Great area and campground, only concern was the sewer drain right between our RV and the one beside us (#26). Was a bit close and smelly. Otherwise beautiful views, nice restaurant, handy store, clean bath and laundry facilities! Next time I will remember not to book that particular site but otherwise, awesome camp resort!

Cleanliness of the facility. Indoor/outdoor pool were clean. Nice camping site. A lot of things for the kids to do. Very friendly personnel, and helpful. A short drive from Clarksville, Tn. Will definitely visit again. SH

Tracie. Turtle and Nichole all do an awesome job making sure people are okay and all is going well. If I had a business I would never have to go to the office if these 3 worked for me. They are above and beyond in there departments. I don’t know what they are paid but they definitely deserve a bonus after Memorial Day weekend

This was our second stay, the first time was awesome. This time we had a leak at our cabin, told the office Friday night when we got there. They came to check, next day they pumped out the septic tank. Didnt work, told them again, they brought straw that night. Sat back out. Sunday they didn't even check on us once to see if things were OK. The smell and water everywhere! Mgr still has not called!

My family and I had an amazing time. We do every time we come and visit prizer point. Thank you for a wonderful memorial weekend.. can’t wait until all the other bathrooms get up and running. It will make it so much nicer to be close

Enjoyed the stay very much. Check in was easy. Site 20 was wonderful, right on the water. Used the shower house each day. It took awhile to get hot water and the pressure could had been better. I didnt get to use the pool but it looked very clean and relaxing. The employee who came around and emptied the tanks on the camper was super nice & thanks for having that for us.

They didn’t have adequate bathroom availability or location for tent camping. If you didn’t have a golf cart it’s a haul to the bathrooms. Also no adequate trash disposal in the tent areas. Other than that we will return but may chose cabin rental instead. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival there was a mix up on charges. Honey wagon didn't pump both of our tanks. Rented a boat. Couldn't find keys for almost an hour. Employees at marina were unprofessional. Were there same time as a biker group. Music & partying went on till 3 or 4 am. Rules didn't seem to apply to them. NO quiet hours. No sleep for us or our grandkids. Campsite was great but couldn't enjoy it.

This was our 2nd time here in less than a year! We stayed on site 53P which is extremely spacious with a nice deck and right on the water. The only thing we did not like was the site was within a foot of the cabins next to our site. So we could hear them constantly, they did not follow quite hours. Our truck was blocked in by all the cars that were surrounding us, this is a safety hazard.

Nicely wooded sites. Late check in was very unclear and unmarked/undocumented on the checkin building. Bathrooms were remodeled, but could use more counter space other than a 3" depth of a mirror counter, and some lights were not functional at all for individual bathroom stalls. We were a tent stay and tent sites were not clearly marked, had no table, and access to water lines were not marked.

Really had a great time. We stayed in the primitive campsite. I would of rated 5/5 stars, but there was some broken glass on the ground at our campsite and we have kids and a dog. Bathrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly/helpful.

Golf cart process needs streamlined (cleaning, charging). Difficulty in contacting people when you have an issue. Sites need cleaned in between visitors. Amy & Dominik were wonderful-very helpful, professional; made a difficult situation better. When new sites are done, you'll need more staff. Currently not enough to get issued resolved. We loved our site, views & we'll be back. Justin was great.

Upon arrival we were greeted promptly and courteously by everyone at the front entrance. Jess was very helpful and informative. After settling in Tracey stopped by to welcome my wife and I and took us on a tour of the entire grounds. You can tell she loves the place as she would stop to pick up the smallest piece of trash as we drove around. Very clean and beautiful place. We'll be back soon.

Beautiful view from our spot in 52S and away from the activity of the docks and pool, so it was also quite. Cable, Power, and Water worked perfectly, even through the rain and thunderstorm. Beautiful mature trees and lots of birds provided a wonderful woodsy camping environment at our lake front site. Thank you.

Poor signage. One decent paddle boat. Sites way too close to each other. Allows alcohol to be a kid friendly place. Party central!

Loved the campground! Very clean and well kept. Bathrooms and showers are SUPER! Lake fishing was great. All the staff I encountered were very friendly. Not very efficient check out system at pier store. I rented a boat from 9am to 5pm and didn't even get it until 10:30. The restaurant at the Pier is awful. This needs addressed. Worst food I've ever eaten. We will be back though!

This is the best KOA we have ever stayed at. Great for families as well as older adults who just want peace as there is a section far away from the activities that sits on the best view of the water. While staying on that side there is more of an ocean feel then lake. Love it!

Nice sites, staff was super friendly. Some miscommunication between day to day staff about neighboring site and hooking up our 38ft 5th wheel. It worked out. Other campers and biker club were all respectful of noise. Would'v been nice to know ahead of time about lagoon closure for construction or opening dates. Pool shower house had issues with hot water and ran out of toliet paper by Sunday aft

Pier restaurant needs more help! Felt sorry for the girls trying to take care of the customers. They did all they could but I give it a 2. My battered fish was burned. I know how hard it is right now to hire. The site was great and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back but please fix the restaurant.

My stay was alright. The only thing that was unsatisfactory was the supplies in the shop. Riding a motorcycle I am limited to what I can carry. The shop had limited campfire supplies. The wood I was given was too green. And I spent $20 on three bundles. I didn’t even go through one log. Hence why I left all three bundles at my campsite. To be honest I would like to be reimbursed for the wood.

WiFi doesn’t work. We couldn’t get a signal on our mobile network device or phones either. The store and restaurant staff are under trained and disorganized. To be fair we can’t rate the food at the restaurant because we never saw a server. We were told to just sit anywhere and then the hostess disappeared never to be seen again...or at least during the 25 minutes we sat and waited. We l

We had a nice visit. Everything was nice. People was friendly. Seen a few people from last year that was passing thru. Out of all we had a nice time. But as we was packing to leave, We had some stuff missing. We had two chairs missing and are strap to are battery missing. But other than that we a nice visit. We will coming again.

Staff was brand new and not very knowledgeable. Tent area was right by the main road and there was SO much noise at night. There were no bathrooms near the tent area. The water hookups were right below the electricity and was not very safe.
