Great stay! Super attentive staff! While my husband was struggling to make a fire in the fire pit, one of the staff came by in a golf cart and gave my husband a fire starter to help. He told my husband spending time with family is way more important then fighting to make a fire lol. He was so kind! It was a small gesture that made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying at this KOA, workers are friendly and there to help! Great location to all places I need to be in Orlando… only complain is the lack of WiFi/internet connection. I have to leave the campsite in order to access the internet. Verizon is my carrier, my bf has AT&T and was having the same issue. Despite that, we will go back to this location!

I brought my family to stay for three nights & we enjoyed all the amenities & our lot 121 very much. The location was wonderful and we made some great family memories at this location. Biggest regret is we can find an opening for our next two stays? Thank you & we'll see you again!

The shower fan/vet light needs to be replaces so that there is enough light in the shower room. I understand why you have the key locks on the shower and bathrooms but this really sucked when it was raining and I really needed to go.

We always love this KOA. Only compliant, the constant text notifications are extremely annoying/rude. We know the rules, if they aren’t followed, then yes, we get it but to your campers following the rules, this felt like harassment

The place is very clean and secure, we got in after hours and did the ck in our self and the next morning went to the office to get propane the clerk was extremely helpful I give him 5 + stars.

We stayed here because we went to Disney World for a few days! The campground was wonderful & the staff here is absolutely outstanding. We pulled in & a staff member assisted us to our site and while backing in, they pointed out that we had a flat tire, which we were completely unaware of! They also provided an air compressor to fix. We will definitely be returning here if we visit Orlando again!

WIFI was really bad, they said within a couple days they would have an upgrade. The upgrade was done and we we were not notified. Till I went to the office to settle a computer mix up. Not really what you need on your vacation! Otherwise the campground was nice, pool looked really clean!

The lack of wifi was frustrating but everything else was great. And things were better when the new WiFi was installed. Thanks for upgrading. Also the dog park is a little small. Any chance it could be made larger?

Campground is clean. Staff friendly. Great location. Close to restaurants, shopping, about 20 minutes to Disney and Universal Studios. Easy drive or Lyft will pick you up.

Awesome staff an amenities at this location. We needed propane and a staff member picked up a tank, filled it, and the amount was added to our bill. Simple for us seniors.

Made 2 calls to after hours number upon arriving at 6:30 p.m. due to 30 Amp electrical outlet not working. No return calls. Did not get addressed until just before we left the next day. There was no password written in the box with the instructions for use of the internet.

The sites were clean, spacious, and well equipped. Our site included a patio (pavers) with a brand new Webber grill and paver fire pit. The staff was top-notch. From the ladies at the front desk to all of the other employees. The maintenance workers were continually cleaning & maintaining the property. The property has a great atmosphere. The location is also very convenient to all attractions.

We’ve been to many KOA campsites and this is one of the best in the country that we stayed at! Clean, impeccably kept and honestly… We were quite surprised at how good it was! Great job !!!

It would get 5 stars if the cell service wasn't non existent. In the middle of the city I couldn't even get 2 bars with Verizon. Other than that good location, clean and staff is friendly.

Lovely place with a great location, friendly staff and great maintenance. Only problem was the Wifi which frankly we could not get to work at all. Might have been our location in the park but it was a bit frustrating. Everything else was a ten out of ten

One of the friendliest, cleanest RV parks we've stayed at in our decades of RVing. ALL the ladies in the office are always pleasant and responsive to your needs. It is always a pleasure to stay at Orlando / Kissimmee KOA.

This is the best place to stay if you have a pet! The cabins are super clean the staff is very friendly and helpful and it's convenient to all the parks. Very reasonably priced!

We are staying here a week and so far it's been wonderful. The park is very clean and tidy. Laundry is adequate and fairly priced. The lots are definitely close together but that's to be expected so close to Disney. There is a little bit of road noise but again, that's to be expected so close to the major theme parks. We would definitely stay here again when in Orlando. Hookups are great and the fire pits are nice as well. Lots are paved and very clean. The pool is also very warm.

Very clean. Employees very nice and friendly. We have stayed there quite a few times. Mark and Mike the grounds keepers are the best. I enjoy the hot tub. Shower house is very clean. Love the deluxe sights.Close to Disney and SeaWorld. Highly recommend.
