we have been coming here for years, we have noticed some changes in upkeep of your property, some good some not so good please check cabin 5 mattress too flat, felt like sleeping on floor, too many bees notice wasp nests on side cabin, no hand santizer in bathroom area, no monitoring how many people in pool area, notice only 30 min. increments, people don't leave, also kids swimming in adult pool

Very friendly staff. Very informative at check in. Bathroom and laundry facilities very well cleaned and maintained. Cabins are little run down. Odor present. Cabin grounds need a serious trimming and landscaping intervention. Could barely open car doors when parked as well. Dirty, dirty pool. My family was disturbed by its appearance and feeling. Good recreation options on site.

Hot tub was fantastic. Pool needed to be skimmed but size was good. Deluxe cabin was perfect size for 4 ppl and very clean inside. Rate is overpriced compared to other KOA we have stayed with more amenities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but wouldn't rush to comeback due to D.C cost being so high in comparison to others.

Would have given a five but the futon was so very uncomfortable and only for one unless two small children. Even with a fluffy duvet under you, it is still uncomfortable. Loved how we were nestled in the woods. Lovely spot, with nice pools. Enjoyed our stay. Would return.

stayed in a two bedroom cabin, DC1. Was great clean, well equipped. I informed front desk that the futon/ bed was in very bad condition with a few sink holes! (Hence minus one star) The wood furniture was quite sturdy ad attractive. Nice to have a full fridge vs bar fridge as other units had. Air conditioning worked well. Play ground and kids activities were fun. Pool was cloudy by days end.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had a problem with my sewer connection they took it to the shop, fixed it by adding pieces in order to make it fit, no charge. All kinds of activities for the kids, they clean the washrooms every hour. You need to camp there to experience it. Highly recommended

WHEN we arrived shortly after we had to have toilet plunged Barbeque needed repaired toilet needed repaired but a second time pull out couch had wood sticker out of it not a comfortable stay all this for almost 6 hundred dollars cabin

Cabin, pool and front desk staff were great, bathrooms were okay. Wifi was a problem, needs to be fixed if you say its available. Grounds around the cabins could be cleaned up a bit (gardens). Front desk staff were terrific.

I was there before (pre-covid) and this stay wasn’t anything special. It’s a hard time. So besides the pool being a pain and wagon rides needing masks. I find that the KOA planning needs to be stepped up. Eg instead of running out of popcorn. Make more! Add additional activities to offset pool restrictions. It was a themed week but couldn’t tell based on activities. Wet and wild? Hope it

We have an autistic child and we stayed in cabin dc5, and the cabin and the entire campground was autistic friendly and he had an incredible time.

Great campground. Very clean. Nice staff. Kids loved the pools. The adults loved the large hottub. Lots of daily activities to keep kids busy. We will return next year.

We had a really great time. The cabin was great for a basic cabin and amenities, and extremely clean and well-kept. Would’ve been great if the pool could be open earlier, but I understand the complications of doing so. Would be great if we could actually rent real bikes, but understand that we should just buy a bike rack. Found that it was a challenge to keep the canteen stocked.

I rented cabin DC2 for our son's family from July 12th to July 18th. Air conditioner failed to work for 4 days and the owners of the KOA failed to fix the problem. It was very hot and very uncomfortable for my son's family, especially the 1 year old, 4 yr. old and 6 yr. old. We received no apology from the owners and their attituded was despicable. I am extremely disappointed.

Loved the cabin, it was very clean inside. The hot tub was an added bonus. I would have loved a list of what was provided (have always had one at other KOAs) it would have been easier for packing and then we wouldn’t have been without coffee all weekend. The one staff with the curly blonde hair was awesome. I found the other store staff rather lazy hanging out in the office. We Will be back �

Great stay in cabin. Staff was so friendly and helpful. My son got stung by a wasp in pool area and the staff rushed out to help him, also brought him a treat. They were so kind abs accommodating. We had such a great time and would love to stay again. Thank you.

It was a good visit, lots to do for kids even with a lot of rain. Was a little disappointed that we only got 15 minutes of pool time per day with small kids! Also, the fans in the cabins don't cool anything down and the light is very dim even at it's highest setting. Everything was clean though and I would come again.

There wasn’t a lot to do there, cabin smelled funny, there was a animal living in the rafters that we could hear crawling sounded like a rat, the cabin wouldn’t get cool, only being able to swim for 30 min for the entire day, with being covid. Kids were disappointed. All places around for fishing were private places. The Only thing we liked was jumping pillow. We didn’t even stay our whole

Great Campground, Dealt with very noisy campers immediately and asked them to leave when they were very loud and disrespectful. It sucks that a group of people can almost ruin some peoples camping experience but the staff dealt with them amazingly and were very helpful. The staff even dealt with the rude children appropriately and respectfully. Will 100 Percent come again.

Fantastic family fun. Heated pull with a slide that my kids went crazy for not to mention all the kid friendly activities the rocket launch was an amazing time. Would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend to anyone.
