Easy access from interstate. Staff was friendly. Some full time campers here who were all very nice to talk with. Perfect KOA for our overnight stay. Showers and restrooms were closed due to Covid. Large,clean laundry room. Our site was gravel, but level. WiFi at our site was excellent.

Great RV parking site with field view & dog friendly park. Liked the convenience of the store. Friendly neighbors. One thing: There were BLINKING Christmas lights in our window after we went to bed. Could encourage a decorative lights out by 10.

This was our first night ever in our new RV. Thank goodness for the KOA management staff in Kerrville -- they were invaluable in helping us get set up. We had been trained when we bought the trailer but forgot most of it like how to turn on the water heater! Really nice park just off IH 10. Great little store, easy pull thru sites. Recommend them highly!

cruzed in for the night and was met with a friendly staff and escorted to our sight. had all the amenities, electric, water, sewer, and cable. got up the next morning and left so that was the extent of our experience. no complaints. had a neighbor who was from Michigan staying full time until March. there seemed to be a few full timers there. nice place.

Stayed at site 24. This was our first time at a KOA and enjoyed it. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The area was clean and extremely quiet. At times I felt like were the loudest ones there! Either way, great place and would recommend it to anyone who needed to stay in the area.

The KOA was well maintained and offered not only Propane fuel but pumps for Vehicle fueling. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Jerry was very helpful and gave us lots of information about the Kerrville area for us to better enjoy our visit to the area. The KOA has some stiff competition with other Resort style RV camps that offer much more in their amenities.

People are nice. Facilities are clean and everthing worked well. Laundromat was clean and machines all worked. A huge problem is the terrible road noise from the highway that is 25 feet from first row of sites. 700 cars per hour for 10 hours on Saturday. About 15% of vehicles are Harleys or redneck trucks with exhausts that rattle the fillings in your teeth. Needs sound barrier

Staff were helpful and friendly but otherwise it’s a gravel parking lot with a few trees. Disappointed by the constant noise from the vehicle traffic racing past the campground at all hours of the day. Not bad for last minute but would recommend somewhere else for your Hill Country camping adventure.

We where in Kerrville for a 4 day motorcycle ride. We had one of the best experience at this KOA. The staff was awesome with everything. Was quiet, clean and perfect for us. This will be my go to place to stay when we go back to Kerrville.

Hosts were abrupt and unfriendly. Camper beside us, who was obviously a extended stay camper was also abrupt and unfriendly. We have stayed in at least a hundred KOA’s across the country from Maine to Cali, Florida to Washington and have ALWAYS found the people to be exceptional.... until this one! Great location, but would not make this stop again!

Space was a little tight and the general area is noisy but other than that staff was nice area was clean.

Everyone is so nice. The park is kept up and we always feel comfortable there. We really enjoy the sites with fire pits - a fire and s’mores is the best way to end a night

The electric service was faulty. The plug on my Motorhome melted. I wrote them an email today. Will not stay at this KOA again. This has never happened in 7 years of camping with this motorhome all over US and Canada.

Sorry about your inconvenience. I did talk to the maintenance man and he checked it as soon as you left. He made the repairs needed and all is working fine now. Thank you for letting us know about your issue.

Everything was great. It is a quiet, peaceful and family friendly camp ground. Office staff handled all my special requests without an problems.

Management was friendly, there was a nice store, gas, diesel and propane available, the property was pretty quiet at night and centrally located to town, nearby walking trails the river, etc. Would stay there again!

A small simple park. Quiet except for some occasional passing vehicles. Very friendly caring staff. Their gas pumps are very low priced I am grateful for that so you can fill up before leaving. I would come back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful in finding a really good Mexican restaurant for dinner. The facility was clean and easy to get in and out of with our 38' motorhome towing a Jeep.

We have stopped here before. Nice little park long I-10. Great laundry facility. Fully stocked store. Gas, diesel and propane on site. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff are top notch.
