I sheltered there from the deep freeze storm. Power went out, internet went out, pipes froze in camper and in rec room, none of which is the fault of KOA. It wasn't the most pleasant stay, but the staff was great. They pumped LP when they could which was a saving grace. I opted to extend my stay a couple times which was effortless despite having to move. Good folks run the place.

Stopped during very cold week in Feb in TX. Campground was without electricity and water for a while. Host very accommodating due to weather issues. Will stay again.

We have stayed here twce. Perfect location for our travels. Great store and laundry room. Great pool if the weather had been warmer. This is a small campground, but staff were great and the guests were friendly. Many stay there for the winter. I'm not sure of the surrounding area, as we only stayed for one night each time.Definitely would stop by again.

The grounds are poorly kept and unimpressive. The weekend hosts acted like we weren't there. They barely spoke to us. Campers just here for overnight stop it seems.

Great spot for passing thorough Texas hill country. Friendly camp hosts, easy in and out, good WiFi, and diesel on site!

I have stayed at allot of KOAs in the last few years and I found that at Kerrville the staff is the best anywhere! They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable!!

Great little Rv park with nice spaces. Friendly people and terrific service. Only negative was that the bathrooms were closed. Perfect for a stop over on our way to the gulf coast

The WiFi was not working, there was no cell phone service. The restrooms and showers closed at 7 and we were not informed forcing us to relief ourselves at our camp ground while raining. The worst KOA experience that we have ever had. We absolutely love camping with you guys and this place needs attention

This was by far the cleanest Koa we have stopped at. Not that others have not been clean but this one goes out of their way to check things out all the time. Very quiet. Great people. Have their own gas pumps. Small but good.

Very quite, quaint and serene with deer passing through. Not at all like the huge RV resort just off the highway on the opposite side. It has the feel of being in the woods, but close enough to the city and points of interests. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Also, loved the fact that we could gas up right on the premises,,a nice added bonus. We would definitely stay again!

I had one (fairly major!) issue. A diesel driven Motor Home was backed up against our slide out to our eating area. Windows on that side of our TT are not perfectly sealed. The Motor Home revved up its engine, and left it running for quite a while... I literally became ill from the smell permeating our unit. This is not a functional set up - at all. Please be aware for the future.

Great KOA, Manager Randy and Alana are super and friendly. Our stay was quiet they sell gas and diesel nice store, and owner Annie is pleasant. I recommend this KOA.

On the plus side, the staff was extremely nice and helpful and they sold cheap diesel . We just overnighted there and it was ok for that. But the highway noise was really loud for an extended stay.

Our site was dirty. There were numerous cigarette butts,squeezed limes pieces by the picnic table and miscellaneous small trash scattered all over our site. We had deep ruts in the mud that we did not make. Two packs of unopened graham crackers were by the fire pit for 3 days. On the plus side, workers were friendly and helpful and we were able to purchase fuel at the campground. Clean it!

Workers were helpful but there were people setting off fireworks, lots of traffic coming in and out, very bright lights over the gas pumps that caused us to not be able to sleep. But the fireworks were the most annoying.

I camped at this KOA for like 2 months already and all I can say is I won't stay at other camp other than here, Randy and the rest of the staff are the best host and the neighbors are fine people as well

We only stayed one night. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. We were having trouble with our travel trailer and one of the employees jumped in to help us. The park is small but clean and tidy. It was a nice surprise to be able to purchase gas for our truck and not be over charged!

We have stopped here before. Nice little park long I-10. Great laundry facility. Fully stocked store. Gas, diesel and propane on site. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff are top notch.
