All the staff at the Kerrville KOA are AMAZING! From the time we booked our stay until we pulled out three months later we were exceedingly happy with the professionalism of every member of the KOA team. They take great pride in how they keep the campground and in making sure your stay is as pleasant as they can. The laundry is as clean as a operating room. Thank You Your AWESOME! The Roving Ruff

The manager was extremely rude and unfriendly. Only stayed for 10 hours, so this rating does not apply to the park/facilities/amenities as we were not there long enough to rate.

Super friendly staff. Gasoline, diesel and propane on site, and they don't kill you with price. Just off the road so if you get a site on that side I guess it could be considered a little noisy but there is so little traffic it really isn't a big deal. We've stayed there a couple times now and will be staying again

The KOA staff was very nice and met our needs. The facility was very well maintained, despite being an older facility. It needs better BBQ pits.

the store onsite would not sell me a case of water even though they had five cases, and told me to go into town very small campground, lot of noise from residents passing through. only good thing was the deer at my door in the morning

Small, clean, and quiet. Spot marked with a cone and our name. Came in late, only complaint was we weren't given a bathroom code on our forms and the dumpster was locked. The camp ground was very alive with nature, birds, deer, and crickets. I slept great. They have a store and gas pump. We left before anything opened.

Friendly and helpful staff. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Plenty of shaded RV spots. I did not use any of the facilities, however I did notice that the laundry room was very clean.

Unleaded gas pump not working. Bugs in the Bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Courtesy call Very helpful. Unfortunately, didn’t have time to use the laundry, pool nor visit the store. Beautiful location, not too far from Interstate 10. Will come again.

Was not happy that people came at 2 AM to set up a tent next to our camp site and kept us awake. No shade near our campsite and couldn’t even sit outside as the picnic table was in the sun. No dump station at our site. No plans to stay again!!

at night to much thru traffic to housing community which is located on same land so they have to drive through park to get home. Grounds are clean but some pet owners don’t pick up. Hard to get to for big rigs with tow. Good for one night

Very pleasant secluded location. Very helpful general store. Stayed open a few minutes for a late purchase. Tree lined back in spots are nicely tree covered.

We have stopped here before. Nice little park long I-10. Great laundry facility. Fully stocked store. Gas, diesel and propane on site. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff are top notch.
