WE STAYED IN A TENT IN NOV. KOA TOLD US TO PUT IT WHERE WE WANTED. WE PUT IT UP ACROSS FROM THE REST ROOMS AND LAUNDRY. THE STAFF WAS FRINDLY AND HELPFUL IN EVERY WAY. WE WERE THERE TO HUNT THE SKINNING SHED WAS HELPFUL TO OUR HUNT AFTER THE HARVEST. IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME TO THE AREA WE LOVED IT AND ARE TALKING OF A TRIP NEXT YEAR TO THE SAME AREA. WE WILL STAY IN THE KOA AGAIN WHEN WE RETURN. TY

First room didn’t have a functioning toilet. Tried to plunge and water seeped onto floor between toilet and floor. Bad wax ring. Moved us next door. Stay was ok. Not sure if we needed to request it or not but there was no maid service. Garbage not emptied and no fresh towels. They did restock the coffee supplies tough and made the beds 1 of the 4 days. Comfortable room though

I've stayed here before and the staff and locals are always friendly. This is the first time I've stayed in one of the hotel rooms, it is clean and comfortable and has a nice firm mattress. I would recommend staying here.

The cabins have a very homey feel about them, I love the new look. Staff was Super friendly and made me feel like family. Can't wait to go back.

Most beautiful RV Park in the area. I’ve been to them all as I’ve spent a lot of time in this area. Right across from the Heart of the Monster. Kids had a great time as they have a large modern playground.

Some of the larger rigs … similar to what we have can have some issues with the size of the slots. In my opinion having a bit more "free space" would be much appreciated. As with most of the KOA parks you can feel cramped in rather than having a little room to move around in. This is particularly noticed is some of the smaller camps ….

Just an overnight stay while traveling to OR. We had to request a better campsite to get a bit further from the highway but overall it met minimum standards and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Very friendly people, clean rooms, fair prices. We especially appreciate the use of the skinning shed for game since we stay here for hunting season. Thanks!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin.The bed was super comfortable.The cabin was mostly updated with a new refrigerator and flat screen TV, curtains.The setting was beautiful.The night host, Linda, was wonderful and very helpful and friendly.The only thing that was visually disturbing in the cabin was the caulking around the tub.Brkfst was minimal.A wonderful stay and a reasonable price or $80+$12 tax.

THE KOA IS BEAUTIFUL, EASY ACCESS, EASY HOOKUPS, VERY CLEAN, WELL KEPT. THE MANAGER DANNY PARDO IS THE BEST. HE HOOKED US UP, PROVIDED A WATER HOSE. SO KIND AND HELPFUL , AT&T CELL NO SERVICE, SO HE SHOWED MY DAUGHTER HOW TO USE THE YFI. WHEN I NEEDED TO CALL, I JUST WENT TO THE OFFICE AND HE CALLED THEM , HANDED ME HIS PHONE. WE WERE TREATED LIKE FAMILY, THEY NEED A RAISE. ALL ARE SUPER!!

We were there for the celebration in Kamiah, the people were very friendly, what a great time. Touring the area,and taking in some of the sites in Pierce and Orifino was great. Some gravel, a lot of gravel would be a welcome addition to the campsites.

Disrepair and Rotting wood on buildings. Cabins get cable, but NOT rv spots. Dirt rv spaces. We were unindated with Japanese lady beetles. They got inside our trailer. Several days after leaving the campground we still are finding them inside. I had two choices of rv parks to stay at in Kamiah....I chose the WRONG one.

Campground was very empty. We were given a site right next to one of the only other campers far away from only open bathroom and shower house. Would have been nice to have a little extra space since there was nobody there. Plus it was a long walk to use the showers. Lots of cars just driving thru campgrounds that didnt seem to live there? Bathroom and laundry were clean. Staff was nice.

The staff was very friendly, however the park seemed to be in a bit of state of disrepair. It needs a lot of work and I'm not sure if they were in the process of repairing or just the end of the season. We pulled in for a one night stay just to get off the road. The bathhouse closest to us was closed and seemed to be a lot of debris laying around. Has potential to be a great campground, needs TLC

The workers did everything they could to accommodate us. Very very nice people. Enjoyed the fountain, turtles, chickens and ducks. We will be back.

Decided not to stay even after paying. Could not get our 24 ft trailer with one slide to work in the spots. Also, everything closed, pool, restaurant etc. We know it was September, but not what we were looking for.

Nice surroundings, but the campsite would need a thorough renovation. Long distance to showers and bathrooms, just one building for the whole site.

Bathrooms dirty and some shut down. A lot of campsites shut down. Restaurant closed. Store closed. Leaves everywhere. Streets dirty. Total disaster for a KOA.

It was very noisy as we were in a campsite right next to the highway. And as always with all KOA campgrounds,we were crammed into a site with another camper right outside our door.

This year was a vast improvement at this KOA. The owner and help were very friendly, a lot better than the last years help. I look forward to the restaurant being open. It would help if they had items like some groceries and little thing that campers would need. RV site needs to be a little smoother and even. I know that they are working hard on getting thing improved. Look forward to next year.

I hate to be so negative, but this KOA is nowhere near as nice as other KOAs I’ve stayed at in the past. Maybe it is one of the oldest KOAs? I don’t know, but it seemed rundown. The noise level was atrocious, due to be placed right on a highway (and with no fence separating the highway from the campground). Thought your cabin was fine after we got past the view of the soiled carpet. You know first impressions mean a lot. The person that check us in lacked knowledge of the area. I wish I had known about the access to the river that was right across the road. When asked about things to in the area she said there was not much to do. I will say the bed linens and bathroom towels were very clean.

Great location. Water electric site was grassy and Soggy and very narrow. The only thing going for this Campground is its location.

Nice location, nice staff. We stayed in a motel room and the carpet was bad, very bad. Very dirty. I’d like to give this place a strong positive recommendation but that carpet in room 204 was just awful. Go to the Clearwater 12 motel if you need to book a motel room. The RV part of the campground looked ok.

there was a misunderstanding on my reservation. Wanted a pull through for my motorhome and tow car, was assigned a back in. Got moved, but was not the greatest site. Family members also were there, and one of them was assigned a site that had a huge mud hole. me work needs to be done to upgrade the sites, and re-gravel all of them.

When I made my reservation I was confirmed for a pull thru 30/50 amps. When, I received notice of looking forward to seeing you it said I had a back in site. I was not able to get a pull thru site, but allowed to use 2 back to back sites. I was told to pull in site in one direction, that only accommodated 30 amps. Very frustrating to say the least. Will not be back.

A shaded property with good amenities for kids; unheated swimming pool and playground. Quiet enough for the older RVer. Central to a lot of activities such as rafting, fishing and sightseeing. The staff are friendly and helpful. My husband and I have stayed at this campground several times and plan to return in the future.

Very friendly front desk staff. The rooms were old and dated. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced, old and matted. I felt the room was over priced for it's old condition
