My sister was having a life threatening operation at the hospital. Unfortunately, it kept being delayed each day. We wanted to extend our booking but it was during a very busy weekend and there were no spots available but to be on a waiting list. After speaking to the owner, he said, don't you worry, we will look after you. which he did. Thank you so much! Patrick. Very clean and well run!

The pool could have been better cleaned- it definitely needed a water vacuum for the leaves and bugs that went to the bottom.

Outstanding campground. Clean. Large sites with patios - excellent (expensive but excellent). The only drawback to this KOA - "you'all got to fix your internet!" This is almost a "show stopper" for us to ever return! We were there 3 and 1/2 days. I could rarely attach to internet. And even when I could, the time delay to access even simple websites - such as weather - took over 4 min.

Other than the fact that the office opens at 3pm this is a great place to stay! Beautiful sites, well-equipped and all around enjoyable!

Stayed in b section facing the pool, the 5 km an hr was never reinforced. For 3 days vehicles sped through. Next time we will reserve a lot at back of campground, hopefully it's slow traffic . Overall campground is well kept ,good friendly staff. Will return . Thank you

first our internet card did not work it was out,dated had to get another from office on tuesday after we checked in,.tuesday night our stove would not work, the propane tank was empty,could not cook no hot water tuseday night went to office wednesday, told girl no one came to help. some kind of reduction or companation should of been made for our inconvence..

Great place to spend a few days. The lot we stay at was very nice, clean and great for our RV. We will be returning for sure. Would recommend to our friends.

It was a very nice small park. Lots for the kids to do, I do suggest making a bigger basketball court area though :) we had a great time!

We stayed in the cabin with a bathroom, it was very unclean when we arrived. Still doer and hair on the floors. The cabin was far away from all amenities. We were also quoted different prices for store items and paid amenities. Overall, probably not going to return again, unless we absolutely cannot book anywhere else!!

We were so impressed we plan to stay here whenever you are open when we visit our daughter who just moved to Kingston. Very clean. Well maintained landscape. Organized. Great atmosphere. Family oriented. Quiet nights. Amenities. Dogs welcome! I plan to return for the heated pool and mini golf. Thank you for a memorable and relaxing camping experience. Tamara and Kevin

Park was nice, clean, and roomy. I would rank 3.5 star. Wish the wifi as more stable and an option for high speed internet connection. We plan to come back.

Pros: The campground/cabins/pool very clean. Location close to K&P trail, or town for necessities. Nice for RVs-patios, etc Cons: The washrooms for the cabins that do not include one, are a trek especially at night. And the showers were not working. Had to cross the whole camp to use the ones that were. Limited privacy especially for those tenting. Store closed mid-day which was inconvenient.

Overall it was a great stay. The first night we couldn't sleep because of a very loud noise coming from the water tank room(I think), so not worth the price. But the rest of the visit was great. Staff were all very nice. Love that they have someone come around to get garbage and recycling.

When I am camping at at campground on of the most important thing for us is wifi. The wifi at your campground was abysmal!! Do you réalise that the world depends on connectivity? When you advertise “Wi-Fi” people expect to have a reliable and unblocked Wi-Fi connection. It would seem that all KOA campgrounds all have the same pathetic excuse for Wi-Fi. Everything was great from the time we checked in until the time we left. Clean cabins, nice surroundings, lots of activities for kids. The only downfall was no kitchen sink to wash any dishes you may have taken. The bathroom sink is not really conducive to washing dishes. Other than that, all was good.

Highly convenient on our way to Niagara Lake. Patio site size and furniture are great and the overall park is awesome.

We had a great time! The kids loved it and we're already planning for next year. It's close to home so we plan on doing a few weekends next summer as well as a longer stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone. It is very clean and well taken care of.

There was one staff member who was nice and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the full bed in the cabin felt like a single sheet of paper. Another family member of mine stayed in a cabin at the same time and their bed was brand new. Little disappointed.

Too expensive $94.00 for one night. At better KOA in Levi, Quebec $57.00. Decided to stay two nights.

Lovely campground, nice spaces for kids! Loved the soccer field and basket ball net. Super clean KOA. Wish there are food delivery but all in all we loved it here! Quiet at night :)

Lovely family atmosphere. I loved watching the kids play, riding bikes and ride on little go carts, up and and down the roads. Reminded me of many childhood memories doing the same

What an amazing campground. We lived how clean and well kept it was. Our site was spacious and we felt spoiled by the on site garbage and recycling pick up. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!
