The cabin we were in was very clean and had everything we needed. The camp ground was gorgeous full of fall colors, all the staff we met were very polite and helpful. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks for a great holiday. John & Wendy Cakebread & (the dogs Oliver & Mocha)

Very pleasant, the site is quiet and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean well laid out with plenty of room and amenities. Close to town and tourism areas.. The only down side we saw was during a walk around the camp was how far some of the areas were from the washrooms (particularly the tenting sites that would not have access to onboard washrooms).

This KOA location is the favorite for us. There are times when something doesn’t go well as expected. Our last stay October 4-5,2020 we had an issue. The staff member was closing down the pool at 5:45pm while I was told at my checkin time that pool is open until 6pm. Every minute counts for someone who has only few hours to use the pool between checkin and pool closure. That behaviour is wrong!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. We come once or twice a year the last several years. Highly recommend. A very peaceful and romantic setting....the cabins in the woods. Had a great stay.

Our stay was great. Covid precautions were in place and well done. We only had 2 negative aspects: our propane ran out and the office was closed; and the firewood we purchased was really wet and made for a lot of smoke.

The bathrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The kids activities were fun for my son! We had a concern with bees in the cabin and reported it after two of us were stung. There was no resolution and then another one of us got stung. It would have been nice to have a resolution. Thankfully none of us have an allergy to bee stings.

The little cabin was so cute and clean. The area around it was well maintained. We would have loved to have spent more time there unfortunately so much to see and do we ran out of time.

Cabins were very clean and cozy! Mini fridge was super helpful! Just wish the firewood wasn’t $14 a bag, we spent over $100 on wood which we felt was a bit ridiculous but other than that we had a great time.

The cabin was extremely clean and very well maintained. The staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful and informative at check in. The store was so convenient since we left the hot dogs at home. The site is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Beautiful area. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back! You rock!!!!

Accommodations were great. Very clean and updated. Heated pool perfect since the weather was cool. Hiking trail was challenging enough. Employees were very helpful and very friendly. Definitely booking 2021

We stayed in a basic cabin the only suggestion i would have is to maybe put screen doors on cabins that way we can keep the door open if inside cabin. Also we asked for the cabin with A/C and when we got there the cabin did not have it. Thankfully it was a chillier weekend and it was not needed.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I was pleased with the policies for safety and cleanliness. Your staff were excellent. I loved the cabin and made friends with the neighbours. It is so well set up. There was 1staff especially who was so pleasant. She engaged my daughter, who is challenged, about her hair in a short conversation. Our two little dogs enjoyed themselves also. A fun experience.�

Our 1st time at a KOA. My son really enjoyed the kids activities, park & pool. Staff were great, friendly & accommodating. The bathrooms were amazingly clean & spotless. Was very disappointed in the prices. $200/2 nights to tent! $15/bag of wood. Not for your average Joe (or single Mom with 2 jobs). Smallest cabins are reasonable for what you get. Just feel they could be lowered somewhat. Thanks.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was great! One downside to the campground was the lack of privacy from other sites.

kids loved the campground activities and playing in the park. Lots to do to keep kids busy. Pool area much more enjoyable with 10 person max. Normally, it is too busy for our liking but having less people in the pool area is great. However 20 min. swims are very challenging for small kids.

We enjoyed it very much, the cabin was cozy and as it rained on Saturday, the front porch was a great place to hang out. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the bathrooms were beautiful and super clean!! Thank you!

Me and my 2 girls stayed in Kabin DC4. It was above and beyond our expectations. Very clean. My kids loved the pool and the park especially. It is our 2nd year in a row. And definitely coming back next year!!!!

Staff were rude and hid behind the plexi glass chatting when I entered office. Did not acknowledge me. Was not informed of Covid pool restrictions. Considering the main reason we stayed with you was to swim,20min if any per day was ridiculous. Had an emergency, went to office, staff scolded me for no mask even though 6ft apart from them.Made me leave and get mask. Not happy. Never will go back!

We were in the deluxe cabin (DC1), it was a great space! We had to go to the Canadian Tire to purchase an inflatable mattress since the futon was no where near bearable. We could not even sit on it as a couch it was that uncomfortable. Staff were really great. It was our first visit and we enjoyed ourselves!

The location was great!The amenities were good! We didn’t use the park or jump pillow because there was so much sand and no foot wash. The big issues came up really in our cabin. There was burnt out light bulbs, the air conditioner rattled all night, the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t stay closed, the fridge had some sticky red syrup that I had to scrub, all the vents/windows had alot

I really like this place and I find the staff super helpful. My only concern is I do find the prices a little high for camping and cabins. Over all it’s a great place but a little unaffordable.

Everything was great with the campground and staff, the bed in the Cabin was so uncomfortable, I bought an air mattress to use on top. Have stayed in Cabins before And knew they weren’t the best beds but never had such a terrible kne. Time to replace the mattress.

Great Campground, Dealt with very noisy campers immediately and asked them to leave when they were very loud and disrespectful. It sucks that a group of people can almost ruin some peoples camping experience but the staff dealt with them amazingly and were very helpful. The staff even dealt with the rude children appropriately and respectfully. Will 100 Percent come again.

Fantastic family fun. Heated pull with a slide that my kids went crazy for not to mention all the kid friendly activities the rocket launch was an amazing time. Would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend to anyone.
