Irene Bryan and her husband opened the Lite Side Cafe in 1994.
They started as just a bakery, but since they were there baking,
they also began to offer breakfast. Their goal has always been to
offer food that tastes good but is also better for you. There are
multiple seating areas to enjoy your purchase and box lunches
for your day on the lake. Yum!
