We come to this campground often, and rent a cabin. It's become our Home away from Home, and is an excellent place to unwind, visit Theme Parks, and enjoy the amenities, like the pool, hot tub, playground, and office store. Snacks, S'more packages, ice, and many other items are available. Great laundry area, and fitness center too. The staff members are always ready to help. We love it!

Nice park. But: sewage smell was offensive every day. Wardrobe cabinet was damaged and unable to hold our clothing. TV reception was less than good. For what we paid per night there should have been NO issues. Front office and crew showed little interest in making things right. Made excuses..

oh my, check-in was the best, quick, and very professional, along with letting us know if there was anything they could do for us. Super- Super nice people. Our cabin was very clean and comfortable, we were amazed at how well kept everything was. Will go back there from now on to any Orlando/Disney things we will be doing in that area. Never going to stay anywhere else, this felt like home.

Beautiful facility, would recommend it to anyone coming to Orlando/Kissimmee for any of the Disney parks. Will be even better when they get their WiFi figured out.

We rented a deluxe cabin for the weekend for my sons birthday! Cabin was very small and dirty! The ac barley worked we all were sweating ! Beds were absolutely horrible . We couldn’t even use the bunk beds in the room because it was so hot! Would never stay again or recommend

We like several cabins here we had used before. However, when we stayed in cabin 124 (2nd stay after forgetting our prior bad experience) we really hate the layout, comfort, smells. The room configuration is poor, the toilet area is very narrow, the sofa is uncomfortable and worn, getting around the bed is difficult. Also there is an unpleasant smell (like the last time) on entering the cabin.

Great campground with nice cabins! Loved how well maintained it was and how quiet it was especially with such a busy area. The mattress pads could be better (I could feel the wood slats through the bed) and the air conditioner wouldn’t stay cold just muggy coldish air (could have just been me). However, still a wonderful place.

Fall $25.00 savings promotion enabled extending this stay. Delux Cabin with 'on demand water heater' enabled showers and other hot water needs to proceed without waiting for small tank type water heater to recover. Quiet location but nearby all necessary outlets and stores. Looking forward to a winter stay in this same HEATED Deluxe cabin.

First time ever renting a cabin since we had recently sold our travel trailer. Loved it. May never buy a trailer again. So much easier than hooking up and in hooking a trailer just the gas savings alone is worth it

Awesome time 5 stars! Feedback: bathroom door knob needs to be replaced. Much dust in many places especially all of the corners on the floor. No AC in bunk room but you could fit one in the wall so that’s unfortunate. Ice trays would be a small gesture but a nice touch. If I had more characters I would say all the nice things, too, which there are many. I’ll leave a great review.

Bed frame was broken in cabin #302. Was told yes “ we have this problem in that cabin “ I guess my question is.. well if you know you have a problem then inform your guests who book that cabin and fix it for future guests. Otherwise, site is near Disney and has many nice amenities.

Campsite very clean, would be more convenient if the store was open longer then 5pm also some activities for the kids. The jump pillow has a whole in it.

Rated low due to the cabin experience. It was not what we expected AT ALL, I wanted a deluxe cabin with bunk beds because my son and daughter do not sleep together and I was given a deluxe cabin with a room and sofa bed. Had to buy a twin air mattress $70 at target, the top protective layer of the mattress was dirty with stains. Took to the office all they did was put in a bag no apologies given.

Very easy to book a cabin at this KOA. Cabin was very clean, and amenities were great for the kids. Even though this KOA is close to 192, it is quiet and people (both employees and other campers) are very considerate of others. As an added bonus, because it is close to 192, there are plenty of nearby, last minute shopping or eateries.

Having left the camper home for this road trip, we stayed in a kamping kabin after a long driving day. Clean, even the rented linens, great for the dog, and spotless bathrooms and showers.

The location, lodging and people are the best! Talk about value for your money, minimal pet fee, drive up to your lodging, no parking fee and super convenient to everything! You can’t beat this place to stay fir a Disney vacation! Thank you!

This is the best place to stay if you have a pet! The cabins are super clean the staff is very friendly and helpful and it's convenient to all the parks. Very reasonably priced!

We are staying here a week and so far it's been wonderful. The park is very clean and tidy. Laundry is adequate and fairly priced. The lots are definitely close together but that's to be expected so close to Disney. There is a little bit of road noise but again, that's to be expected so close to the major theme parks. We would definitely stay here again when in Orlando. Hookups are great and the fire pits are nice as well. Lots are paved and very clean. The pool is also very warm.

Very clean. Employees very nice and friendly. We have stayed there quite a few times. Mark and Mike the grounds keepers are the best. I enjoy the hot tub. Shower house is very clean. Love the deluxe sights.Close to Disney and SeaWorld. Highly recommend.
