When I arrived I was assigned a different type site than what I reserved. No notice to me before hand. Also the site was not fully cleaned.

Our stay was great. Family friendly campground. The deluxe cabin we stayed in was for the most part clean and comfortable. Close to attractions and shopping. We'll definitely stay there again.

I’ve never been to a cleaner and nicer KOA than this one. I almost could not believe that my pad was so level that I needed no leveling blocks for my 36’ camper. We enjoy internet and cable when camping and yours was the best ever…..this is what true “glamping” looks like…..I should give a -0 rating in disappointment that we had to head home to NY but truthfully, I’d rate this place

GREAT RV park, many activities, workers are nice and knowledgeable. GREAT location for restaurants, stores, retail, everything...except beaches. The only con is that there are very few public beaches in the region, and they are not easily accessible. So, if beaches is not your thing, this is the best RV park one could hope to stay.

Nous avons passé un supe séjour (Bien que court!) La piscine et le Jacuzzi sont top. Les douches et toilettes propres. Et c'est vraiment proche des parcs et de l'aeroport!

Would have given a 5 but unfortunately the noise was so bad we were awaken often due to traffic, touring helicopters, sirens. We were sleep deprived by the time we checked out. Realize this isn't the campground fault. The staff was very nice. The campground was very clean and well kept. Loved the pool.

Great KOA! Bathrooms are extremely clean and there are so many of them! KOA is easy to get to and so close to many attractions. Sites are a little tight, but there are so many activities in the campground you won't care. The pool is beautiful and well-maintained. There is even a dog wash at the K9 Camper park! We will definitely be staying here again!

The showers were a bit icky. Not horrible, but not too sanitary looking. My cabin was great and enjoyed my stay.

Great camp grounds, well maintained, clean restrooms, sites are kept clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly, we have already made our reservations for next year. Only a few miles from Disney we will make this our annual place to stay.

As nice as it gets for a KOA right near the parks. That being said, the outer spots may be a bit noisy by the Sam's Club and Waffle House, but the inner sites are much better. Well kept and friendly staff.

I was to stay 2 nights, had to leave after one. I called after hrs # & Cathy answrd. Askd if my niece(who was in a diff cabin for a week) could stay that night in my cabin, Cathy said yes. So accommodating, so clean, so friendly. The cabin was so nice, it's the 1st time I've ever stayed in a KOA.

This was our 3rd or 4th stay. Love the spot. Just far enough from the parks to avoid the traffic and craziness but still very close. Great amenities and the deluxe cabins are really nicely set up. The one disappointment is the 23 hour pool now closes at 9.pm. When it was open all night it was perfect coming back late from the parks or outings.

Everything has pros and cons. I loved the location of this KOA. It was near Everything. About 20 minute ride from Disney, universal studios, and Seaworld. Also plenty of restaurants and stores around the area. Pool was kind of small, however the hot tub makes up for it. Beaches are about an hour or so of a drive which was great. Down side was our cabin was way at the end by the street =noisy

Excellent stay. Great service with attention to detail. Neat and clean grounds with great sites. The lamp post at site #108 needs the bulbs replaced or the light repaired, it does not light up at night. Also the plastic cover on the Coaxe tv connection is cracked which may cause issues down the road due to rain intrusion. Other than these two minor repair notices everything was excellent.

Grounds were beautiful and kept well. The staff was friendly and helpful!! Sites may be close but you are in Orlando I expect nothing else.

This is one of the best KOAs we’ve found in our many years of RVing. Level concrete, spacious sites, and outstanding service. Any amenities the park lacks, the staff makes up for in hospitality.

Everyone is friendly! I got a teacher discount! Loved our first site but the second site had a huge tree that interfered with parking and the slab was broken off on one side. We will go back but not choose that site. Environment is peaceful and relaxing!

We were in lot 35 which has neither cell reception (I suspect from the wires that run across the back of the lot) nor WiFi. When I went to the front office and explained that the WiFi works fine, if I’m standing outside of the office, I was told that “Well everyone else’s works fine.” Eventually she said that someone would check it out, but they never did.

This is the best place to stay if you have a pet! The cabins are super clean the staff is very friendly and helpful and it's convenient to all the parks. Very reasonably priced!

We are staying here a week and so far it's been wonderful. The park is very clean and tidy. Laundry is adequate and fairly priced. The lots are definitely close together but that's to be expected so close to Disney. There is a little bit of road noise but again, that's to be expected so close to the major theme parks. We would definitely stay here again when in Orlando. Hookups are great and the fire pits are nice as well. Lots are paved and very clean. The pool is also very warm.

Very clean. Employees very nice and friendly. We have stayed there quite a few times. Mark and Mike the grounds keepers are the best. I enjoy the hot tub. Shower house is very clean. Love the deluxe sights.Close to Disney and SeaWorld. Highly recommend.
