Very nice, helpful people in the reservation building as well as the staff at the pier store. Beautiful Lake views!!!! Hope to visit again soon.

Recently retired, this was our first RV trip. We took our 3 year grandson. Chose this area because of childhood memories from vacationing at Kentucky Lake. We enjoyed the band on Saturday.

Stayed 3 nights Place is great for the kids. I found the obstacle lagoon a lot of fun, but very disorganized. No signs to get to it. No directions of were to park if you are taking your car. I found the sites are too closed to each other. Feels like a parking lot. We considered renting a pan toon, but it was way too expensive. $400/ day Otherwise, very friendly and safe.

The first night i rented a pontoon -it was old and cost about $350. The second night i rented a new pontoon for $250? I told the lady and she did not offer a reason or refund after i question it?

Site was muddy and eroded due to the overuse of roundup. It made it very difficult to keep mud and dirt out. Final grading, seeding/sodding, backfilling or even gravel would help. It was not what we expected, actually we were quite surprised and disappointed.

Some of our family spend 5 days at Prizer Point. Had a fantastic time. We rented a pontoon boat 2 days, we wish it would be a little more economical to rent for more days. We realize they are short on help now with all that has happened this past year. They did the best they could.

Best Family Vacation for families. So much to do and the best customer service. Bathrooms/showers were super clean. RV area was c lean. Met a lot of super nice people from around the united States. We plan to visit year round.

Great faculty tons of potential. Pool sides were Disgusting, the golf cart had mold on the seats and none of the rules of the campground were enforced. Pool water was fine, golf cart ran well and no issues with the rules not being enforced. Beautiful setting, campsites were outstanding. EXPENSIVE!!!

It is quite a large park, would like to see more showers and restrooms locations. And the ones that are there cleaned more and renovated.

The overall facility quite lovely, with lots of amenities-Wish we had the time to stay longer. One drawback was bathhouse next to the swimming pool/playground. Shower stall floors were filthy, both on evening we arrived and next morning and we used 2 different bathrooms. Not sure the filth came from those utilizing the pool, water pressure very low and when I called office just got recording.

The only thing that sucked was there were about 30 people in the campsite next to us that did not follow quiet hours and we’re extremely rude. It’s not the campgrounds fault, but I would have not chose a campsite night to a huge party with a toddler. We left a day early just so he could get a good night sleep.

Great time on the pontoon boat, restaurant, swimming, games!! Campsites are a little too close to each other for us, but you have a beautiful place!!

2 sights, not adequate 4 our grp situation. Stung 10 + times by bees on site. Called/worker came out & sprayed. Bees again next AM. Worker ret. w/three more cans of spray. Electrical prob.Teck changed out breakers but didnt resolve issue. Had 2 shut off a/c every time we cooked. Not enough staff to run all advertised accommodations. 1st vac since covid. Made the most of it. Still had good time

Went up and beyond their pay rate to make us very welcomed there very very understanding people wish everything was open but we still had a great time thanks for all the memories

Full garbage can. Dirty around the lake. Pool is deteriorating. Expensive for what it offers.

Was only planning on staying over one night on a business trip from Florida to Indiana. Pulled in to park, took one look at our camp site location and knew we needed to stay an extra day to play on the lake! Quiet, beautiful, relaxing! Hubs went to rent a boat, prepare yourself for sticker shock! We rent the same boat in The Florida Keys $250 dollars less and gas included!

Awesome campground!!! The loop gets a little tight pulling in and out with a 43 foot 5th wheel tho.

Sites are way to close to each other. Poison ivy on trees on sites. Golf carts, especially driven by kids, going too fast. Bugs were miserable. Boat rental was awful. Ours was booked on wrong date BY THE MARINA STAFF, so we were given 2 boats instead of the big one, which separated our family. We appreciated the tubes. No instructions given when handed the keys. No walk around to check condition.

Our stay started slow but ended well. A lot of construction and miscommunication made it a little confusing for us. The staff was very polite and friendly but not very knowledgeable. We do believe the pandemic makes it very hard if not impossible to find staff. I do bring my gas golf cart and was told I could not ride it but that was my fault I did not catch that in the rules. Gregg helped us out

We had an absolutely amazing time. Great place for families! Can’t wait for them to get their ropes course back open too. Little on the pricey side, especially with golf carts and boat rentals but overall a wonderful place.

The campground is nice, and the activities are great. However, communication isn't. The concert times for the summer concert series were posted as in the evening...but the band played from 1pm to 5 pm. The waterpark was a lot of fun, but the rules on lifejackets and times it was open were hard to find until we could talk to an employee. Also, the game room had no paddles or ping pong balls.

Was disappointed to find out (after we got there) that the lagoon was closed. The website said just the zip line and outdoor chess was closed due to covid (chess was open). The campsite was amazing and right on the water.

We loved most things about the campground. We wish the lagoon was open every day but we understand staffing is an issue. The kayaks/paddleboards/pedal boats need upkeep and maintenance. Most of the peddle boats did not work and there were only 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks so it was disappointing since the lagoon was not open and the ropes course was not open. Beautiful grounds and clean. No where to enter the lake (beach) other than walking thru someone's campsite or the boat ramp. Need more Kayaks. Dog park small and all dirt/mud, no grass. Girl (pink hair) in store unable to provide answers to questions not customer/camper focused.

Must be inside the camper after dusk due to lots of bugs. Garbage are not being pick up from your site like the other koa but they are garbage cans where you can throw your garbage but always full. It’s kinda expensive for a simple site & golf cart are also pricey. We love the water park, kiddie pool, & the lake view.

We stayed here exactly 1 year ago (July 2020) and LOVED it. This year, we were SO excited to return only to find out the day before arrival, that the Lagoon was closed during the week. The Lagoon was our favorite and was one of the main reasons we returned instead of trying somewhere new. The fact that we weren't notified until 24 hours before, was really disappointing.

Duplex 21 was not very clean. Opened up the hide-a/bed and found dog hair and paw prints, Also lots of paper wraps and dirt around the other beds. Cottage 1 was clean. Staff was friendly and informative. Overall enjoyed our stay

Disappointed to learn the zipline & ropes course were closed due to not enough staff. We chose this koa for those activities. Due to being understaffed the floating playground was only open on the weekend so our kids only got to go once. Pontoon rented didn’t have working fuel gauge or depth finder so limited us. Full price for limited activities doesn’t seem right. Potential to be a nice plac

We had an amazing time! The campground is wonderful and we had so much fun! We loved being in the extension and we were very happy we rented a golf cart. The lake is beautiful. Thanks for great time!

So many bath houses not working. Super weak WiFi. We did not know the pedal cart tracks weren't open. There's been a general lack effort or care from staff. The pier restaurant. Awful service. And charged for bottled water when we had water from the filter in a pitcher. Employees had zero motivation to work. We had to seat ourselves. Then we had to repeatedly find them for service
