Our campsite is big, clean washroom but far only at the main station/reception area. Pool is warm but dirty and I understand because of pandemic we need to booked in advance to enter the pool but 15mins swimming is a ridiculous. The old white woman is rude, if she doesn’t like her job she need to retire early, the way she talked to me and to my children is offensive no sense of customer service.

When I reserved my stay, I've asked for a 3 services and end up with a 2... not a big deal but lessons learn for me to ask twice. Also... sites aren't make equal... last time was woody and this time... park like in a Walmart parking lot... really disappointing.

Le prix du terrain de camping est TRÈS élevé versus d'autre camping. Je trouvais que mon terrain était grand. J'ai aimé la panoplies d'activité pour les enfants; les bulles(mousse), le trampoline, les fusées, la shush le pop-corn. Je n'avais pas lu ou on ne m'avait pas dit qu'on avait pas dit qu'on avait pas le droit de se promener avec de l'alcool. Au lieu de m'avertir, on me l'a dit

Very clean site. Staff ensured social distancing is maintained. We loved all the scheduled activities. 15 minute pool time goes by so fast but what can we do, it’s pandemic time.

Very nice and clean campground, lots of activities for kids, looking to book some spots in 2021 in which our grandchild will be turning a year and a half. The only complaint I have, is the leaking sewer hose from the seasonal camper behind me, the hose is rotted and leaking. ( Not a very nice odour all weekend ) Routine checks on full timers equipment should be done periodically.

Not a lot of activities and water pressure was low. $16 for a bag of wood is ridiculous. For the price, the value was hard to justify.

Campground is kept very neat, staff ultra friendly - even the guy doing sanitary system repairs! Fabulous kids activities every day with truly awesome play grounds and dog run (even tho I don't have kids now, nor a dog...). Will definately be back!

We've been camping at Ivy Lea KOA for quite a few years now and always had a great experience! Whether we camp with our grandchildren or on our own it's always a stay to remember. Hope to be able to get one more stay in before the season ends for this year.

Nous avons aimé le site et les aménagements, tels que la piscine. La propreté des douches et des toilettes étaient impeccables. Nous avons moins aimé, le fait d'enregistrer un seul appareil sur le WIFI ainsi que le léger bruit de l'autoroute 401.

It was quite OK but the way they manage facilities is awful. They have 3 pools, one is closed though! Have no idea why! Then they allow only 10 people to be in the swimming pool for 20 mins! very ridiculous! For 20 mins you do not have even time to get into the pool. Then families leave the pool, sit outside for the next 20 mins. Such a bad management!

The park is beautiful and well maintained! Great amenities and very clean. The staff were fantastic. Extremely helpful and always smiling! I will definitely be back!

Support staff very friendly and helpful. Booking staff were sometimes very abrupt and confrontational. Lack of coordination with reservations and front desk staff creating a early check-in and late checkout conflict. Great facilities for kids. Quiet campground. Site level and many have full services, but very close with minimal privacy.

Appreciate how you’re handling things associated with Covid rules and regulations. The only thing we have a bit of an issue with is your lots are getting to the point they could use a relevelling. We had to put quite a few blocks on one side of our trailer and couldn’t get it level enough side to side, so our bathroom door wouldn’t stay open on it’s own. Causes air circulation probs.

Our neighbours left behind a lot of garbage on the site and nobody bothered to pick it up. New people arrived and were not impressed, yet still the site wasn’t cleaned up properly. I expect more from KOA.

We had a great time, I would love to see the entrance to the jumping pillow and the park not open on the side of the road,it would be nice just to see it open on the side that the babies an trailer s are on. I think the staff are amazing and friendly, it would of been nice to have known who the owners are but the staff was awesome...

Great Campground, Dealt with very noisy campers immediately and asked them to leave when they were very loud and disrespectful. It sucks that a group of people can almost ruin some peoples camping experience but the staff dealt with them amazingly and were very helpful. The staff even dealt with the rude children appropriately and respectfully. Will 100 Percent come again.

Fantastic family fun. Heated pull with a slide that my kids went crazy for not to mention all the kid friendly activities the rocket launch was an amazing time. Would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend to anyone.
