We have been camping there 2 - 3 times every year since 2005. The cleanliness and general maintenance of the park has deteriorated greatly in the last 2 - 3 years.We have our family and two other families are meeting there in early August, it is too late to change plans, but after that we just look elsewhere to camp. If someone from KOA wishes to discuss this matter with us we will gladly do so.

I was there before (pre-covid) and this stay wasn’t anything special. It’s a hard time. So besides the pool being a pain and wagon rides needing masks. I find that the KOA planning needs to be stepped up. Eg instead of running out of popcorn. Make more! Add additional activities to offset pool restrictions. It was a themed week but couldn’t tell based on activities. Wet and wild? Hope it

First time at this campground. Very nice camp ground. People are friendly Lots of room to move around when setting up. Lots of facilities for adults and kids Clean place Always a good value with KOA

we enjoyed the campground , pool, bouncy pillow , clean washrooms and wee stocked store. the site i was given was not flat and had quite a slope to it. this made it hard to set up and luckily the ground was not wet we left, other than that we enjoyed your campground. see you again.

The spot was very nice and shaded but the umbrella on the patio table was broken as it didn't close and some of the prongs were bent.

It was great until our first night when the people beside us came in at after 11 was very loud and shinned there car lights into our tent until midnight then was a lot of yelling and screaming, when I have kids in my tent trying to sleep was just plain rude. On Sunday was fantastic of your maintenance crew to come safe us. Car was loaded ready to go, to find out my battery died. They saved us.

Great experiences, lots of fun. Clean facilities. Wish we had longer in the pool because they were so nice but we understand COVID restrictions. Friendly staff, overall great first camping trip experience!

(dispendieux) pour juste dormir vous devriez faire un prix sans les bracelets pour ceux qui utilise pas les installations car nous visitions la régions et nous étions au camping que pour dormir. Donc avec votre systeme de bracelet est bien et facile pour vous de faire des prix sans ou avec vos activitée.Pour les familles merveilleux mes les couple sans enfants je le redis trop chers.

I enjoyed the location and the amenities. We had a beautiful site with electricity and water. The campground was very well maintained. People working at the campground were nice and approachable. The toilets were clean and when taking my shower I always had hot water. Beautiful well maintained campground! I would have liked to get more information on free boat launches for my kayak however.

We have an autistic child and we stayed in cabin dc5, and the cabin and the entire campground was autistic friendly and he had an incredible time.

We have stayed in this park in the past. Always when we go it is to take some of our grandchildren for a short holiday. The park is set up with lots of activities for all but mostly for the younger ones and they always have fun. Our stay this time was no different and we all enjoyed the activities.

Très beau camping, beaucoup d'arbres et de fleurs. Étions venus l'an dernier et avions bien apprécié. À la réservation (plusieurs mois à l'avance) nous avions inscrit plusieurs choix de terrains mais finalement avons eu un autre terrain. Bien sûr nous savons que ce n'est pas toujours possible mais ça nous a un peu déçu. Les voisins arrière étaient très près et bruyants. Manque un pe

Great campground. Very clean. Nice staff. Kids loved the pools. The adults loved the large hottub. Lots of daily activities to keep kids busy. We will return next year.

Great stay with great staff. Grounds could be a bit more maintained. Firepit not cleaned out upon arrival, broken and "unsealed" sewer. But overall a great park!!

Very nice camping overall! The employees are very nice. However, I found that the price for a tent campground was expensive.

WiFi was terrible. We were there for 2 days. I tried to connect to about 8 times only got through twice in the early morning. On the third morning many rigs had left and still no signal. I went into the computer room, they reset the network and still nothing. I tried with both a PC and an Iphone. Other than that the stay was fine.

We had a really great time. The cabin was great for a basic cabin and amenities, and extremely clean and well-kept. Would’ve been great if the pool could be open earlier, but I understand the complications of doing so. Would be great if we could actually rent real bikes, but understand that we should just buy a bike rack. Found that it was a challenge to keep the canteen stocked.

Had a great time for our first camping experience. One thing we did not like about our stay, was at 10.45 am the morning of our checkout I tried to have breakfast and found out there was No electricity available. They shut it off early to kick us out!! I highly doubt we will be back to this KOA

The campsite itself was very nice. The “25 minute rule” for the pool was not respected. There was no one there to enforce it which was very annoying. The maximum number of occupants was not respected either.

We booked another campground and it was horrible so we didn't stay 5 min.. but now what!! We went to the Ivy Lea KOA, rewards card in hand with our sad story and they found us a great site for 3 days. We were so grateful!! The campground is lovely, wonderful heated pool, washrooms cleaner than ever, and the camp store awesome. Thank you KOA Ivy Lea staff.

Very clean. Lots of dog waste stations. Nice dog park. Camp site was soaked from heavy rain. Staff removed water from the fire pit and added gravel so we could have a fire. Pools and hot tub were great. We will go back to this KOA.

I reserved camping site #21 from July 6th to July 20th. Upon our arrival our site was filthy. There were weeds, garbage, and tree branches scattered on the brick patio, which I ended up cleaning. The swimming pool area and the kids hot tub were dirty. The owners who took over the KOA appear to be negligent regarding upkeep. I do not know if I will ever go back or recommend this KOA.

I rented cabin DC2 for our son's family from July 12th to July 18th. Air conditioner failed to work for 4 days and the owners of the KOA failed to fix the problem. It was very hot and very uncomfortable for my son's family, especially the 1 year old, 4 yr. old and 6 yr. old. We received no apology from the owners and their attituded was despicable. I am extremely disappointed.

Site 73 was perfect for what we were looking for. Staff was friendly. We were with people that had been there in the past and they noticed that the flower beds/grounds, the pool cleaning and minor other things are not at the same standard as the previous owners. Its was not dirty by any means, just not the same standard.

Pourquoi vous chargez si cher pour un campeur cyclisme comme moi qui utilise 5 x 6 pieds de terrain sans services extras, où il n'y a même pas d'abris (en cas de pluie) et qu'en plus vous exigiez de réserver 2 nuits si on arrive le samedi. ou vendredi. Au total j'ai couché 2 nuits et ça m'a coûté 188$ Trouvez-vous ça normal ? Je suis guide pour Velo Quebec et celà ne vous fera pas une b

Great activities for the kids. The tenting site were really nice and check in was a breeze! Only improvement would be having more garbage bins throughout the campground and another washroom (even an outhouse) on the back of the property for tenting sites to have a closer option.

Great Campground, Dealt with very noisy campers immediately and asked them to leave when they were very loud and disrespectful. It sucks that a group of people can almost ruin some peoples camping experience but the staff dealt with them amazingly and were very helpful. The staff even dealt with the rude children appropriately and respectfully. Will 100 Percent come again.

Fantastic family fun. Heated pull with a slide that my kids went crazy for not to mention all the kid friendly activities the rocket launch was an amazing time. Would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend to anyone.
