staff even dealt with the rude children appropriately and respectfully. Will 100 Percent come again.

Fantastic family fun. Heated pull with a slide that my kids went crazy for not to mention all the kid friendly activities the rocket launch was an amazing time. Would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend to anyone.
