The restroom facilities & washroom were very clean and in nice order with pretty decorations. The showers were spacious and also very clean. The pool was crystal clear with plenty of lounge chairs available. Our camp site had plenty of space for our family of four and the pull-through site with full hook up was extremely convenient. We will definitely keep this campground in mind in the future!

Pool was nice, park was clean. Wireless was unusable, cable worked but was very broken up at times. We left at 9:00 AM on Wednesday the 21st, a day prior to our scheduled departure. We stopped in to let the office know we were leaving, and the woman there was very rude and short with us. We won't be staying there again.

Lot 100: Group - this was an unexpected surprise of a campsite; exceptional - plenty of space between lots and we didn't feel like sardines shoehorned next the other campsites; clean - the staff were always picking up and taking care of the sites; hint- Yellowstone/Mountainside needs to visit and learn your style of customer service...our highest means of review is saying that we'll return again.

We had a great stay, the park was quiet and clean and the staff was very friendly. The only issues we had was the wifi didn't work and the pool needed cleaning. We would definitely stay again though!!

It's a very small campground, so golfcarts and biking are kind of a joke. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly enough. We'd stay here again.

The customer service was stellar. The sites are a little cramped but pool and amenities were fine. The connectivity was nonexistent, a game changer for us but we experienced a similar problem throughout the city so not sure how much KOA could improve.

Very nice campground. Would recommend fixing the fans in the shower rooms and the wifi. Dog park was great. It's well lit. Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay, the campground was clean and well maintained… the trash pick up was nice as well. The only concern was: lack of service/reliable WiFi.

Nice park, clean and spacious sites. Not very dog friendly in the summer, no shade at dog park and walking on pavement to get there burned their feet, no actual burns, no harm done. I will get them booties for next time. I would gladly visit another time of year

By comparison to other campgrounds both KOA and private ones, this location was excellent in every way. I’d be very happy to stay there again.

This KOA needs better signs to confirm where you need to turn to enter. We missed it driving down 192 from I4 and had to turn around which is difficult on 192 since there are not many large parking lots. The staff was helpful once we arrived and the campground was quiet and well kept. We wished that the fitness center opened earlier than 8 AM.

Place is well maintained, and very clean. Noise is minimal quiet hours of 10pm-7am are enforced. Staff is very nice and supportive. Many conveniences are near by. Sam's Club is directly across the street. We had a nice stay would stay here again if we came back to the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

This place is located perfectly to visit the major parks out side of Disney. Only took 15 mins and we was at Universal or Sea World. The only issue I had was the showers do not have A/C in them. It makes it a little hard to dry off in the summertime.

Grass was uncut and unkept except for premium sites. Unfortunately, the only worker we encountered was the garbage guy. It seemed like the staff was never there and especially if 5pm hit they were out the door. I have had other KOAs find me at midnight when I was backing in. I have never seen so many after hour campers paperwork at a campsite before. Sad because the place has potential.

Not sure what you can do about it but the cellular single in the campground was terrible. Nothing would load. That was really the only negative but we probably won’t return for that reason. Across the street in sams club was fine so not sure the reason.

The grounds are extremely clean & the staff is phenomenal!!! Paulette & Shirley are so wonderful & I can’t say enough about the grounds crew & housekeeping. Ilene & Tim are 2 of the MOST wonderful people you can meet. They are the reason we keep coming back.

Wifi was terrible and we depended on it since Verizon didn't work in the park. Employees were super nice but for Orlando, I expected a nicer setup. Some of the sites were in bad shape and the entire park had zero security in a sketchy neighborhood.

We thought the host was very rude and quick to answer questions .She was a heavy blond In her 50’s. She couldn’t find our account on the computer to get our discount .so we had to pay full price.

The stay was clean and enjoyable ashamed that the stay was short. You really can’t rate a site with just a few days stay.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The campground is very clean and nice shade (in some areas). The kids really enjoyed the pool in the evening. Great place.

This is the best place to stay if you have a pet! The cabins are super clean the staff is very friendly and helpful and it's convenient to all the parks. Very reasonably priced!

We are staying here a week and so far it's been wonderful. The park is very clean and tidy. Laundry is adequate and fairly priced. The lots are definitely close together but that's to be expected so close to Disney. There is a little bit of road noise but again, that's to be expected so close to the major theme parks. We would definitely stay here again when in Orlando. Hookups are great and the fire pits are nice as well. Lots are paved and very clean. The pool is also very warm.

Very clean. Employees very nice and friendly. We have stayed there quite a few times. Mark and Mike the grounds keepers are the best. I enjoy the hot tub. Shower house is very clean. Love the deluxe sights.Close to Disney and SeaWorld. Highly recommend.
