Very well maintained KOA faculty. Staff were pleasant and great. Biggest complaint is the internet WiFi is weak and iffy. Hard to log into and difficult to stay at connected. Other complaint is there are lots of ants. Hard to get rid of ants once they get in the motor home.

It was a perfect week stay. Staff was great. There when needed and even after hours. Clean lots, trash pickup and all hookups were there and worked. WiFi was a little to be desired and would have complained if I would have been there more. 8/10. Keep up the great work.

Everything was great but the WiFi!!!! So frustrated! We had two hotspots and koa WiFi and nothing worked well! Pool and hot tub were great, used dog park and dog wash- both good. Spot was plenty big! Office folks were great.

We were very irate the first night and gone all day following day. We were very happy with our site across from the play ground. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a cabin. The kitchenette was just right for what we needed. The pool water was a good temperature and we enjoyed the hot tub. The campground was within 15 to 20 minutes of Disneyworld. We enjoyed ourselves.

Nice clean campground, great staff. Need to spray around pool for fire ants have been bit quite a few times on pavilion and just sitting in chairs near hot tub area

Shirley and her co-worker offered thoughtful and personalized guest service throughout our stay, anticipating our needs and questions before we even asked, and even gave us tips on what we needed for a successful smores fire! Grounds were immaculate, relaxing, and felt very safe with a sense of community! My daughter did not want to leave our cute little cabin at check-out! 11 out of 10 stars!Thx

Great location, easy access in and out & not too far from some of the major attractions. Pool was clean & the laundry mat is open 24-hours.

The only issue we had was the cabin was too warm, two window air conditioners do not cool the cabin.

We rented e deluxe cabin. We were very impressed with how clean it was. There is couple of things that need improvement. The wifi does not work the cable needs improvement. And the pool is way too small for how busy the park is. Impossible to social distance in that pool.

I thought this park would be a little chaotic being so close to the theme parks but I was pleasantly surprised. It was well maintained and quiet. Our cabin was great except you couldn’t use both stove burners at the same time because it kept tripping out. Location gave easy access to parks, attractions and dinning.

I got there and it had been raining all day. I went in the clean office and was checked in by a nice professional lady. I was then guided to my site by a nice gentleman. The sites were nice and clean, the sewer and electrical pole was surrounded by water. The man said it had rained for days. I was afraid to use electricity that was surrounded by water. It ended well out of comment space.

Back in Site very difficult to get in. No lighting. Sites very close together. Have to make a 90 degree turn. Road narrow with other sites cars parked to the edge. Fortunately a nice neighbor moved his truck so we could get in. Had a 28 foot camper. Arrived after dark.

It good place to stay in Orlando. Wifi not strong. We only stayed 2 nights. We were busy visiting. The pool was nice since it had deep end of 8 .5 feet deep. The pillow jump was my daughter favorite but this one... i think it might have a hole in it since she couldnt really jump on it like other KOA's pillow jump. The customer service was great and very helpful with answering our questions.

Was a little tough finding a park that could accommodate our dates of travel. The KOA was neat as a pin, Uber supported, and we made the attractions at Universal. 43’ motor coach had no problem getting in/out the pull-thru though the entry was a bit tight (caught the grass with the tag axle.) Really a nice staff and all things great!

Having stayed in a deluxe cabin was like being at a home away from home. The cabin was well equipped and very clean. Outside amenities like the fire pit, table and chairs and a gas grill made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Deliveries for the firewood, fresh towels, and other supplies are made without delay. Wireless internet worked okay.

The restroom facilities & washroom were very clean and in nice order with pretty decorations. The showers were spacious and also very clean. The pool was crystal clear with plenty of lounge chairs available. Our camp site had plenty of space for our family of four and the pull-through site with full hook up was extremely convenient. We will definitely keep this campground in mind in the future!

Pool was nice, park was clean. Wireless was unusable, cable worked but was very broken up at times. We left at 9:00 AM on Wednesday the 21st, a day prior to our scheduled departure. We stopped in to let the office know we were leaving, and the woman there was very rude and short with us. We won't be staying there again.

Lot 100: Group - this was an unexpected surprise of a campsite; exceptional - plenty of space between lots and we didn't feel like sardines shoehorned next the other campsites; clean - the staff were always picking up and taking care of the sites; hint- Yellowstone/Mountainside needs to visit and learn your style of customer service...our highest means of review is saying that we'll return again.

This is the best place to stay if you have a pet! The cabins are super clean the staff is very friendly and helpful and it's convenient to all the parks. Very reasonably priced!

We are staying here a week and so far it's been wonderful. The park is very clean and tidy. Laundry is adequate and fairly priced. The lots are definitely close together but that's to be expected so close to Disney. There is a little bit of road noise but again, that's to be expected so close to the major theme parks. We would definitely stay here again when in Orlando. Hookups are great and the fire pits are nice as well. Lots are paved and very clean. The pool is also very warm.

Very clean. Employees very nice and friendly. We have stayed there quite a few times. Mark and Mike the grounds keepers are the best. I enjoy the hot tub. Shower house is very clean. Love the deluxe sights.Close to Disney and SeaWorld. Highly recommend.
