Even though I made a mistake and made the reservation for March instead of February they were very accommodating and changed it for the night we were there. Nice people.

Nice location and clean campground. Disappointed that was no sewer to the sites. Overall I would stay again and plan accordingly for the absence of sewer hookup.

I was stuck in the freezing snow storm in Feb. 2022. My furnace went out and my battery lost its charge. The staff lent me a small space heater to keep warm and my neighbors, Buck & Jo were life savers. They gave me an electric blanket and went to the store and picked up a battery charger for me. I’m very grateful for all the assistance that everyone provided. I even got my propane tank filled!

This was the 2nd time we stayed here first time everyone was friendly and helpful this time most workers had some kind of an attitude they weren’t as pleasant as the first time

The park is very clean and well kept. The management was friendly and helpful. It was a good place to stay over on our travels through Texas.

It was a cozy and safe stay. We found this place by accident, we needed a place to refresh and relax and sleep after dealing with winter storm and trapped in the traffic, staff was very nice and friendly, and the lodge has the amenities you need for a comfortable stay

Had space 28 was great our only problem was that there was no sewer hook up for that space. We had intended to only stay a night or 2 but due to icy conditions we ended up staying a week.

We were caught in an ice storm heading home from Phoenix. Ended up staying 3 nights waiting out the storm, managers were great getting us in for a 3rd night. Convenience store had all we needed to get us by, and town of Kerrville had great restaurants! Made an unpleasant experience enjoyable! Will plan to come back in warmer weather!

Staff very professional, helpful and friendly. Very good pull through, level site. Check-in easy and good supply of items in store. Gas and Diesel fuel as well as propane available in KOA.

This was the worst KOA we’ve stayed in. They reserved us a spot that was big enough for our 34’ fifth wheel, but forgot we’d be pulling it with a truck! We had no turning radius at all. The rigs across from us were all at the very edge of their spaces. We finally had to edge in by cutting over by some unlimbed trees, scratching the heck out of our rig. Nothing good to say about this place.

We actually stayed at this park two different times on our trip, going and coming. It is quiet and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

The camp personnel were very helpful including accepting propane tanks at the trailer and then returning them. I appreciated the showers though I much prefer a secure room with shower, toilet and sink all in one. The bathrooms were kept warm all night which was wonderful given the cold temps. They also dispensed tow vehicle fuel at a very reasonable price.

We have stopped here before. Nice little park long I-10. Great laundry facility. Fully stocked store. Gas, diesel and propane on site. Highly recommend this KOA

This was a wonderful KOA. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thay have a cute store and large laundry, and 10 stars for a full kitchen for guests to use, and a gas station! And the gas prices was totally reasonable. The only drawback was the road noise, which was loud and often as the KOA sits on a busy road, closer than a highway. I would definitely stay here again!
