Totally handicap -unfriendly. Sanitary facilities need update, more given the population using them. Would not recommend

definitely would recommend and also stay here again. Folks were professional, top notch customer service, young guys brought over the wood we purchased and asked if there was anything else they could do to assist us. We had them come at the end of the stay and paid $10 for them to empty the tanks. Pool was beautiful and great area for dogs, kids, central to so many lovely places. Ill be back!

First impressions are everything in business and when you drive in to the campground, the overgrown flower garden at the fountain says how the owners take care of the campground. In the washroom, the toilet was leaking into a plastic container for the whole time we stayed, cobwebs and dirty ceiling tiles in the washroom. Park worker cutting wood with chainsaw 3 nights at 8:30pm. Not what it was.

I found that the sites were too close together. Firepits too close to trailers. Very noisy with kids scootrrs etc. Not an adult park, mainly for kids. If gardens were weeded it coild ve very pretty. Too much money for what I got outof it. KOAs in the states much nicer.

We booked online and failed to notice that we were booking a 15 amp site for a 40 foot Motorhome. My fault for not noticing but thought the site would have recognized this and not let us book. Campsite is very small and not up to normal KOA physical standards. People were very nice and helpful but won’t be back to this campsite.

We stayed over the Canada Day holiday, and we had a great time. My kids loved the activities and the free treats. The only downside was the pool - one slot for 15 mins/day. I understand the COVID restrictions, but with things opening up, they could expand to a few more families at a time and at least 30 min slot. It would even be a good process for after COVID as the pool is small and always busy.

The stay was nice and quiet however the pool reservation system was lackluster as they only allowed for 15min intervals which anyone with kids would know that 15mins is barely enough time to get them situated.....and we pre-prepared accordingly. Sites themselves were nice and people were generally friendly and quiet which made it calming.

Beautiful park - and friendly staff. Only giving 3 stars because of the pool rules. Only people from one site for 15mins each day. I get it, it’s Covid. But there were 20+ Kids without masks on the bouncy pillow and at the foam party. Silly to have strict rules about one but not the other.

Loved the site and very pleased with the services except the WIFI. I was able to use my personal hotspot but the point is that if you are going to say you have WIFI then it should be robust enough to handle the load. It was very poor. This will become a bigger issue as time goes on. People rely on the web wherever they are these days for so many things and they have expectations.

Overall, the campground was not what I expected. The campsites are very close to each other, and the amount of RVs near to each other makes the area crowded! The showers are small, and for families with small children is a challenge. The men's washroom doesn't have a changing table. I missed a Family Washroom to makes things easier.

The campground is nice there are a lot of shaded areas and clean. I was disappointed with the campers staying there and the lack of wearing masks when going inside especially when going to the washroom. Pool times are short only 15 minutes. The staff were all amazing and all wore masks and cleaned often. I think better signage that is visible is needed and more monitoring.

Nice campground, lots of activities. They did the best to accommodate swimming with current COVID regulations for Phase 2 in Ontario.

Washrooms and showers should have been cleaned better/more often. 15 min pool times are too short. Site 90 is very poorly maintained Free activities were fun for kids

Campground was great! Everything from cleanliness, Staff checks, activities for children, fantastic playground and pool areas. Our site was level, provided shade and no issues with connections. We will definitely be back!!

Lots are too small and too close together. We think that you should advise people in advance if they have booked a "buddy site" with two campers facing each other on very small sites (we were on site 42)

Very clean and cozy sites. If you want more real estate this is not for you. Lots of fun things to do for the kids. Pool is great and heated. Would stay again.

Our entire stay there was a sewer smell. We talked to our neighbors and they said the same. We were site 124. The pool was too small and not well located.

We had a great stay at Thousand Islands KOA. The site was big with lots of privacy and shade. The bathrooms were always clean. There were many great things to see in the area around the campground. We will definitely be back.

Given the covid constraints (pool and such) the facilities were great. A much needed relax was had and it was kind of nice to have the internet there too! Got plenty of personal work done at the same time.

Cost-cutting by current owners very apparent. Staff appear to be miserable and customer service suffered for it. We were told that tent sites could only have 1 tent, but saw at least 2 that were breaking that rule. Sites vacated Sunday morning were left with garbage stacked up even as we left on Monday. Will not go back

Its a great place and good location, however most of activities were geared towards kids not adults though, also the campsites are very close to each other, we could hear the neighbours conversation the whole night, but liked the all hook up facilities and clean washrooms & etc.

We had a great stay and lots of fun at the campsite, there was lots to do for kids which was nice as well as some alone time for the adults in the hot tub.

Great family stay. The staff was awesome. This KOA is a must in the 1000 Islands area. We can’t wait to get back there without restrictions! When your 8 year old daughter is crying because she doesn’t want to leave, you know we all had a blast!!!

Great Campground, Dealt with very noisy campers immediately and asked them to leave when they were very loud and disrespectful. It sucks that a group of people can almost ruin some peoples camping experience but the staff dealt with them amazingly and were very helpful. The staff even dealt with the rude children appropriately and respectfully. Will 100 Percent come again.

Fantastic family fun. Heated pull with a slide that my kids went crazy for not to mention all the kid friendly activities the rocket launch was an amazing time. Would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend to anyone.
