We had an absolutely amazing time. Great place for families! Can’t wait for them to get their ropes course back open too. Little on the pricey side, especially with golf carts and boat rentals but overall a wonderful place.

The campground is nice, and the activities are great. However, communication isn't. The concert times for the summer concert series were posted as in the evening...but the band played from 1pm to 5 pm. The waterpark was a lot of fun, but the rules on lifejackets and times it was open were hard to find until we could talk to an employee. Also, the game room had no paddles or ping pong balls.

Very welcoming, clean facilities, chalet was wonderful. Kids had a lot of fun on outdoor obstacle course (only open on weekends weather permitting) great fishing, great food at Prizer Point restaurant, very attentive to our needs, willing to answer questions and provide directions. Great time! Thank you so much!

Was disappointed to find out (after we got there) that the lagoon was closed. The website said just the zip line and outdoor chess was closed due to covid (chess was open). The campsite was amazing and right on the water.

We loved most things about the campground. We wish the lagoon was open every day but we understand staffing is an issue. The kayaks/paddleboards/pedal boats need upkeep and maintenance. Most of the peddle boats did not work and there were only 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks so it was disappointing since the lagoon was not open and the ropes course was not open. Beautiful grounds and clean. No where to enter the lake (beach) other than walking thru someone's campsite or the boat ramp. Need more Kayaks. Dog park small and all dirt/mud, no grass. Girl (pink hair) in store unable to provide answers to questions not customer/camper focused.

Must be inside the camper after dusk due to lots of bugs. Garbage are not being pick up from your site like the other koa but they are garbage cans where you can throw your garbage but always full. It’s kinda expensive for a simple site & golf cart are also pricey. We love the water park, kiddie pool, & the lake view.

Primitive campsites were pretty muddy but otherwise great place to stay. Excellent customer service with friendly people.

The tent campers section is treated like the red headed stepchild of the camp. The trash was never changed in any of the bins until complaints were filed with the front desk. It rained like crazy and where they have the tenting area flooded up to 3 feet because the single drain had a bunch of crap stuffed in it since they never do maintenance. We had to clear the drain ourselves to clear the water

We stayed here exactly 1 year ago (July 2020) and LOVED it. This year, we were SO excited to return only to find out the day before arrival, that the Lagoon was closed during the week. The Lagoon was our favorite and was one of the main reasons we returned instead of trying somewhere new. The fact that we weren't notified until 24 hours before, was really disappointing.

Loved the property and lake! Seriously understaffed, completely understandable due to COVID. Tent camping area is more like a pond and fills with water and becomes stagnant. Need some leveling and the drainage pipes to be tended to as rocks/trash block the flow. Clean-up of trash cans and left-overs from previous campers hadn’t happened. Overall we had a great time! Thank you!!

Duplex 21 was not very clean. Opened up the hide-a/bed and found dog hair and paw prints, Also lots of paper wraps and dirt around the other beds. Cottage 1 was clean. Staff was friendly and informative. Overall enjoyed our stay

Disappointed to learn the zipline & ropes course were closed due to not enough staff. We chose this koa for those activities. Due to being understaffed the floating playground was only open on the weekend so our kids only got to go once. Pontoon rented didn’t have working fuel gauge or depth finder so limited us. Full price for limited activities doesn’t seem right. Potential to be a nice plac

We had an amazing time! The campground is wonderful and we had so much fun! We loved being in the extension and we were very happy we rented a golf cart. The lake is beautiful. Thanks for great time!

So many bath houses not working. Super weak WiFi. We did not know the pedal cart tracks weren't open. There's been a general lack effort or care from staff. The pier restaurant. Awful service. And charged for bottled water when we had water from the filter in a pitcher. Employees had zero motivation to work. We had to seat ourselves. Then we had to repeatedly find them for service

They weren't very informative when I arrived and charged me for two adults and two kids when there was only one adult and two kids. It seemed like the employees may have been new and didn't give me important details, such as the code to the restrooms. Overall a great place

Very nice clean facility and loads of things for the kids to do. The showers were hot if you timed it right, otherwise they were warm which is perfectly acceptable. (Better than a cold shower.) The bathroom floor is deteriorating and hopefully will be replaced over the winter months coming up. The pools were clean and well maintained for the most part. The staff was all young but eager to help.

The WiFI needs to be upgraded. Connection keep droping and extremely slow most of the time.

Lots of construction and noisy. Beep, beeps all day. Trash was overflowing. Not picked up on a regular basis. On top of your neighbor. Lots of full seasonal people.

We had site 3 on the Superior Loop and the views were amazing. The site though was left dirty from the previous guests and sites were small. The Lagoon was also closed which was very disappointing for our two young kids. Overall it was a good stay but the facilities are with out a doubt outdated.

Rented a golf cart on Saturday, it was a waste of money because we could not get it until 3 pm. When we did use it it barely ran and the brakes didn’t work. Rented a slide boat for Sunday only to find out the boat I rented “did not exist” and ended up with very disappointed kids. Nightly rate is outrageous. Neighbors constantly walking through our campsite & belongings. I do not recommend

We loved the site! We were disappointed that the water park in the lagoon wasn’t open but the kids loved the Gaga ball pit and the pools. The pools not opening until 10 am when checkout is 11 is kind of a bummer. Wish things were easier to “rent out” like corn hole bags etc but the property itself is beautiful!

We had 20 people staying in two condos and an RV site. It was a great week. Lots for the kids to do. We felt comfortable letting them go on their own around the KOA. We rented boats, golf carts and a boat slip. Everything worked as it should. Our boat had a dead battery and the employees at the dock were super helpful getting it jump started. It was all GREAT!

Site was decent. Water pressure in am was terrible. Boar parking for trailer and boat was horrible. KOA members parked in our boat one day and stated that they hoped the person that had this boat was going out today. Was pretty disappointed with that situation. It was a very tight fit on the campground as well.
