We stayed in the floating cabin. It was disgusting up on top and we asked for it to be cleaned and that was done half assed. The front door lock was broken. The blinds were tatter. The kitchen drawers were stuck and we had to removed the top drawer to get anything out of the second drawer. It was about 10 years old and not well maintained. Very dissatisfied with the conditions.

Your condo set up could be perfect for our family reunion, however, I can't give it more than three stars because of the cleanliness issues, and the poorly stocked kitchen. I would be surprised to find out the floors have been mopped in a long time, given how dirty our socks got from walking around inside the condo. the gas grill on the porch was so filthy I was unwilling to use it.

The stay was pretty good, enjoyed the property and amenities but had a couple of complaints. The kitchen was missing some basics like a skillet, the back porch BBQ wouldn’t go over 250 degrees, and the toaster only worked on one side of the bread. Lastly it was clean on the surfaces we used, but deeper cleaning like doors, walls, ceiling with spider webs needs to be done.

We had a very restful stay. This is a great place to bring your pets!! The fur kids had a fantastic time. Checkout should be adjusted for early checkouts. There was no where to leave the keys upon leaving Friday morning. You should consider a drop box at the main "gate" for those who wish to leave before the opening of the office.
