The lack of wifi was frustrating but everything else was great. And things were better when the new WiFi was installed. Thanks for upgrading. Also the dog park is a little small. Any chance it could be made larger?

Campground is clean. Staff friendly. Great location. Close to restaurants, shopping, about 20 minutes to Disney and Universal Studios. Easy drive or Lyft will pick you up.

Awesome staff an amenities at this location. We needed propane and a staff member picked up a tank, filled it, and the amount was added to our bill. Simple for us seniors.

Made 2 calls to after hours number upon arriving at 6:30 p.m. due to 30 Amp electrical outlet not working. No return calls. Did not get addressed until just before we left the next day. There was no password written in the box with the instructions for use of the internet.

The sites were clean, spacious, and well equipped. Our site included a patio (pavers) with a brand new Webber grill and paver fire pit. The staff was top-notch. From the ladies at the front desk to all of the other employees. The maintenance workers were continually cleaning & maintaining the property. The property has a great atmosphere. The location is also very convenient to all attractions.

We’ve been to many KOA campsites and this is one of the best in the country that we stayed at! Clean, impeccably kept and honestly… We were quite surprised at how good it was! Great job !!!

It would get 5 stars if the cell service wasn't non existent. In the middle of the city I couldn't even get 2 bars with Verizon. Other than that good location, clean and staff is friendly.

We come to this campground often, and rent a cabin. It's become our Home away from Home, and is an excellent place to unwind, visit Theme Parks, and enjoy the amenities, like the pool, hot tub, playground, and office store. Snacks, S'more packages, ice, and many other items are available. Great laundry area, and fitness center too. The staff members are always ready to help. We love it!

Lovely place with a great location, friendly staff and great maintenance. Only problem was the Wifi which frankly we could not get to work at all. Might have been our location in the park but it was a bit frustrating. Everything else was a ten out of ten

Nice park. But: sewage smell was offensive every day. Wardrobe cabinet was damaged and unable to hold our clothing. TV reception was less than good. For what we paid per night there should have been NO issues. Front office and crew showed little interest in making things right. Made excuses..

One of the friendliest, cleanest RV parks we've stayed at in our decades of RVing. ALL the ladies in the office are always pleasant and responsive to your needs. It is always a pleasure to stay at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA.

Arrived on 10/18 after closing hours. Our Late Arrival package was available with directions to our pull-thru slot. Checked in the next morning and the staff were wonderful. The Campground was easy access/egress to the main road and close proximity to most of the attractions. We will definitely be back when traveling to or through the Kissimmee area.

Nice site. The fact that site 115 backs into our space was a bit annoying. Not the best layout for the two sites to coexist. Your pool looks amazing but we were unable to use it because of our Disney schedule. Nice staff. One of your people hooked me up with a rv cleaning contractor and that worked out well.

The grounds were kept extremely clean, and the pull through sites were great! Loved that they have cabins for other families to join who are not towing a rig!

We stayed for a week and visited the Disney and universal theme parks. I would have felt better if the campground was gated and you needed a pass to get in. I also would have liked to be able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Especially after visiting the parks all day but they closed at 9 pm and we tried to stay in the parks to enjoy the fireworks.

oh my, check-in was the best, quick, and very professional, along with letting us know if there was anything they could do for us. Super- Super nice people. Our cabin was very clean and comfortable, we were amazed at how well kept everything was. Will go back there from now on to any Orlando/Disney things we will be doing in that area. Never going to stay anywhere else, this felt like home.

The only thing is that the cable connection is not working good. The television reception was very poor. Every channels were very static & fuzzy! And did not get good reception. But other than that the stay was great. And definitely would stay Orlando/Kissimmee KOA again. Have stayed there before the campground was very nice & well kept up. Campground store is very nice & clean well organized.

First night of arrival many items stolen from site while unloading. Will not be back. Police report obtained. Office moved our site but the damage was already done.

This is the best place to stay if you have a pet! The cabins are super clean the staff is very friendly and helpful and it's convenient to all the parks. Very reasonably priced!

We are staying here a week and so far it's been wonderful. The park is very clean and tidy. Laundry is adequate and fairly priced. The lots are definitely close together but that's to be expected so close to Disney. There is a little bit of road noise but again, that's to be expected so close to the major theme parks. We would definitely stay here again when in Orlando. Hookups are great and the fire pits are nice as well. Lots are paved and very clean. The pool is also very warm.

Very clean. Employees very nice and friendly. We have stayed there quite a few times. Mark and Mike the grounds keepers are the best. I enjoy the hot tub. Shower house is very clean. Love the deluxe sights.Close to Disney and SeaWorld. Highly recommend.
