Very u kept. Grass was VERY long, when we checked in, 4 people standing around chatting. Someone should be taking care of the grounds duties.

Small and tacky. The camp sites were carved out of a parking lot with a view of the dump station. When we complained, we were “upgraded” to a site that backed up to a weed-choked chain link fence, still with the parking lot / gas pumps / dump station in view. We booked three days and left after two as it was a terrible experience.

The WiFi was bad, the bathrooms were locked, the showers were locked, the laundry room was locked and they refused to open any of them. The two women working there were very unpleasant and when I asked why I wasn’t told these things when I made the reservation they had no response.

...KOA Kerrville was open for camping - bathrooms,shower,store etc were closed and staff was not present - securing a site and payment was done on the phone-site location was on paper. felt safe- thanks for being there. will stay with you again.

Staff very nice and the store is good. Big laundry facility. The place looks like a trailer park and not so much a recreational facility, but would stay again. We were in the larger cabin which was a tiny house. Bedrooms on separate ends and good size living/kitchen with deck and fire pit. Nice!

We stayed 2 nights. Everything was great as usual. We have stayed at KOA Kerrville many times over the past several years. They are always gracious and efficient. We reserved the rec room for 3 hours for a family gathering. As always everything was great. I would recommend this KOA to anyone.

I was surprised that my full hookup site had the sewer line so far away from my coach that it couldn’t be reached with my hose.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This site has no sewer hook up. It is water/electric only, and accordingly lower priced than the full hook-up sites. All of our full hook-up sites have the sewer conveniently located.

Other then the 22 gun shot 2 nights in a roll. Right by my camp site. And they told me at the desk it was fireworks. Was not happy to many kids walking around the park.

As the manager, this is the first that I heard about this. I worked each day of your stay and nothing was brought to my attention. Not sure who you talked to? We very seldom have many kids stay with us.

Some one did not take us to our spot like most KOA's, it was not friendly, and the rv spot was muddy.

Staff was helpful and nice. Clean and convenient location to all hill country state parks. Rec room is nice with kitchen and some pans, coffee maker, fridge, Cable T.V. Bathrooms are clean and nice. Basic stuff at store but close to Walmart and HEB (grocery store). Nice for a overnight stop or you can use it as a base to explore beautiful hill country.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. We had a problem with our site & were moved Great laundry, bathhouse and store. I cannot recommend for a long stay. It is a very small KOA that is on a main artery with 55 MPH traffic. All the back property sites are occupied by long term tenants. The sites are in need of maintenance, they need more gravel and updated tables.

It is a small campground, approximately 38 RV site and a couple of tent spots. Clean and store well stocked. Only issue was the bathrooms/showers as they were a little run down. For the size they need more than 2 toilets and 2 showers. Suggest they take a little from the rec room and add 1 more toilet and shower.

We enjoyed our stay at Kerrville!! Sites were level, the staff was fantastic, restrooms and showers were acceptably clean, and there is a nice store on the premises for anything you might need. The wifi connection was definitely inadequate when we were there- we were better off on our personal cell-phone hot spot. Bathrooms could stand an upgrade soon!!

The campground is nice. The bathrooms are clean. The people running the office are the best. Unfortunately the location kept me from rating it better. The campground is located on a state highway and the cars going by are annoyingly loud when staying in a tent. Traffic doesn’t die down till midnight or after and then resumes around 5 a.m. as people are traveling to work.

Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Needed repair on my coach, these folks made sure I got a certified RV technician (steps in locked in down position making coach undrivable) and two additional nights at their very full park. Of course the park is super clean. The staff simply stands well above my personal expectations. Thank you KOA Kerrville

The customer service is great. My pull through site was completely level. This KOA even sells gas. The only draw back is that it's located on a busy stretch of road between Kerville and I-10. It is very noisy until 10pm.

The only reason a 4 instead of 5 stars is the Wifi could not reach us in space 13. The staff told us about that so we were not surprised, just made it inconvenient to plan the next leg of our trip. Other than that, nice staff, clean place. We would stay there again.

Well used site. Many full timers each with a diesel pick up that leave at 0600 and idle until 2200. Compared to the others grounds around this area, still the best buy.

We have stopped here before. Nice little park long I-10. Great laundry facility. Fully stocked store. Gas, diesel and propane on site. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff are top notch.
