spacious and clean. friendly staff. very easy to pull in and set up relatively quickly. the theme parks were close by. the pool and children's play areas were nice and clean as well. i will be coming back again for the summer of 2022. thank you.

We have stayed at many campgrounds around the country and pick this campground because of the KOA affiliation. We were in a black out zone as far a Verizon and no internet. We were right behind the office. We came to Orlando for work. I could have accepted the muddy space if we had internet. No acceptable in today's environment.

everything was great. the only thing wasn’t too happy about it was the Wi-Fi not strong enough couldn’t do any work. you must fix the Wi-Fi!!!

The internet was the worst I've ever experienced. You would think a city the size of Orlando and Kissimmee the internet would be great. The grounds at the KOA are in serious need of some sort of drainage system, the least bit of rain and the water stands everywhere, flooding the campground.

Good location and clean park. Friendly staff. The site was quick to flood during the rainstorms. The wifi was horrible - wouldn’t even load Facebook, much less email or TV. And the cellular service in the area wasn’t any better.

original site was under water and had not so great neighbors. Staff upgraded our site the next morning and completely turned the weekend around. I was very pleased with all aspects of this campground. We'll keep it in our rotation.

Everything was well kept up, restrooms clean and loved the individual shower rooms!! Staff was friendly, it was quiet at night and we had some great, helpful neighbours. Would definitely return when in the area again!!�

The Kissimmee KOA is a great place to stay. Everyone was very nice and worked hard to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The pool area is great and all areas were very clean. The camp sites were very accessible. We have a 40ft motorhome and we just pulled right in and had it set up within minutes. If we are in the Kissimmee area again we will stay there for sure !!!!

We stayed here two nights on our way to Ft. Lauderdale. The campground was nice and well maintained. The sites were large and level. The campground staff was very friendly. If you want somewhere other than a Disney property to stay on this KOA is located close to both Disney and Universal. We can definitely see ourselves staying here again.

Honestly one of the worst RV parks we’ve ever stayed at. Just trying to pull into this place was a nightmare. Spots were tight, laundry was adequate, pool was packed. But the worst was the WiFi and cell service, I don’t understand why offer WiFi if it doesn’t work or it makes you enter in the password every 5mins because it kicks you off. We are 27 and understand technology, the WiFi was not

We had a good time. Our grand daughters love the swimming pool and the play ground. On the down side , the back in sites are a little short in length. And it makes it a little harder for back in to when the vehicles across from you are right at the edge of the road. But we still enjoyed our stay. Thank you KOA.

While the campground was close to the major attractions (which is why we chose it), we found our site to be underwater upon arrival. We arrived afterhours and didn't have time to try and call afterhours to work out new details. Judging by the amount of water, I don't think this was something new. The site was loud being right next to the highway and signage to the campground was limited.

Clean is an understatement, pool and bathrooms immaculate and the very pleasing and helpful .... next trip back to Kissimmee I will definitely stay at the KOA

Being it was our very first trip with our trailer and camping experience, I would say hands down couldn't have been better. Everyone was nice. Mr. Mark helped us get pulled in and gave us great advise and direction on how to set up. He even helped us with some A/C issues. He was fun and friendly everytime we saw him.

Everything was good except for the internet. It is horrible!! No matter what time of day you try you can not get it to work. We even tried at 2am. You should stop advertising that you have internet because really you do not.

Nice bath rooms/bath house but very dirty. We were there 4 days and the back of the toilets were never touched. Didn't appear the floors were cleaned properly either.

The free WIFI service provided was practically non-existent and constantly had to be reset to use. The staff were great and the park is well maintained.

This is the best place to stay if you have a pet! The cabins are super clean the staff is very friendly and helpful and it's convenient to all the parks. Very reasonably priced!

We are staying here a week and so far it's been wonderful. The park is very clean and tidy. Laundry is adequate and fairly priced. The lots are definitely close together but that's to be expected so close to Disney. There is a little bit of road noise but again, that's to be expected so close to the major theme parks. We would definitely stay here again when in Orlando. Hookups are great and the fire pits are nice as well. Lots are paved and very clean. The pool is also very warm.

Very clean. Employees very nice and friendly. We have stayed there quite a few times. Mark and Mike the grounds keepers are the best. I enjoy the hot tub. Shower house is very clean. Love the deluxe sights.Close to Disney and SeaWorld. Highly recommend.
