When we arrived the septic tank was FULL and we were told we would receive a 10 % rebate because of this ? After talking to the people in the office and numerous e mails since we left no RESPONSE and no DISCOUNT ??????

We apologize for the inconvenience of the full septic tank on your first night and that it took until the next morning to have it pumped. Our records show a response to your email and your credit card statement will reflect the 10% promised discount as soon as your bank releases those funds back to you.

The ladies in th office were very nice.The shade was very nice as it was quite hot. Pool was nice and clean. Fortunately we did not have to use the bathrooms or showers. The facilities were rather rundown. They did not smell clean but smelled musty and old I was going to shower off after the pool but could not step in as the wall of the shower was covered in gnats. No recycling?

Nice setting. Horrible maintenance. No picnic table. Weeds everywhere. No fire rings. Electrical had no cover. Worst KOA we have visited. I would recommend KOA drop this location.

Very run down. Days there is a fishing pond, but more like a swamp. Mostly weeds. After staying and driving east on 12 you see many really nice places along the river that would have been much better choices. One positive- lots of shade.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Most of their sites are shady, and provide some sun relief. It would be great if they graveled, or better yet paved their RV sites & roadways. We will be back!

The bathrooms were terrible. Not clean and showers couldn't regulate.

Very run down feel for a koa. Rare employee appearances around the grounds. Too few garbage cans. Tight rv pull thru between trees

The campground surely needs some updates. Thursday morning there was not even coffee available at 8:00 in the morning. Bath house toilets need some work. Old rickety trailer sitting in front of property-eye sore. Could be brought around back or property.

KOAs are convenient band have a good Network with easy booking and easy to find. They are the motel 6 of campground's.

A really poor quality for the price that we paid. Several power plugs didn't work. No camp fire rings at all. Facilities were very run down and dirty. Kitchen had two poor cooking ovens and half our stay we only had one fridge. 1/3 of the tables were broke. Not sure we will have our family reunion there again. This will be our fourth and it has continued to become more delapitated.

We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. The feedback we received from your family was all positive so I'm sorry to hear we fell short of your expectations. We apologize that it took a day or so to get another refrigerator in the meeting room but we felt we tried our best to accommodate your group with complimentary ice bags and room in our clubhouse cooler. We enjoyed having your family here.

The Kamiah facility is physically ideal, flat, grassy in a beautiful location. The staff was friendly and helpful but the restrooms were sorely in need of thorough cleaning, repair and up-dating. Anyone in a shower in the restroom by the office was in danger of being parboiled if a toilet was flushed.

Very disappointed. Campground is in need of some TLC. One of the women's bathrooms only had one working toilet. I was in the shower and interrupted 4 times in less than 10 minutes because a man needed to come look at the toilet. His fix - put an "out of order" sign on the door. Very frustrating. There were also tons of bugs. Mosquitos fly rampant due to the large pond at one end of the campground.

This used to be a very nice campground but it needs love and care. It is neglected by staff who do not care. No fire rings, inconsistent tables and concrete table pads. We had a table on mud, others had no table. A little work and it could be very nice again!!! Strange to park on grass/mud not even gravel. The low voltage electricity just about ruined our refrigerator! Site 24 needs repair!

Very convenient off the hwy, but that is the best I can say. Needs lots of updating, many sites without picnic tables. We had to move one with staff from a long way. restrooms fair. Ok for a quick overnight stay.

Tent spots indicated as dog-friendly. Spots located near ducks & a chicken coop. Knowing that would drive my dogs crazy I asked if anything else was available. Placed in an RV spot & upcharged for it b/c "clearly" I'd be hooking my tent up to the electricity/water. I would have understood if they were close to selling out but they weren't. Spot next to noisy hwy & headlights all night.

This park needs some serious work. It was raining....the sites are mud...no gravel to eliminate the mud. I would not stay at this park again unless absolutely necessary. The sewer receptacle was open....no closure. There is very little to do here for kids....the help was very new and not too well versed on things.

The staff were friendly and courteous but the grounds were lacking. The pull through sites were somewhat muddy with no gravel or paved area...grass needed mowing...too many trees so that more weeds than grass were growing...shower facilities are with small plywood stalls and not clean. Mosquitos were hungry...

The frogs by the pond kept me awake at night. Thank goodness I brought ear plugs. If you are staying in a trailer or a "kabin", you should be fine. Restrooms are good, but not great. Very nice indoor lounge area in the main building. Great WIFI.

We were hoping that once KOA took over this campground things would improve. Instead, they have gotten worse. The restraunt is no more. The continental breakfast is just barely adequate. The rooms could use some serious work. We asked for and received towels everyday, but that is all. If sidewalks outside had been cleaned off we would not have tracked to much debris inside. much more, no spac

This KOA is the worse I have ever seen. We arrived to barely any toilet paper, last night no soap for showering, I told cleaning help floor in sink area needed swept because of rain, not swept. Corners in bathroom were gross with gunk, not cleaned in years, door frames filthy. This place should not carry the KOA name, they are a disgrace. Our friends in other rooms never got coffee cups. BAD!!

The campground is in a lovely setting,trees & mountains BUT absolutely in need of repairs. Do NOT count on any TV as the cable has not worked for the past 3 yrs we have visited. Same repairs as previously needed still are not completed. It's too bad as this could be a wonderful visit. Same excuse "it just broke". Heard that for 3 years. Managers try but owners don't seem to invest in repairs.

i love the shade trees. the manager kelly who greeted me was wonderful!! i miss the restaurant. it was a great gathering place for my group. the place is run down. the meeting room has poor lighting. the room next to it is junky the parking is not level. there is pot holes in the road. just looks like nobody cares. "just give me the money and get over it " that's what it feels like. substandard

Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. None of the campsites had fire pits... The only place for a fire was a central fire pit a long ways from camp.

We stayed in the motel, and it was very comfortable and roomy. Breakfast included made this a good value for the money.

Showers either ice cold or scalding due to faucets broken. They waited till Monday morning memorial day to mow. Granddaughter had a great time tho.

Not kept up- Spaces are very small, like sardines in a can. Weeds and dirt. Shade is good. Bathrooms clean Advertises a fishing pond but is closed and in poor condition. Called and asked if they had wood for sale that I would rather not bring it with me for my stay- their response "No" and failed to tell me they don't allow fires anytime. Not impressed. Could be nice if they had what they advrtz

All the toilets in all the men's bathrooms were backed up when we arrived, in both buildings where we found restrooms and were not very clean. This looks like it used to be a fairly nice campground, but the buildings are dilapidated and the grounds are unkempt. There are a lot of old vehicles and old equipment parked around the grounds. We will not be staying here again.

This place is coming along in leaps and bounds. Management is starting to get things happening in the best interest of the park. I have been coming here for over 20 years and see it starting to move up in the ranks.

I have never given a bad review of a KOA, but this one needs change. It wasn't the fault of the nice guy behind the desk at check in. This is the first KOA that didn't give me a campground map... only showed me one. Not his fault it had rained, but outside your RV is either mud or dandelions. Why were there many empty spaces in back, & I was put 50 yds from the noise of busy Hwy 12? Not a good KOA

Great campground. Owner at the front desk was awesome, tent and RV spaces great, bathrooms spotless, grounds manicured and a great experience. Bed KOA I've ever stayed at for sure. Lots of activities in this area too
