Hot water in cabin didn’t work upon arrival but was corrected pretty quickly. It then went out again on our departure day so more cold showers for everyone! The pool hours were incorrectly listed and it needed some major cleaning as we sifted through no less than 50 bugs floating on the surface. Overall it was OK.

A few negatives: 1. Only 1 device per wifi password? Seriously, more devices should be allowed on wifi. 2. There are no hooks in the deluxe cabin. We need them to hang our coats, towels and other accessories. 3. No one-way street arrows near your lanes. 4. Gravel lanes make for difficult cycling experiences. Lay asphalt for a more pleasant and smoother ride.

Prompt service with the firewood. Well maintained park. The dog park was an added bonus to a lovely weekend! Air conditioning in the cabins was wonderful. We`ll be back! Let us know if you`re running any deals in the near future. Thank you very much.

It was an excellent experience aside from the main office washrooms being closed and the 3 washroom/showers open weren’t cleaned nearly enough. Especially since they’re the only 3 open to the whole park they need to be cleaned several times a day. Pool was beautiful, park was lovely. Workers were all very nice. Really good experience.

We really enjoyed our visit to the KOA. The park was very clean and well maintained. Would recommend this campground to people. Would definitely go again.

Disappointed in the washroom cleanliness, especially during a time when awareness is heightened. Understand that only 3 available means they are used a lot, but there is mold grown in crevices, cockroaches visible & the tiny garbage cans were left to overflow for almost a full day. Please consider a pool sign up sheet for 30 min time blocks-some families stayed for 3 hours.

Facilities and area were nice. Unfortunately the beds were horrible and we left without even staying one night. If you have a camper, or you camp in a tent then it’s a great option!

Beautiful campsite but was disappointed to see how much was closed. We have stayed at other KOA's in Ontario this summer and this was the first time the majority of the campsite was closed. Difficult to find/reach staff when we needed them (get firewood, mini golf sticks, supplies etc). Also very disappointed that we had no supplies in our cabin (dishes, dish soap, dish towels etc).

Overall Neat and Clean site, good big cabins (we stayed in the bigger ones), aircon was good & effective for warmer days, nice to hv gas stoves. Patio set with BBQ was great. Even tho the office was closed due to Pandemic, the staff was still very much easily reachable and courteous Bunkbeds not good, very tight , at most a storage place. Unfair to call them 6ppl cabins,

The park is great but there are a couple of things that can be improved. First of all, the wifi for 1 device is ridiculous in this day in age, everyone owns a cellphone. Another issue we experienced was that the area around the washrooms were not lit up at night, it is too dark walking to them at night. The speed bumps need to be painted so you can see them at night, very dangerous walking.

Lovely family atmosphere. I loved watching the kids play, riding bikes and ride on little go carts, up and and down the roads. Reminded me of many childhood memories doing the same

What an amazing campground. We lived how clean and well kept it was. Our site was spacious and we felt spoiled by the on site garbage and recycling pick up. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!
