Stay was great. Lots to do for my little guy and friendly staff. I lost a bracelet which never showed up and forgot a welcome mat outside my cabin. Went back same day and staff were meant to look into it for me. Never heard back from anyone. Kind of disappointed. It had to have gone somewhere.

Stayed in a cabin. Would like to commend all the staff for a great stay and a very friendly environment. Any issues were dealt with promptly and had a great stay.

We have been coming to KOA ivy lea from before we even had children. our oldest is 13 now. that kind of sums up how great of a camp ground KOA ivy lea is. staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The camp ground is very clean and the kids activities are well thought out. during the covid-19 pandemic we felt safe staying here and their policies in place helped us feel that way

My kids and had a great stay in the deluxe cottages. Activities were a lot of fun, entertaining and the staff were very nice and friendly. I would recommend it highly to others. We spoke to Mike the night guard / wood guy he was so kind and such a hard worker.

Very impressed with COViD protocols. Cabin very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Activities not as fulsome as previous years likely due to COViD.

The deluxe cabin was pretty well everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable for our family. The play park and dog park were very nice, and the pool area also looked good. We spent our days away so we didn’t use the amenities. Overall it is a nice park and the staff were very helpful and polite.

The cabin we stayed in was cozy. Washrooms/showers were close by and cleaned often by the campground staff. Very efficient way to allow every family use of the pool area. Daily activities planned for younger children and different age groups. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this campground to others.

Lovely location, amenities are awesome, but the at least for July 2020, the pool was almost impossible to access for more than 30 minutes per 40 degree summer day, and on the 4th day of our stay - not even once. This is obviously frustrating. We were also very disappointed to see many sites have ultra cheap plastic and metal picnic tables, of which screws would fall out throughout our stay.

We enjoyed our time camping and although, our campsite got washed out you were able to accommodate us in a delux cabin in an expeditious manner within our budget. The bathroom facilities and cabin was immaculate. Thank you! The wi-fi was lacklustre but, that is to be expected while camping. We definitely recommend KOA Thousand Islands to our family and friends.

Great Campground, Dealt with very noisy campers immediately and asked them to leave when they were very loud and disrespectful. It sucks that a group of people can almost ruin some peoples camping experience but the staff dealt with them amazingly and were very helpful. The staff even dealt with the rude children appropriately and respectfully. Will 100 Percent come again.

Fantastic family fun. Heated pull with a slide that my kids went crazy for not to mention all the kid friendly activities the rocket launch was an amazing time. Would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend to anyone.
