Nice clean and well lighted campground. Very helpful staff. My husband lost his keys and they helped with trying to find them.

Very nice place & best part was the entire staff! Randy (manager) is nice, courteous, professional & extremely attentive to customer service. Not that common these days to come across people at other campgrounds like Randy & the staff. I have yet to been greeted & have any staff assist me on being a spotter when backing up at other campgrounds without even asking for help like at this campground.

It's hard to rat e our stay. When 2 campers ended up with the same site. And because of the mic up.... Thanks to the handyman who let us stay where ever we wanted. Seeing we had reserved over the phone and already paid. So happy you close at 4 pm. We were there by 6 and we're told someone would call us in the morning. Not cool! Campers arrive late than 4

Clean and well maintained sites. All the utilities worked. One review said no cell service, but we had plenty. Park wifi worked as well as expected for a campground. The hosts were super nice, went out of their way to get us a list of local restaurants, 2.5 miles from town but so.. easy access easy parking for the trailer. Didn't use the restrooms so no comment there. Nice little store.

One of the finest Koas we’ve have ever stayed at!!! Only one other one as great in these past years. The shady trees were at perfect levels and the atmosphere was ideal. Will define back !!!!!

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The only complaint is that our site was a little closer to the store & gas pumps than we would have liked. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Your Park is beautiful and we did enjoy our stay. However I wish someone had told us up front about the electrical charge surprise e got say the end and I'll never understand the $11.00*2 that e got charged as well. That took a pleasant time down a notch otherwise it would have been highest marks. We've stayed at 2 other KOAs since we left and they were both huge disappointments.

Friendly staff. Ok campground as we traveled west. Took a day trip to see the Alamo. Pull thru but No sewer. Not what I would consider a $40 a night campground

Just an overnight stop, so it was completely adequate. The staff was friendly and the campground store was very nice.

Our travel plans changed & we resulted in need of overnight accommodations. The hosts were welcoming & efficient. It's a small park, clean, good location.

Bathrooms and shower facilities were closed. Had this notice popped up when I was booking I would have booked elsewhere. Was not nearly as friendly as all of the other KOA Kampgrounds we have stayed at over the last 2 weeks.

Enjoyed it very much. We have stayed there before and always had a good experience. This time the camp ground seem to be much improved. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Spots not level, had to place blocks under front right tire so it was not off the ground. Small dog areas but 2 separate area so that was nice...there was a full timer there that let his dog run loose so we had to be careful with our dogs.

Wonderful location, easy access from Interstate 10, and to both Kerrville and Ingraham. Host and hostess are great, very friendly and helpful. Park is well kept. Site was gravel and level. Parking was a bit crowded with our trike and pickup, and the neighbors on each side, but we all coordinated together to keep all the vehicles accessible. We definitely recommend staying here!

Nice park lots of trees plenty of room to walk. I wil stay there again the next time I come through. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. �

We have stopped here before. Nice little park long I-10. Great laundry facility. Fully stocked store. Gas, diesel and propane on site. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff are top notch.

Great spots and the park was well kept. Even has a general store and fuel! Loved talking to the staff , they certainly showed they cared about their facility
