Bathrooms were nasty if you could get into one. Cars parked everywhere at different angles making it very difficult to drive thru. Noises and music loud after quiet hours. Not much to do without bumping into non guests. Store barely have anything camping just Marina stuff. Is in the middle of nowhere and almost nothing to eat.

We stayed on lot 614 in the Lagoon. Great spot to watch the fireworks and the band. Very nice campground for the kids. Very kid friendly. They loved it. We will definitely be back to stay in the lagoon again and would like to request 615 corner lot for the space for the kids.

Put us on a site that was just created the day before. No Cable, no fire ring, no picnic table, no grass, muddy, & it was slanted down hill & to the right. I pulled out my ramps & pulled up onto the top level, 5 inches & stuck boards under my jacks. Jack system would not engage because it was still way off. Got moved to another sight, which was still tilted down hill. Manually ran jacks.

We were passing through the area and only needed 1 night . We paid $110 for a site that had tree limbs through the middle that were about 4/5 feet off the ground which made it impossible to drive all the way through without scratching our motorhome. We had to bend the limbs & cargo strap them to tree so we could pull through. Narrow site for 2 slide outs. 1 slide was about 2’ from neighbors fire

This is our 3rd year and seems like the WiFi was the worse it has ever been. The kids pool needs attention immediately. It is very slippery. Had to help my mother in law in and out because if she fell she will be paralyzed. Seen 2 others fall by the slide and one was carrying a baby. Friday going down to the water park at 2 to be told to leave and come back later was a pain with 4 kids.

The campground was clean, we were disappointed to learn the zip line was closed. Alex the manager was great to work with and the kids really enjoyed the stay.

We had a great stay. Your people were great. The one thing that I think you need to address is the enforcement of your rules. My wife and I walk alot. Older people driving golf carts would slowly approach and then pass us with care. Younger drivers would hardly slow down and even pass us by driving on the grass. I saw drivers of carts as young as 9-10 and without an adult with them.

Sites with very little room between other sites with no grass only rip rap rocks with sharp edges.Trash cans everywhere with trash spilling out on the ground with no dumpster area? Ordered food at restaurant that took an hour because one thing we ordered they had no idea they didn't have the item?

We enjoyed 2 night there in our camper. We have a beautiful view on the lake and the breeze was a plus. Our 2 kids never got bored. You all have so much to do and I love that it's all included. My husband and I even enjoyed the wibit. My kids were looking forward to the zip lines but hopefully they will be up and running soon.

Nice campground with lack of rule following. 8 out of 10 golf carts were driven by kids going way to fast. Accident awaiting to happen. Worst firewood I ever bought. I think they just cut the tree down for my wood.

The fort could have been cleaner upon arrival. There was always staff in the marina store, but not always helpful or trained on everything. The lagoon water park was nice. Wish it was open during the week at least a few days. Free life jackets for use with free paddle boards, boats, and kayaks was very nice.

Great place. Well maintained. Friendly. Love the new additions. You may need to add more pools since you have added more sites. Pools were crowded. We will be back next year

The spot we were in (38A) was basically thrown up at the end of a parking lot right by the kids activities. People (adults and children) were CONSTANTLY walking through our campsite. Also, the restaurant was a total disappointment, especially for $60. We are a family of 4 and we paid $60 and 2 of us left hungry. My "hamburger" was twice the size of my bun. Super disappointing stay.

Only bad thing about it was bugs rest of it was enjoyable. Very clean place and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only issue we had was there were two groups of 11-14 year olds on golf carts driving recklessly & throwing firecrackers at each other. One of them threw a water bottle & the water in it landed on me & my son. I noticed quite a few young kids driving the golf carts without adult supervision. Most of them were behaving themselves but there should be an age requirement to drive alone.

We have had our reunion here 2x now . It’s a very friendly and well staffed employees. They take care of your needs and in a timely fashion. Beautiful grounds and so much to do .

Loved our campsite, however part of the reason for booking that particular site was that showers/bathrooms were supposed to be nearby. They were closed. That should be a priority to get them opened and available for use.

It was a great stay in a nice,organized place.Better than any motel I've been at in the last couple years for sure! All employees were very helpful & made our stay even better.The Pier,Water park,kayaks/paddle boats,boat rental-all of it was a blast! Advice from the main office was very helpful too. Thank Yall! & we will be back next year!

Loved the amenities! It was like family summer camp. Staff was awesome and very accomodating. Our camp spot was shady and beautiful and had a nice lake view. Bathrooms/shower pressure are extremely poor. Beware of the pool - I slipped and fell walking in -- SUPER dangerous. Water park is not what is in photo on website but was still very fun and grateful that life jackets provided!

Had a great 2 nights. I loved our mattress and tried to find a mfg. name. The only tag said "KOA,COM". Can a mattress be purchased?

What a beautiful campground! We were just passing through so we only stayed one night. The staff was wonderful! We were tired so the restaurant hit the spot! Best fish ever! We ended the night watching the sun set on the lake and grandchildren also enjoyed the playground which this KOA accommodated our request to be by the playground! Would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Prizer Point. It is a beautiful campground, staff is very nice as well. Are planning on going again in the fall.

Nicest KOA Kampground we’ve ever stayed at! (And this is our third x-country trip on I-70, I-80 and I-90, so we’ve stayed at plenty!). Beautiful location, nice sites, good amenities, very helpful and friendly staff. Two thumbs up������

The campground is huge which is a plus for families like us who like to be somewhere where there is a lot of amenities and space to explore however, it is overpopulated. Almost every campsite, you are on top of your neighbor. You practically have no privacy and that’s a big no go for us. Cabins are on top of camping sites and the roads are super narrow.
